i've upgraded to WM6.1 prof
i wanted to install HardSPL to install new ROM's
the updater starts i do everything they say but when the updater starts it keeps hanging at 0% and after a while i get ERROR[262]:UPDATE ERROR and i can try to recover my phone.
Can somebody please help me i'm a noob on nike and upgrading of my nike

hmm.. i want to ask it..^^..
There are many posts that tell you how to downgrade from wm6 to wm5 say, all i do is run the wm5 install software then it comes up with an error, and then i run it immediately again and it installs, hope this helps

Hi,
Everything went fine until i reached step 20 according to the PDF file where we have to wait while it verifies information on the PDA Phone..... Please wait. It comes up with an error (check below for screenshot). White screen comes up too, but the moment i proceed ahead with next button, it crashes and comes up with rapitool application crash error and shortly after that it comes with error 200 : invalid update tool, please get newer update tool. Please help !

Try downloding another WM upgrade package from this forum and use its update tool instead with this .nbh file

Hi there i'm from Cambodia!
I got the problem after finished upgrading rom. Everytime I've finished upgrading my prophet doesn't upgrade to the new rom. It's still the same rom as before(My old rom is wm5), and sometime it's appear only three colors.
Does anyone of you know why my prophet can't upgrade to wm6 anymore?

here looking after these Rome.
-- Qtek 2.20.739 GER, NVID
flashe it easy and (should work)
search then you the following things
-- SoftSPL
-- HardSPL
when you now without the SPL change want another rom-tuned want (WM6.1) use SoftSPL
-- Root copy
-- SPL Play
-- White screen
now connect USB and the right Upgrade_RUU.exe start (G3 or G4)
then about 10 to 15 minutes and wait for the new rom is installed.
You do not want any flash before the SoftSPL you can run on the first white screen and flash HardSPL.
Then, only the need to update / upgrades.
Download HardSPL and SoftSPL:

It is an original shipped rom. It TAKES A WHILE TO INSTALL,but it worked for me.
If you have not already upgraded your IPL to 2.20 than check your device type, G3 or G4 http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=prophet_g3g4_how
Next upgrade your IPL http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=315016
Now try some 6.1 roms.
It worked for me.

i bought a few months ago a luked phone NIKI. allready upgrated to w6.1! but now i wanted to try wm6.5 but everytime i my phone reboot during the first minutes of te upgrade, it stops and gives me an error(262). if i check on my phone bout the status of the Hardspl(pressing camera + power), the phone shows:
NIKI100
SPL-122.0000
CPLD-4
im really not sure what im doing wrong!
ill be very glad if someone gave a hand on this!

ive got a orange niki and everytime i try to up the hardspl it keeps giving me an error 262. i want to up my hardspl so i can upgrade my os to 6.1.

-____- you doesnt have read the sticked threads and the notes to the rom!
without hardspl/uspl you cant flash a cooked rom!!!
SPL-122.0000 <- means no hardspl = doesnt work!!!
i re-read the post on upgrading hard-spl. then re-read again i got it working. now upgraded hard-spl and radio to latest also upgraded rom to 6.1.
