This is only a preview of what this new great app can let us do with M2D:

This is basically a flash calendar, that shows the date, it runs inside a today plugin that supports flash.

- Fixed a bug that didnt allowed the calendar to update every day (duh), it now updates every 1 hour.
- Days font is now a little smother (its hard to notice, but it really is...)
- Did a test for the month and week days font but I couldnt use a embbebed font because of the other languages, so it remains a little crisp.
- To install the update, copy the atached SWF file on the zip into the \Windows\ThrottleHTML folder.
TO USE:

- You can click or swipe the left and right sides to see the next/previous month.
- The default language is english, but you can select portuguese or add your own language on the attached txt file and copy it to the \Windows\ThrottleHTML folder.
TO INSTALL:

- Have M2D on your device (no, really...).
- Install Flash 7 (Flash lite may not work).
- Install Manila 2D TodayPage
- Enable the TV TAB on your M2D with M2DC or any other way, if you know how.
- Install the attached cab (originally made by APBilbo for TEMPUS.)
- Reset and enjoy.
TO DO:

- Smoother fonts.
- Option to jump to the system calendar on click.
- Change ORANGE TV name (not sure how)...
- Also thinking of adding the option to get the holidays from a online database (still not sure from where or how, hehehe).
- NOT thinking about getting the alarms and appointments data into it, that would be really a lot of work for a small detail... Sorry.
NOTES:

- If you know how to change the name of the TV tab from ORANGE TV to any other name, let me know...
- If you know any easy online database with the world holidays, something like this, but with a xml export or something, let me know...
- Sometimes the Manila 2D TodayPage may freeze the device on first run, or not show the tab right away, its a new software so its not bug-free, but its totally worth it.
i was trying to get this going from the other thread and it was all white. is there any changes here from that thread. can we not use the operator tab?
I wasnt able to use the operator tab, and since it works differently on different M2D versions, I'm gessing the latest M2D on WM6.5 can only use that one, even though his screenshots prove otherwise... :/
Theres probably more to be understood from the software, but that fact that it runs in the first place, is already great...
This new cab not only adds the icons for the TV TAB, it also autoconfigures the plugin to run accordingly. So its just "plug and play" hehehe...

haha, i was actually trying to find a tv today plugin to work on the tv tab. instead i will use the tv tab to be the calendar and the operator tab to be TV. ill just use wapvirus tv icons for operator tab . no big deal. now if someone can figure out how to rename the tv tab to agenda or calendar. and find a working tv today plugin. nice work twolf. very nice looking calendar. i hope i can get it to work
all i get is a box that is all white the size of my coordinates. i have flash 7 installed. anything i can do?

that did not work. i also tried uninstalling your cab and deleting the folder. then reinstalling your cab and i also tried deleting my coordinates and background from the settings thinking it was something to do with the way i was trying to size the plugin but now it is still a big white square on the tv tab. the icons did work.
To me it looks like a flash plugin bug, sorry.
To be sure, remove the throttlehtml plugin from the todaypage settings and add any other that works for you, then apply and reload...

Uninstall flash lite and 7 from your ppc, if you have anything else related to flash, like the patch for opera, remove it too...
Then reset and reinstall flash 7.
It has to be a flash instalation bug, thats the only reason why it wouldnt allow you to see flash files, or is rom-related, for some reason, sorry...

Thanks for a nice Calendar Tab .. really love it!
It works after 2nd boot, and after applying the fixes (V2). However, once I disable M2D (i.e. switch to CHOME) and back to M2D, it won't load again. The Tab is there, but blank. Only a reboot can bring it back.
Any way to 're-activate' without boot?
Also, I have changed my M2D not to use Mega wallpaper, so it's a bit out of sync with the rest of the tab. Any possibility to make the background transparent so that the wallpaper is 'see through'?
All in all, this is very promising ... IIRC, someone else made the same for TF3D manila, but it's (3D) too heavy for Kaiser, and the only ROM I tried having TF3D working is only L26's.

Well, the TP tool is still a little buggy, so I think all those loading issues are related to it.
When I need to update he sometimes updates correcly, other times gives me some errors and then I have to reload it twice. You'll have to report that to the author of the TP.
I was thinking of rebuilding W3D to work with this tab, but I'd rather have a fullscreen flash today plugin for that, and thats something Ive been asking here for years with little luck.
Anyway, made a small update to v3.

is it possible to make a flash weather plugin with animation for m2dtp? it could be transparent and just overlay the homescreen?
Like I said before, if someone did the flash today plugin with all the options, I would do the flash file.

Tips/Updates (by ltxda):
- Save As enhancement. Go to Settings, System, select File Dialog Changer and check "Exchange Standard File Dialog". This changes out the standard Save As window and provides an enhancement where you can choose any folder/subfolder on your device and navigate the structure when trying to save files from any source.
- Battery/Memory indicators at top of screen. Each bar is started by its own file in the Startup folder. The "qwertyMemory.lnk" file runs the Memory indicator and can be disabled by deleting or moving this file out of the StartUp folder. The "dciBattery.lnk" file runs the Battery indicator which is the top bar and can be disabled by deleting or moving this file out of the StartUp folder.
- FingerTouch Keyboard: By default keyboard option 5 is selected. If you prefer QWERTY go into the input options and change the default keyboard layout.
- Messenger Mobile: The issues previously reported by other users and noticed by myself seems to have been "fixed". The MSN network sucks BUT Messenger Mobile seems to be dealing with connection drops and synching of contacts better than in previous versions/releases.
- Today Screen: All/default plugs have been deactivated. Just go to Settings, Personal, Today and go to the Items tab to reactivate what you want.
- Reminders: I'm annoyed by the constant reminder notifications after the initial notice. To disable this annoyance go to Settings, Personal, Sounds & Notifications, Notifications tab, select Reminders from the drop down and uncheck "Repeat". Not sure if this bothers anyone else but it really annoyed me and I've seen a couple of posts asking how to disable this.
- wkTask: Two nice features...of course they are in the manual...to get back to Today screen from any program....click-hold the area where the X typically is and drag left. This takes you right back to the Today screen. To minimize the current app, click-hold the X area and drag down. Very useful little program that has replaced Magic Button for me. Also allows per app control. Thanks Hirad for the recommendation! Also, This resides in the area where the X typically sits to close programs, etc. Start wkTask from Programs, click and hold the "X" area and go into preferences for wkTask. Make sure it's set to autostart by going to Startup tab and clicking the corresponding button. This is a great task manager.
- Vijay555's VJCandela aka Flashlight: It's been reported on other threads that prolonged activation of the flash light LED may cause it to burn out so use at your own risk. I have used it without problems. Comes in very handy. Also great for blinding your enemies before an attack! ;-p
- To get the look show above for htc home, please install htc home customizer and select alien ice clock, iphone-alt icons, transparent background, and stardock weather icons.
- HTC Home customizer that is in the addons has a problem where once u install it it'll look to download the cab for htc home but errors out with error "Plugin Not Found. Plugin was not installed. Please report this error." We included in the addons the cab for htchome found on emunutz's site. please install this cab first then start up the customizer.
- (added 10/29/07) to change default layout of teksoft's fingertouch please so to start/settings/input and click on options. change defaultkb to the option u usually use(1 for me).
- Action Screen if started in landscape after any reset/power off then on will not start. switch to portrait and then back to landscape and all will be ok.
- TCPMP starts in portrait and is used in portrait but after closing with X will make the phone go back to landscape. i use this as a oppertunity to activate action screen so it'll work in landscape.
- from looking quickly at the xml the sprint aka quicklauncher today plugin can be customized with new icons and new links. i believe u can also add to it via the xml.
- customizer for the ftouchflo can be found in system folder within programs. it is also recommended to put a shortcut into startup so ftouchflo is on always.
- wktask is missing the skins and will display a error message first time u start it. this was done because the default skin looks better and it mkes a few files less in rom.
To Upgrade (by ltxda):
- You agree that you do so at your own risk with absolutely no liability resting with xda-developers nor the maker of this fine ROM! And to be 100% clear, if you screw up your device it's YOUR FAULT. If you don't agree don't touch. ;-)
- Unlock phone using OliPro's unlocker or hardspl. This is needed even if ur phone is sim unlocked. the rom needs a cid unlocked device. cid unlocking is reached using olipro's hardspl or the unlocker.
- Install ROM...
- Done!
- Enjoy and report any bugs.\

when i tried to install the snapvue the cab installation says unsucessful, neone else with this problem

k i figured it out, the i soft reset before the extended rom could install. so the teksoft wasnt installed, ill try to redownload snapvue to see if there is ne difference

u can use these skins included in zip and put them in wktask skin folder or any place in pda and choose throw menu of wktask >>>> skin and point the right map and it will eork again !!
here are the skins from wktask main folder and the xp skin gives best view on 96 dpi. make a WKTASK skin folder in storage card and throw the prefrences of wktask choose this folder and choose the png u want here are the images downlaod and save them in a folder and upload them to your athena/ameo/advantage :

This is just a simple flash tool to edit the "tabs" of the WM6.5 plugin (Titanium).
The aspect is simple and draggable. You can change the order and remove the tabs you dont want.
You can also add new tabs (to add/test new plugins) and change the Left SoftKey.
This is only a plugin manager, it doesnt install plugins, for that you can find them in the excelent thread All WM6.5 Titanium plugins by thedaniel:

- Started programming the routine to read the real regkeys (uff)... Its not ready to use yet, but you can see its results already by pressing the ENTER softkey on the main screen. It will only read the first 24 plugins, like this app, and everything else in "undefined" (unused).

- Fixed a bug on the MyPhotos plugin (thanks for the tip, nandar).
- Created a new routine to check how many plugins are enabled, this makes the plugin layout jump back to areas 5, 10, 16 or 24 if the correct empty spaces are available.

- Fixed bug that forced you to change the plugin if you dragged a button back to itself.
- Some visual cleanups and blinged graphics.
- Added the "Are you sure?" message in enable and disable all plugins (I think this was needed, since it would flush your previous settings).
- Added Restore button, to put the default settings, in case you messed up something (thanks for the idea, mallman).
- The maximum characters on left button link are now 50, this seems to be the correct limitation.
- Changed the order of the plugins, the 4 most used I've seen around are now the first.
- The splashScreen and exit screen take now exacly 1 second to dissapear, sorry about this, but it needs to load and save a lot of variables and registry settings.
To use:

- Have WM6.5 º_^
- Install Flash 7 (Flash Lite 3.1 doesnt work).
- Install the latest CAB.
- You have 5 empty tabs available at start.
- To load a plugin just press the tab you want and a new area appears, where you can select one of the (currently) available 25 plugins.
- If you want to change the order of the plugins simply drag it to the one you want to trade with.
- To remove, drag it to the trash area.
- Once you select a plugin to the last button the layout will change to 5, 10, 16 or 24 tabs. I dont think anyone uses more than 24 at the same time, but I can add more in the future.
- To add new plugins, in the select plugin area, choose NEW PLUGIN, and there you can write the name (optional) and code of the plugin (code example: CClock).
- When the final version is out, updating to the latest plugins should be as simple as updatin the data.txt file.
- You can also write a plugin GROUP (for example, Code: CClock;CHome;ATFavePeople), this lets you have your favorite plugins all in one tab. Its not needed for now, since you have all the current plugins to choose from, but... this is usefull to me, since I can add in the weather or twitter tab all the different plugin names existing and it only shows the ones you have installed. ^_^
- You can also select all of the available tabs or select none, cleaning all your customizations.
- Restore is only used in case something goes horribly, horribly wrong...
- As before, the left softkey button can be changed in its own area. Use the special buttons wisely.

- Add a "NOT INSTALLED" warning on plugins that you dont currently have (if it can be done).

I guess it be prefered, if you didnot make it in FLASH cause some dont have FLASH and need ti spcly for ur APP i know VB.Net and can make Apps 4 WM devices, but i just cant figure it out how wuld it update the panels info using REGs :S

Dude, this worked like a charm. I installed adobe flash 7, then your customizer, and unchecked the panels I didn't want. Keep up the good work. I think the cooks should use this in their roms

dammit u have just made my day lol, good look
theres a problem with this, it doesnt make room for customizations, it worked fine, but after i reinstall titanium weather, all the old tabs come right back, when i reconfigure them, titanium weather is gone. Is there a fix for this? or perhaps a better weather plug in?

This is a copy and paste job, the thread that is most updated can be found at www.SkinZone.org. Please ask questions and do your research before flashing any ROM. This is my first public release as I have been cooking my personal ROM for a while and sharing it with the Gold Members at SkinZone.
Just another option for anyone who wants to give a try. This ROM comes preskinned and we are working on new skins daily. Manila contacts is currently the default contacts application until we get a skin finished for iContact to match the new Manila Contacts application. Sorry if I missed any info, I am off to work. New Versions are now available in 2 flavors. One with Rhodium manila working nearly 100% on update 1C and one without manila. This ROM is based on HTC build 20771 thanks to At0Mang for the kitchen to get me started. Finally got the connection setup wizard from Rhodium working. I use XBMods version 1C with all fixes cooked in for it. I have been using it for a while and everything is working. Please let me know if you find differently. I used the keyboard from Touch HD which has arrows. This is a personal preference, so if you dont like that one let me know and I can change it for the next release. I am changing things almost daily, but will not make a new build until we have enough changes to constitute a new build. I will post a changelog and bug fixes in the following posts. Hope you enjoy.

If you have problems with downloading you may need to disable security on your PC until you get it downloaded and unzipped. Otherwise, let me know if I can help more. RaphaelCustomRUU.exe often shows as a virus and is deleted by security programs. I have also uploaded just the RaphaelCustomRUU so if you happen to lose it, you dont need to redownload the entire package.
UPDATE: 4-26-09 I have been working on a new build using 21042 as a base. It is a hybrid of sorts, using some parts from 20771 and XIP from 21042. PM me if you are interested in testing this build. I will be uploading in the next day or so. Still might have a few bugs to work out, but deffinitely worth a try. All features of current build, plus the newer notification bubbles and some little extras. Will include footprints application with Google plugin, some new shortcuts in start menu. Calender shortcut will take you straight to calendar tab, etc. Battery usage is higher than current build(hard to beat that ). And available RAM is a little lower. I am working on finding a happy medium with available RAM, battery performance, and speed. This is why I will be uploading to my FTP(graciously provided by www.SkinZone.org) a new version. It will be password protected, so if you want to try it you will have to PM or email me. You may also post a request here or at Skinzone and I will PM you with the password.

-Attached is a fix for contacts shortcuts in No Manila version. This will only revert registry entry "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Rai\:MSCONTACTS" back to original from --switchtopage Manila://people.page back to original.This was a leftover registry change from the manila build. I am cooking a new no manila build as I type this with the fix cooked in. It will also include new Footprints application with google plugin. Note: This cab is only needed if you downloaded the original Chome No Manila. Not needed for No_Manila_Update.
-Just noticed that Footprints is not showing the text in album, just a blank space, but I am working on it. This would only effect the No_Manila_Update, as this is the only version with Footprints cooked in. I will try to have a fix for next release. EDIT: Quickfix Copy the attatched HTCAlbum.exe.0409.mui to windows overwriting existing. Then soft reset.

This ROM comes with file explorer extnsion, but just in case you need it here is Total commander.
AMP will add some more functions to the music tab. I will put a link to original thread when I find it. Disable TF3D before installing. Soft reset after install. Enable TF3D. Works fine for me. Adds extra buttons that go to first song of next album, or prev album.

NSIS Error
I got an NSIS error when I tried to open it. I then re-downloaded a ROM that I've downloaded and flashed, (RRE RC2) and it worked fine. Then I tried it again and got the same NSIS error message. It says integrity check failed, or download incomplete, check with author. Any help is appreciated. It looks like a cool ROM. Thank you.

Anybody else having a problem? Is this a problem with downloading? I am able to use the link and download without any problem. Or is this an error after you already downloaded it?

So far, so good, I been runnin the same build for a week now. I have just made some changes here and there. I swapped out some parts with couple different ROMs. Set file cache higher, and a few extra tweaks everywhere. Still a work in progress though. We're workin on some more skins to go with the chrome theme. WMP is almost done, then I want to make grayscale highlights instead of green. All in due time. But this is a good start, I listen to music all day on bluetooth and usually still have 50% at end of day with radio 1.12.25.19 and this ROM(actually a Gold Edition of this). My personal ROM has like 10 more apps cooked in too. I'll probably be hitting you up for help if somethin comes along. You get that connection setup ported yet?

Everything fine working fine here and download went fine too.
However the finger menu are not properly skinned and you can some blue bar lines on up and down arrows. Could you please fix that. Thanks.
Installing fingersuite 1.11 solved the above problem.

I dont get any of that. Did you happen to grab a screen when you had it? I was looking into fingersuite. Is it possible to just use the message enhancements? Guess I could check for myself. Thanks for trying the ROM. Sure you'll be happy with it, I am not having any problems as of yet. There is a litle issue with adding the media players to the whitelist, but I'm looking into it.

Yeh, it downloaded very quickly (40 seconds Touch_Chrome_Public_RC1 RAR File 99,585KB, but when I tried to open it, it didn't go to zip wizard or whatever it's called on my laptop Windows XP I.E 8. It just gave me that NSIS error message, "Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy." I'll keep trying. I really wanna flash this ROM! Thanks for your RE:.
I got the file to open late last night using something called jzip. But then my computer told me the Raphael RUU was a trojan and deleted it, and I gave up and flashed Mystic. I'm downloading the mirror you posted, as I type this. Thanks you for your assistance.

Ok guys. I have downloaded and redownloaded. I get it every time with no issues. Your lucky its less than 100MB(barely) so here is a mirror.
Also, I uploaded some new stuff to the add-ons. Chrome Manila changes all selections everywhere to grey, and you can read the rest in the 2nd or 3rd post.

Thanks. I am already working on an update that will include some new stuff like finger message box and grey selections in everything to go with chrome theme. Also, removing LongPress End key all together because I do not use it and have psShutXP on long press end key. Having some problems getting rid of green in album. hmmm.. anyway, should be an update in a few days. I'm cooking WeatherMaster in instead of install and hopefully the new edition will help you out. I get my weather working fine with a small town here. Also, if you use sashimi or UC, you should be good to go here. I cooked them both in.

Its there, just no shortcut. Not many that use it, so just go to windows and find ppt.exe and send to start menu as shortcut. I will see about including it in future release.

Sorry, at this time only will be available in WWE. There will however be a version with manila and one without for those that use SPB Mobile shell or WAD or any other home screen replacements. I am actually thinking of taking out all external language files to lighten things up more(just a thought). For now though, there are some files in there for other languages at least for the keyboard and stuff.

Thanks. New versions coming today. Manila and no manila. Some new features like finger message box, chrome refresher, and icons for more programs. Also got hold of the Rhodium connection setup and teeter with 50 levels(instead of 32). Doing some final tests now, then should be up in a little while. We have a great balance of performance:battery, and now lighter as well(more storage). If you like Chrome, your gonna love Chrome2.0. A lot of new custom skinwork, and more. Welcome to my ROM thread!
This ROM is the "3.0 series" of my ROM line, and it's designed to have the latest and greatest applications and improvements. Because of this it may not always be as stable or bugfree, as a stock ROM. However, I can assure you, it's much... MUCH faster than any stock ROM on your device.
The ROM is being continuously developed and bug fixed and there's almost daily releases. I've decided to name each release by the date when it was released. For example, 50109 would have been released on May 1st, 2009. I should also mention it's UC compatible and more info about that can be found here.
The ROM is currently based on the 21215 OS core, with all the new goodies from the newly announced Topaz device (the Diamond2).
It's got the new new Manila interface, new HTC enhanced finger menus (which can only be accessed using certain themes), new notifications system, album, FM radio and MP3 trimmer, connection setup etc.
If you own a Touch PRO, use the "Keyboard Selector" application under Utillities (after you flash the ROM) to select the proper keyboard layout to use. The ROM comes with the Fuze layout by default.
- This ROM is a Ferrari, therefore it drinks a lot of gas and burns a lot of rubber (RAM)... so be prepared to charge it more often!

Known bugs
The lock screen interferes with the HTC Dialer application. It's best not to use it for now. If you have to, you will have to deal with weird behaviour from the dialer!
If you want to use the microsoft dialer instead, open up Advanced Config under Tweaks (in the Start Menu) and disable the phone skin (first item in the Phone section). Reboot...
The names appear to overlap in the dialer when scrolling down in it. This is a known bug in all 6.5 ROMs and there's nothing we can do about it until HTC updates their dialer

Bug Tracker:
FIXED - Cannot Select a City as TF3D World Clock local time - simply loops back to country selection after selecting a city - FIXED - simply did a soft reset after setting time zone in the standard clocks & alarms settings and it allowed me to select a city just fine.
Pandora doesn't work but still streams data - this seems to be an issue with all 6.5 roms in general sadly

2. I'm trying to cook my own. I was wondering how you managed to get the lock working so well?
I like to use autolock when the screen turns off. On every other WM6.5 ROM I have tried, including my own, there is a delay before
the lock slider becomes responsive. Like, I can see it, but I can't slide it for a few seconds.
However, your ROM doesn't have this delay. Have you done something to improve it, or is it coincidence?

3. Can somebody try turning off TF3D for a little while and see if the mail application keeps popping up on in the foreground ? I thought it was bootlauncher that kept launching it... but it's not...hmm
SHOWACO: Its a 6.5 issue, its done it on every build I've used so far. I'm sure it can be fixed, but just hasn't been tracked down yet.
NRGZ28: It seems that tmail needs the -RuninBKG background argument instead of -NoUI. Ruppy found it and he let me know about it. We'll get this incorporated in the next release as well. next release, probably tonight or tomorrow
4. Gps is amazing with this rom and latest raphael radio.
A weird bug. If I have tomtom on and somebody calls me, after I hang up It says waiting for GPs device for abot 5 secunds and the GPS does not work.

aruppenthal:Theres no way to fix that. Due to the way that agps is implemented some rege entries have to be changed. Therefore the data and phone do not work at the same time. It takes it a few seconds to resume. If the reg is set to allow multiple connections it breaks gps. I have tried to no avail.. Its something well have to live with in exchange for decent gps.
5. Is anyone experiencing their email account poping up sporadically? If so and fixed it, how.

Check in activesync on your phone under menu, schedule. Set both peak and off-peak to "Manually."
Check your weather settings for autodownload. Check quickgps to see f you have autodownload on. And check your email address options to be sure they're set to manual if that's what you want.
6.I do miss a start menu so I can acess Notes or Tasks directly... here I'd have to add them to TF3D or go through several Honeycomb style menus.
gmgonzal:Tap and hold your favorite items in the menu and you can move them to the top level. Try it, you'll see what I mean.
7. I'm sure it's been discussed... but is there and app yet that allows you to add cities to the TF3D 6.5 version weather. The closed city in the db is a long way off.

14. Anyone have problems with subscription music services like Rhapsody? Rhapsody and WMP don't seem to recognize my phone as a subscription music device after I installed this ROM. Is it a WM6.5 problem?
NRGZ28: DRM has to be removed in the 6.5 ROMs at the moment, in order for ringtones to be able play, otherwise you get the good ol "corrupted ringtone" problem. I'd rather have ringtones and notifications than DRM'ed music
15. NRG, Any chance you could help with the text size of the lock screen. If it's a small, html like change in a file or two....a point in the right direction would be awesome. My future appointments will not show enough, otherwise I love the lock screen as is.

The reboot lasted longer than normal and the files were read-only. Keep that in mind if anybody else decides to alter these files.

16. I thought I was going crazy! Email application continued to popup every time my IMAP or POP reconnected. NRG changed it to RuninBKG as promised, but it didn't work for me
mindfrost82: My way around this issue is to make tmail.exe an exception in the Task Manager. This way once you open your SMS/Email it'll stay open in the background and it'll prevent the empty Messaging window from opening. I've had that problem with every WM6.5 ROM, but my workaround is fine with me since SMS/Email is something I ALWAYS use.

Having self taught myself MortScript in the last 24 hours I've decided to try and create a Titanium Twitter app. Unlike those already there, this one actually displays the 10 most recent tweets from your friends.
Features:
Displays the 10 most recent tweets on your Titanium Home Screen (value customisable)
Highlights "unread" tweets
Shows the last 3 @replies (value customisable)
Displays the avatars of your friends
Allows you to update your status
Tweets which contain URLs can be launched in the Default Browser by clicking on them
Define your own Twitter client/webpage to launch
Auto updates during the day (you choose the frequency and the hours)
Tweets at you when there is a new tweet from your friends.

Download the latest ZIP
Run Install.mscr
When prompted if you want it to Modify your CPR files say no (no changes here, and if you are using a custom theme it won't damage it).
Known Issues:
Your password is stored as Plain Text in the registry and it is passed in Plain Text to my servers (MortScript doesn't support BasicAuth, so I have to route the requests via my server)
Grey scale avatars don't display correctly, Titanium turn them multicoloured, their fault not mine.
Only works for WVGA/VGA/WQVGA/QVGA at the moment. I will work with people if they want to create alternate resolutions.
If your phone is asleep (when you press the power button) the script can't download the avatars and halts until the phone is woken again.
No Uninstall
Some characters (" ' £) might appear like & #123; if you see any please let me know.
The software is just a series of MortScripts.
The download ZIP file contains MortScript-4.3b5-PPC.cab for you, so if you don't already have Mort you will need to install this first.
The just run Install.mscr via any good file manager.
The Install script will download the latest package, create all the directories, modify the registry and if you let it tweak your CPR files.
If anything goes wrong you can find a backup of your CPR file in \Program Files\ArteseaTwitter\

How to unistall
Artesea Twm6.5r doesn't do much damage, however below are instructions to remove it.
Your CPR files will have have a block of text like

just delete these and everything in between.
Just in case you will find backup CPR files before ArteseaTwitter was installed in the \Program Files\ArteseaTwitter\ folder
All the files installed on to the phone can be located at \Program Files\ArteseaTwitter\ just delete this folder
Registry settings are at \HKLM\Software\Microsoft\CHome\ArteseaTwitter\ again just delete these

The VGA shouldn't be too hard, as there aren't really many differences between the CPR files. Hopefully will have something for people to download either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Because it's all being written in Mort some features aren't possibe.
I have no way of knowing which tweet you are looking at to flag it as read, however I should be able to mark new tweets since last update (something I was planning until PaintShop crashed on me this morning when I was designing the icon)
It should be possible to build in an auto-update, however when Mort downloads the avatar it displays a dialogue box showing the progress. This could be a problem if you are using other apps. (Anyone here able to get the Mort command Copy() to download small jpg/png?)
With real work, nearly zero knowledge of designing apps for mobiles (I do websites) and a football match tonight most likely an early beta should be out sometime tomorrow.

mmh for the time being until the image download issue is resolved you could give out 2 apps...
one with the jpeg download but manual update
one with a standardcoded image but with automatic update
this would be a little work around the problem but will do to test both things.
i hope the problems you have encountered up until now can be resolved, and if there is no solving the problem because of scripting limitations than we have to deal wiht it isnt it
what i would also like to see, further than the whats new ( what would be awesome ) is:
notification by sound/vibrate which you can set yourself
soft button to automatic scrolling to latest viewed tweet so you can from there scroll to the left to get to where the newest is.
mmh what about showing how many unread tweets? indicator as unreal email/sms/missedcall.. or will this mean it will only show the newest tweet gathered with the latest update? cause you dont know when a tweet will be read yes or no..

I was planning to launch ArteseaTwitter v0.2 this morning, however testing it on a fresh X1 has shown some "issues"
For some reason it's not allowing me to modify the list of active plugins in the registery. Guessing something else is wrong and WM is restoring to default. As soon as this is fixed I'll upload the code.

@strages - whilst it's written in Mort it will need to go via a third party site. I plan to learn how to write a real WM app but that could be a long way off.
working great with all the other plugins. I have added support for it in my most recent theme and it works great. One thing i cannot seem to accomplish is moving the test over to position 80 in the condensed form as well as add an icon for it. I have modded the registry and your code ot no avail. Just some thoughts I wanted to toss out to ya.

@mallman the registery only contains the text, if you are looking at moving the position it should just be a simple tweek to the Titanium cpr files. Haven't seen any icons on the condensed pages before (although I haven't play with any of the "themes").
@Star-Lite I'm gonna be busy for a bit, I hope to do a VGA skin next, but (W)QVGA might take some time (unless someone else wants to give it a go).
mmh i installed the wvga version on to my htc touch diamond which is a vga.. so i think that why i doesnt show up.. although i get the error that it cant connect... how do i uninstall the app

yes, the weather plugin works fine. my evdo connection is ok. tried what you suggested and still not working for me... the script returns error saying cannot find the files to download.
I guess I'll wait for the next version and try again. thx.
