Here is my first contribution for Xda, I tried to make my best for this and I think that this rom is the FASTEST that I ever used so let give it a try

Notes : (Please read before flashing and posting!!!)
- You will see some acer cabs installing during first boot please let them installing !!!! that not acer cabs but mine
- If you have bluetooth headset, handfree doesn't work, to resolve this, desinstall srs wow hd and srts bluetooth enable in "remove application"
- If you want mms working, you have to configure the mms server settings manually and dependantly from your operator
- Delete application data in the root of your sd card to prevent issues with docs tab and HTC sense freezes
- "experimental" If you want to get more free ram you can disable the windows Start menu (you will get 20 mb to 30 depending of your icons) but be carefully ! if you disable sense in today settings make sure you map a key to resco explorer or something wich allow you to get in your shortcuts ! if not, you don't will be able to go in your today settings and reenable sense ! Manila start menu works only when sense is enabled ! the best things you can do is to do'nt disable sense (if you install a sense mod, just do a soft reset, it works the same) the cabs are below

- traduction document tab fixée (merci a bosphor)
- grand nettoyage de printemps pour libérer de la ram et de la memoire interne donc j'ai retiré des tabs qui sont superflues à mes yeux : twitter et bourse, également retiré le clavier htc qui me sert à rien, mais si vous l'utiliser il ya des cabs disponibles sur le forum
- du coup il y a 220 mb dispo
- menu démarrer propre avec les icone HQ
- mise à jour de package htc, le sense devient plus fluide
- problème de scrolling avec s2u2 résolu !!! j'attend vos cris de joie
- srs fonctionne (problème de wake up issue avant dans les 21xxx)
- lecture des videos à partir de l'album merci à ocman pour l'astuce) par contre il faut activer htc video player dans le gsensor settings pour voir les vidéos en mode paysage

3.0 build 21907 WWE-FR

- Fixed the lockscreen (now it's the wm 6.5 lockscreen and not the 6.1) but you have to know that the 6.5's one takes 3-4mb of ram when enabled

- fixed the battery icon, then battery percent is removed
- no bold font on the 23xxx builds, but on dialer and mp3 trimmer, because there are new and have this built in

- cleaned the xip (the device should start faster)

- the device is not as hot as before (big difference, and don't know why)
- successfully cooked with the new kitchen
- recmodded many modules to have more space in slot 0, it give more stability to the system and prevent crashes with opera 10 or 3d games (tested with experiment and kiwi)

Hi all!

No I don't use it because I try to make my own extrom but I have some problems with it...

Feedback to 23541
Hi!
In the stage where the cabs get installed (is that the UC stage?), I get an error message (I think it was Install abort). don't know what i'm missing because of that.
At first glance, Manila itself seems OK, but I guess maybe some other stuff you cooked in didn't get installed. (when I go to remove programs, there isn't anything listed)...
Tried coldbooting but the problem happened again.
And this time, the touch screen with stylus to calibrate message was missing - just white screen.. when i touched it a few times it restarted the calibration process and this time the message was displayed.
this time around, i tried setting the date/time (had skipped it before) and it got stuck there (this was an issue with some other ROMs as well)
so, reset (went in to cold boot), and again white screen on the calibration screen... skipped the date, but the install error happened again (although this time, the background was already there when the message appeared, and the first time it wasn't... but I don't know if the background would anyway have loaded if I had let the phone be after the message appeared the first time).
Anyway, will keep testing and let you know how it goes...

Edit: Installing something broke Sense (I think it was SPB News, that places itself as a Today item - and then all I have is a SPB News message and no sense - and no way to get into settings to change Today items). So I had to cold boot again. Again issue with screen occurred.
And when the "installing" stage comes, the progress bar makes a couple of complete passes, and then the message appears:
Error
Installation abort
And if I leave it be for a while the sense background appears (but sense itself doesn't load till I click OK)

the error that you get during cabs install is normal, like I said before, I have some difficults for creating an extrom.bin but don't worry my extrom contains only acercustomization.cab, you can find it in my first post.
I noticed the problem with align screen too, I think it's because of the sense package wich interferate with windows starting, I will try to localize the problem...
The applications that I added are cooked in ! thus they don't appears in remove programs because you cannot remove them, If you search them the shorcuts are in Utilities folder in start menu.
edit : you can add icon settings in start menu with bsb tweaks (in utilities folder)

Just tried HTC Teeter and the game works (it also worked on UnforseenEnemy's 5.1 ROM, but never got it to work on any of Rafyvitto's ROMs that I tried). Of course, there is screen garbage (sense slider appears) sometimes, but that seems to be the price of trying to run a HTC game on a non-HTC device.
Will keep you posted on any errors that I find...

Well, the "All messages" view seems a bit cranky (it is buggy, or is taking too long to load), and in "threaded view" it only showed a few (3!) messages.
It appears to send messages, will let you know if it was received.
A bigger problem I have is that I can't create a connection to use my phone as a modem.
When I go to add connections, the "Tasks" page is empty (this is usually where I select to add a new connection)
Any idea what might be wrong, and how I could setup the internet connectivity with this ROM?

I did a cold boot again, and even straight out of the box (accessing thru Manila settings) the "Tasks" page in the connections setting is blank.
I took a peak in the registry and it seems some connections are registered for T-Mobile (T-Mobile Data, T-Mobile Internet and T-Mobile MMS) but even viewing or editing these is not an option.
This is a deal-breaker for me
BTW if you let the phone wait a bit on the "tap screen to start using" on first boot, the problem of the instructions not appearing for the screen alignment goes away.

Edit: Flashed the 21883 version, and the T-Mobile connections are now visible, I can edit them, and I can go online.
Now trying to see if I can figure out which registry keys are used to store the connection so I can back it up, and then restore to the 23541 ROM.
Edit on Edit: Tried backing up the registry keys from the connection of 21883 and restoring on 23541... no go (connections don't display, and the connection imported from reg keys don't work). Tried to restore the whole registry from 21883 but still no go... (still connections don't display, still no connection)... HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP :S
