Hi has anyone noticed this? Every time I lock/unlock refresh, close a program etc on my HD2 the top bar seems to cause a delay whilst the default clock is hidden and replaced by the battery indicator. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,
I noticed that every time I press the Home button on my HD2 the 'usual' clock appears in the notification bar only to be hidden within a second and replaced with the battery icon. This is very annoying as it causes a slight lag between the time the clock appears and then disappears. I don't know if this is only happening to me but is there a way to stop this. I cooked my own ROM but, as far as I know, I haven't changed anything that affects this.
Has anyone else experienced this? and is there a solution for this?
Hi,
I am fairly new to Android 4.1, I once had a 2.3 device with HTC sense and thought it was horrible. I changed to WP 7.5 which I love, but somehow got bored with it. Now playing with my Gnex, I notice that it's quite cumbersome to get to the clock alarm settings? I would either have to use a widget or put the clock icon on a homescreen. I think it would be great if the pull-down menu had a shortcut to the alarm settings, by tapping on the time/date at the top. Would also be great if the same thing with different function would be implemented for the battery icon, showing a percentage... currently I use a third party app to show % in the taskbar up top. (even Symbian can do this).
Does google have a site for feature suggestions like this?
Hi,
I had recently "lost some pixels" in my Sony Xperia due to a fall - they are all located on the top of the screen.
On the one hand, nothing serious has happened and so the phone is fully functional.
EXCEPT for the top row of pixels, where (thanks to the developer tools) there is no response - It doesn't
identify me touching the screen there.
I'm looking for a simple app that simply lowers the notification bar when pressing it. That's all.
I actually found some (i.e.Open Notification Bar app)
but for some odd reason, they all require internet access.
Why would anything like that require internet access?!
Can anyone supply a simple apk that does the minute and simple action of opening the notification bar via app icon?
Thanks.
Hey everyone got a question hopefully someone knows how to correct. Randomly about a week ago the notification / status bar has turned solid white blocking out the time, signal strength, app notifications etc. However this only happens when I'm on one of the home screens or in the app drawer. As soon as I open any app, the bar reappears. I've tried changing every setting I could think of. Nothing seems to bring it back. Any ideas? I attached two screenshots showing the difference.
Nobody has any ideas?
Hi to everyone.
This morning, out of the blue, the notification bar of my Mate 20 pro simply disappeared.
I'm referring to the top bar where you can see phone signal, battery charge and time.
When i open any apps, the bar appears again but when i'm in the home of the phone, it doesn't show up anymore.
Anyone can help me to bring it back?
Thanks!
Hello to everyone.
Problem solved.
It was due to my customized launcher which, for some reason, changed the settings by itself and removed the bar.
All I had to do was to change that setting to the old mode and everything returned to normality.
