I have a 3125 unlocked and upgraded to 6.1 STD. I have turned on the bluetooth and turned on visibility. I have taken the steps with both the headset and phone to pair. The headset shows pairing as does the phone. BUT the sounds come through the phone and not the headset. I have edited and repaired, deleted and repaired. Nothing works. I have a new 3125 that is not unlocked and is not upgraded and I cannot get it to work either. Is there something that I am missing? It is making me nuts!

Okay, so I put 1.72.00WWE with radio 1.17.00 on my MDA-II. Bluetooth is much improved, in a way, but also seriously screwed.
I'm using a Plantronics M3000 headset with it. Before the upgrade it was a bit sloppy - it would take 10-15 seconds for a ringing call to "appear" in the headset.
Now it's a snap, and that's good. However, about 1-1.5 mins into ANY call through the headset the Plantronics simply turns itself off. The call is lost at this point - the phone's UI to "transfer the call back to the phone" does not work. I can only hang up and try again.
Has anyone seen something like this? Is it a bug in the BT stack? (Sending something invalid to the headset and crashing it?)
I am using the same rom config as you (1.7200.wwe os and 1.17.00 radio).
Everything works just fine with my BT headset (BT-808, also sold under the globalsat brand).
When headset mode is on calls are directed automatically to the headset.
I can transfer to phone when in call.
I just have it for a week and really happy. Dont wanna get wired ever again.
I have a weird Bluetooth problem. It only happens with WM2005 and my Parrot car kit. I love WM2005 because of the correctly implemented handfree profile which makes the car kit and my Jabra headset much more useful. However, for some reason, my bluetooth shuts off from time to time in the device. I notice it when I get in the car and it does not connect. I have to turn the device on, go to the bluetooth manager and turn the radio back on, however, I never turned it off. It happens almost every time I cycle through exiting and reentering the car. It does not turn off in the car while the car kit is active. It does not loose its bonding, it only turns the radio off.
This does not happen with my Jabra headset. I used it on vacation for a week with no such problems. Any ideas what could be happening? At first I thought it was simply a hardware problem with my device, but I swapped it out at work for another brand new device with the same results.
I'm stumped. Any thoughts?

Wondering about this for my TyTN

I have that one and it work like a dream with my computer but on the tytn i dont get so clear sound, i have conected i to my sonyericsson k800 and it work really nice with good sound,
i guess when the tytn get uppgraded rom it will work wery good there to.
i love the 3,5 conecter on it ican connect to anything i want
thats a shame that it doesnt work well with the TyTN, have you enabled the A2DP tweaks at all??
i have the blueant one ..even goes thru walls, etc...
It WORKS PERFECTLY with the tytn ... and it comes with a 3.5mm transmitter too (great for connecting to the home stereo, etc)
I have the TYTN A2DP hack and it sounds perfect ... highly recommend the blueant
the x3 blueant doesnt have the AVRCP buttons if the webpage tells me correctly...im after something with A2DP and AVRCP such as the jabra BT320s or the HTC S100 when its released

I also have the Jabra BT-320s and used it with my TyTN (Hermes). When using it as hands-free headset, my problem was that the volume settings of the phone switched each time I connected/disconnected the headset between sounds on / sounds off. Sometimes it even switched to sound on but with volume set to lowest level (=off). I can also confirm the problems when listening to music - the connection breaks up sometimes.
Did anyone experience similar problems? I donĀ“t have those problems with my Jabra BT205.

I have found my Jabara BT-320s to be problematic so far on my Cingular 8525 aka Hermes.
The stereo and remote controls work ok, but sound quality is fair at best.
But I cannot get the handsfree to work. Seems to work, the stereo cuts out but the caller cannot hear me or I them.
Got the Moto S805 (DJ Headphones) and they work great.
I hope it is just a rom fix for the Hermes to get the Jabara to work but I think it is a Jabara problem and I don't think the BT-320s is upgradeable.
Good Luck,

I bought a Jabra bt320s to mate with a HTC P3600 (Trinity). I struggled to connect it to my PC (via Jabra a320s USB dongle) and with the Trinity.
I had a few problems with the bt320s connecting to the Trinity:
1. Mono (not stereo) sound using WMP. Found this registry hack in other threads ---> Set HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/A2DP/Settings/[UseJointStereo = 0] (was 1 decimal).
2. WMP stalls briefly from time to time. From the same thread:
HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/A2DP/Settings/[BitPool = 45] (was 30decimal).
HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/A2DP/Settings/[MaxSupportedBitPool = 45] (was 30 decimal).
3. When handsfree to phone, the bt320s cuts out as ix666v2 describes.
I tried a hard reset of Trinity in case there was a conflict with other software. This didn't help. I then found an undocumented way to reset the bt320s and that fixed it. It is now working well for all functions. To reset the bt320s:
a. Turn off the bt320s.
b. Connect and disconnect the bt320s to its charger 3 times leaving it on the charger for 3-5 seconds each time.
c. Delete the bt320s partnership on the PDA
d. Pair the bt320s to the PDA again.
Big thanks to all others on this forum and other forums for their help.

My problem with Jabra 320 was no music transfering to hadfone. I did this "restart" (from (b))to jabra and now it work perfect.
Thenks a lot to Qoneill!
i had no problem pairing the two devices, but it does not seem to want to stay paired!
i'll pair it, use it......then i wouldn't use it for an hr or so and when i get a call, the jabra is not connected to the phone!

I have a BT200 and it works fine... I just have to answer it from the headset not the phone
I have a BT500 and haven't experienced this issue...

have you tried the 500v?
I tried the Jabra BT250v with the 8525, and the functions work well except for volume. Pairing was fine, voice dialing from the headset works, answering calls with the headset works. However, even after setting the volume to maximum in a quiet room, I can barely hear a conversation. I contacted HTC support, and they confirmed that there is no setting or hack that will increase 8525 volume to a BT headset. Also contacted Jabra support, and they said I probably have a bad headset, but since I bought it from a third party on eBay, they will not replace it, even though it was NIB.
I am now using a less expensive Motorola H350, and it works great. Stays paired, answers calls, initiates calls, and terrific volume -- often don't even need the max. I can easily make and receive calls while my 8525 stays in my pocket.
I have the 8525 and last night I connected my stereo headset to the phone and instead of the sound coming from the stereo headset, the sound was still coming from the phone's internal speaker.
Everything else on the phone is fine except this. Any ideas or the feature is just dead on my phone?
hi! huhu dude! this is headsets hardware problem. i'm too this problems happened month ago. & i remakable the headsets motherboard, and now my stereo headsets works fine for me.
You just go to any masters for diagnostic.

This is not a WM6 software related problem so I moved the thread to Hermes accessories
