i dont know whats the problem ,is it in software or hardware but sometimes while hearing to music thhe sound suddenly shuts down but music and volume is still high,than i have to restart my phone to get sound again,i think the problem is in my usb slot,now my phone is out of warrenty cause its the third year,can htc care center will repair this ,pls can anyone suggest some ideas or facing same problem ..............i have one more problem ,when i press power button to turn backlight on to change music its ok,but when i again press power button to turn off backlight than music automatically stops ,.......pls need some suggestion

I am running tazz froyo, but this has been a problem for a while. When I receive a text message with sound, like one of those stupid forwards everyone gets it has no sound. I have searched the phone settings and cant find a way to disable or enable the sounds. does anyone else have this problem or know what might be causing it?
My second problem is how do you wake the phone up from sleep while on speaker phone without hanging up on the person. The only way that I have been able to do it is to press the end button which terminates the call.

For the second one, I'm glad to share this as I found it out yesterday.
Press and hold the volume up button and then press the send button to wake the screen when you're on a call and the screen won't turn on.
I ahve small problem. While im on the phone the screen goes off and cant do nothing. What i can do is only press power button to restart. Even if caller end call i still have screen off and vol/menu/power buttons doesnt help. Only pressing power for restart the phone.
What is it and how can i fix it ?

For some reason since today morning my htc explorer is behaving weirdly. volume down button is keep on pressing itself. I tried to restart the phone then it went to hboot menu. after restarting couple of more times now the phone is on but the volume down button is on keep on pressing itself. during the call the volume button is keep on pressing down itself and cant able to hear others voice. Is this hardware or software issue? please help asap..

Definitely hardware since it went straight to the bootloader.
Guys i don't know why, but suddenly I'm not getting any media-apps sound from the loudspeakers... When I restart the phone it works for a few seconds (when I unlock the phone for the first time it works) then when is not Working and I press the volume up key it acts like I have an earpiece plugged in (gives me the too loud for too long warning)
Anyone have a clue? 4.4.3. Unrooted here... Only "mod" I've done is L keyboard and WhatsApp+...
