I have tried almost all the custom roms and find 1 big problem with all of them.
Whenever i try the INTERNET SHARING using the USB cable(3G Mobile Internet), after some time when i try to download, the phone doesnt take the load and gets rebooted. This happens with all the custom ROMs i have tried.
i never faced problem with m HERO b4 rooting, it was awesome, but rooting has started making me crazy now with lots of reboots.
Kindly DEVELOPERS pls suggest what i am missing and what i need to do to stop that rebooting problem.

Hi all,
I've already posted on this issue but its still bugging me. I have the latest firmware, baseband and when I install the rom it works very good until the phone reboots after some time (this happens after fresh install is completed, not during installation), all apps like the market, gallery, phone, contact, all settings give errors and I get a pop up window for all of them and they all say force close. All other apps I’ve installed work fine with no errors. I reboot into xrecovery and do a wipe, clear cache and fix permissions and reboot but after a while it does it again so I keep going back to 2.1 which after playing around with 2.2.1 etc makes the x10 a better phone.
Is there anyone out there that can offer any kind of help ! PLEASE ! on this or is it just myself with this issue.

You are not alone mate. 2.2 is always fantastic for me, at the start atleast. I end up getting pretty much the same as you, needs to be rebooted to become stable again.
The longer I leave 2.2 on my phone the more unstable it becomes.
I wander how others get there's to work. there gotta be away coz if it didn't work for everyone there would be more queries about it. I love my fone and i don't want to quit on it just yet.
If you are talking about using freex10, it requires a baseband .54, pls check on that revert back, i had used freex10 for about a week or two before moving to gingerbread, everything was working fine then for me.

I do have the latest baseband but it still bums out after about an hr or so. Even if i load a rom, don't restart and leave it overnight and when i awake i unlock the screen and i get the errors. i noticed when it tries to sync with mail i see the errors starting.
I mean gmail. could it be related to the gapps i install after installing the rom ?
Are you using gapps1901? I'm using those google apps with no problems at all....
I've tried different roms and they all end up the same, with errors. Can i use that gapps you mentioned with other roms ?
I have rooted my legend but i have a kind of issue. Everything works ok but once in two days, sometimes it can happen after one day after restarting the phone. When i make a call after i press "End Call", the call is finished but i get stack on the End call screen for 1 min, after that phone gets to home screen but i cant make another call. When i go to the dealer End call screen apears and stays 1 min again. If someone call me at that time phone doesent react at all. The person who is calling me says line is normal, not busy.
I have tried a lot of things but nothing. Reflash it 20 times. Wiped/formated everything, different radios, different CWMs, different builds of CM7 ROMs but in the end nothing...same problem.
I did not had this problem with the stock rom.
If there is someone who can help about this. Tnx in advance.

U r in the wrong forum so no one will help u here.
But if i was u i would try flashing another rom like sense or miui and so on.
Just remember to wipe all before flashing.

Noone so far have reported this kind of problem with CM7... i dont understand what could be wrong... ok tnx anyway i will try another rom.
I have tried other roms and the problem is still there... i guess on hardware problem but phone was ok with stock rom.

So I have had my W17pro for almost a year now. I used to use it a lot and eventually i stopped using it a whole lot. Later I tried to use it and It started to freeze. I then had to restart the device just to see that later, it were to freeze again after a few minutes of using it. I have tried a few different roms for it and all of them have the same problem! But this one time, while in the android recorvery, I had tried to install a rom and it froze! Can somebody please help? Also if there is a huge list of all the w17pro roms I would love that.

at start I have to apologize for my worse english; haven`t written and spoken it for years.
I have an Z2 and rooted it a few weeks ago; after that I installed Cyanogenmod Recovery.
I`ve tried a few Custom Roms but the problem is always the same: It crashes after some time, when I am trying to start an App.
Mostly Ingress and Google Maps. Often they work fine, like 4-6 times, they start without any issues.
But one time it crashes.
It restarts instantly and often tells me I dont have a simcard or it disables the Bluetooth-Connection.
The only possibility is to restart it and after that it works fine... for a few hours till I try to restart an app.
Sometimes it hangs itself up in a boot loop and i have to use Power + Vol Down to get into Cyanogenmod Recovery, but after that the restart takes up to 15 minutes because he calibrates all the apps.
It seems that the problem doesn`t happen when I am using Wlan.
Everything else works fine, no problems, but it is really annoying.
Any ideas?

1. cyanogenmod recovery is sh*tty
2. install a pre-rooted stock rom or a modified one like eXistenZ Premium, MoonWalker epidemic or PureX
never had such issues with these roms
Yeah, i know its ****ty, but i cant enter the bootloader anymore; it always starts the recovery. So i cant remove it.
The other problem is, that i tried 4 different roms and the problem seems to appear in every rom.
So it seems to depend on something else.
I'm having the same exact issue except that I don't get into bootloops

The bootloops seems to appear only under Ressurection Remix; i've installed CM again and they didnt happen anymore.
But the problem, that it crashes and after a restart often didnt find my SIM, is still there...
I don't know about RR rom as I haven't tried it but I'm getting the reboots on CM

I have a Micromax D303 android 4.4 mobile. There is a problem with it. It gets soft bricked automatically after some time. I have to reinstall the firmware to make it work again.
Here is its behavior:-
First of all, its launcher stops working (launcher 3). ERR:- "Unfortunately, the launcher has stopped working." Using Titanium backup, I saw that launcher freezes. Defrosting it didn't work. It remains froze. Slowly slowly, it happens to all the apps. And at last, a time comes when it becomes useless. It will reboot automatically and will be stuck on the logo. Then I flash the ROM and make it work. I only use its stock ROM.
What I have tried:-
1. I installed stock ROM but it stops working again after some time.
2. During the firmware installation, I have tried "format + download" option.
3. I usually root my mobile, but I have tried keeping it without root. Still, the problem happens.
4. I thought, there may be some Trojan Horse in my memory card. But, I have tried formatting it, changing it and even kept my mobile without it. But the problem persists.
This problem starts happening when I once tried to flash it with a custom ROM. I bricked my mobile. Then I repaired it by flashing stock ROM. After that, this problem starts happening. Sometimes, it happens after two months, sometimes, even after two days.
Can anyone have any guess about this? Any solution? Anyone?
By the way, this is my first thread. I am new here. Hoping to get nice first experience.
