hey guys, tonight im getting my HTC NIKI back, and i would like to install android on it.
i have steen many combinations for the HTC NIKI, but what is the best combination to use?
i would like to use the sound, so the music player, and if it is possible the phone function.
and it has to be a little fast, does not have to be blazin fast, but i have to use it

i've used all the PDAViet, and also the touch version of 2.04b one as well.

how to solve this problem? does this something to do with CPU? or program memory...?
I've used all the media players present though : audio manager, widows media, tcmp, gs player and etc...

I'm tryng to cook my own ROM in ITA language 0410, taking for base OEM and EXT 2.10, sys 21985.
I transfer all the necessary files 0410.mui.exe from official 1.66 to my kitchen and upgraded MUI strings if necessary.
I'use manila 2012 and after days of work, now ROM it's perfect, but i've a big problem with my own video playback from Album Tab (but aslo with WMP).
I can hear voice, but i can't see any video.
I've no prolem with the photos.
Another little problem is that Album TAB don't autorotate as in official rom,
while music TAB have no proble.
Can you help me solve this problem?

Have you found a solution to this issue yet?
Because I too have cooked my own ROM on my HTC Imagio & My brother's HTC Pure and have simular issues that your having with your HD2. But my issue is the sound cuts right off and video often would freeze up the my device. When playing video through Album & YouTube.
I have tried like 2 to 3 different versions of Album, Full Screen player, DShow, Media Toolkit, m Hub, etc... I tried anything that my lead to the issue. I also tried not including youtube...still nothing.

a custom ROM which is modified for gaming, I have an ancient phone here (mytouch 3g), it's still functioning but, when i run some games/apps it's kinda lagging,,
I mean, a ROM that has no Messaging/Email/Phone/google apps(except the market of course).
just a simple ROM with music/video player, camera/video recorder, gallery, wifi/bluetooth.
I want just to turn my old phone into a multimedia buddy, and let my other phone do the daily phone thingy.
no one could make this possible ??

Idk about it, phone and messaging are tied into the system, if you remove them, you will probably get stuck in a bootloop. Doubtful this can be done.

can someone suggest me a rom for mytouch 3g 32b (and kernel too maybe), which is good for gaming, im trying to run the game "tap sonic" in it, but it's kinda lagging,
maybe a plain rom without the this and that.
i don't do multi tasking. but still it is lagging when im hitting some notes.

just got my Galaxy S2 a few days ago so I´m kinda new to the scene ;-) My HD2 hat Android with MIUI running which I flashed every two weeks or so :-D
So, my question here is how´s the camera that´s included with MIUI? I read a few threads where people sayd they would miss the stock app.
Can anyone post pictures here and can someone tell me if there is a version out there, where the camcoder does net stutter?

Hi everyone, first, sorry for my english im from Chile.
I have my nook tablet rooted and i love it, the only one problem i have right now its a sound problem with some games, ( need for speed- nuns )
the games looks great and run fast but the audio get stuck and realy slower than the game. no idea what to do if there is some way to update sound drivers or some setting im missing please help
