of course it is.
But you should not use that if you're not dev.
It's just a good basis for cooking: stock + deodex + root

Can someone please upload the rom to the dev section?
it has reported a much smoother operation on it than any 3.1 roms.
Stock JKKJ1 is not yet available. But a custom JKKJ1 ROM with some tweaks are available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1340064

It is stock, compiled by task650 from what was given to him. However, he added a couple of stuff of his own. I think he also rooted it but that can be undone.
However, I think he's planning on compiling a normal stock untouched. Keep tuned to that post!

This is just a stock rooted Nexus 5 stock ROM, cooked with Android Kitchen. It's zipaligned, deodexed with latest baksmali and smali at API level 19, and with Busybox 1.21.1 + Init.d support. Please tell me if it works and boots, because I don't own a Nexus 5 to test.

Please note ART is most likely broken as I have deodexed.

somehow a stupid question. since there has never been an andoid4.3 for the n5 it is not likely and finally the krt16m is definitely 4.4.
he clearly made a fault writing it is 4.3 in the Info.

Edit the rom os version...it is 4.3
what????
krt16m is Android 4.4. !!!
Seen it on screens and in Videos!
you must be wrong!
besides that there has never been a 4.3 developed for the nexus5 i guess.
if your device is krt16m and states andoid 4.3 there must have things gotten messed up while doing stuff.... rooting, deodexing or something...
@MameTozhio , is there any chance that you could also deodex the APKs in /priv-app/ ? Thanks.

The only reason I put 4.3.x is because there is no 4.4.x on the list. I've removed it for now.
@MameTozhio
You mean your rom will work?
Your build in root, has under JB 4.3 doesn't work, it will work und KK 4.4?
I don't,
and why you don't deodexed priv-app?

The ROM is rooted with SuperSu and is Android 4.4. Priv-App isn't deodexed because kitchen doesn't auto deodex that
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk
I have not said that it is not 4.4.
Have you tested the ROM itself? Root works?
And, we can deodex other apps, without the Kitchen!?

try CWM and if that doesn't work then I don't know.
Flashed a stock rooted 4.4 Rom on a N4. TWRP failed but CWM worked. Don't know if that would work on Evita.

[Kernel][COS13.x][COS12.1][Stock COS Kernel with Hardboot/Multirom support]

Here is a kernel for stock Cyanogen OS13.x/13.0/12.1 with hardboot support (To use the stock Rom as primary Rom in Multirom)
Code:
Use my kernel only if you are sure about the risks of flashing custom Roms/Kernel to your device. I'm is not responsible for any damage caused by using one of my files.
I have attached 2 file types.
The .img files to flash it with fastboot or an kernel flasher app.
The .zip files to flash it with a custom recovery
The COS13.0 ZNH0EAS26M kernel will also work on COS13.0 ZNH0EAS2JK
The COS13.1.1 ZNH2KAS2X1 kernel will also work on COS13.1.2 ZNH2KAS3P0

If there will come another official cos update I will make a new version with multirom support.
Currently I will not add more features to the kernel because the stock kernel without any more features is currently working very fast and stable

Hi @Bauer. I have been alive because of your kernel. I keep stock ROM as stock multirom base ROM and install other ROMs. It started with your YOG4PAS1N0 kernel version. Now that there's an update...I would like to request you to update version please.I cannot update otherwise..If I do..I will lose my other ROMs.. I do not wish to use another kernel except stock one please.

The kernel source seems to be the same
https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_oneplus_bacon/commits/stable/cm-12.1-YOG4P
I will check in the next days if there are changes in the init scripts.
If there are changes I will make an updated version soon.
But for now you can use my current kernel in YOG4PAS2QL too.
I use it myself without any problems

Thank you for your answer. I am gonna try CM 12.1 then .
How would I go about installing this on my 610? Since I can't find the stock rom for it i'm kinda stuck on what to do with it.

34.2.a.2.69 vs 34.3.a.0.252

Which one is the best.?
both are on Nougat
.69 has better battery life
.252 has better UI but poor batterylife!
Use Oreo, lol.
Try either eXistenZ, which is the best ROM out there, or use XGEN + FSC.

correction: ExistenZ is not rom, its basically a MOD to be flashed via TWRP over your STOCKROM
yes XGEN can be said ROM since everything comes out from ONE box

It's just a habit of calling eXistenZ a ROM. eXistenZ N for X was a ROM, as they were a standalone zips for TWRP.
Anyways it is not the theme of our topic.
P.S. For me ROM is something that is not based on stock firmware, like AOSP for example. I can combine .50 fw, deodex and eXistenZ in one standalone zip, and will it turn into a ROM?
P.P.S. And yes, there is an eXistenZ N which is based on both .69 and .252 fw.

I respect you habits sir
1. ROM is a Complete out of the box solution to drive your device. It can be Modded Stockrom (Persianrom, Panarom, Xgen) or even from Totally independent developers like ( LineAge, Omnirom, Cynogenmod, SailFish)
2. Aroma, ExistanZe are MODS. Aroma requires you to flash Sony Stockrom and then you can flash MOD. where ExistanZ has out of the box base rom .50 (some 2GB) and then extra 600MB mod need to be flashed via twrp in order to port XZ2 base apps
For newbie like me! I will easily get confused between ROM and MODS where one ROM has Totally different method of flashing and other one is simpler. ( Aroma/Existance v/s Xgen)
