This could be a temporary problem or your sim card may not be provisioned
for data services. If it continues call customer care."
I tried few times already but the result is just the same. Is this a bug or what?
Can somebody please tell me how to handle this?Please..I cannot access android market.

are you in China? if so, you have to make some hard coding for ip direction in hosts.
127.0.0.1 localhost
72.14.254.100 clients2.google.com
72.14.254.100 android.l.google.com
72.14.254.100 android.clients.google.com
because when last time Google left China, they(or the Chinese Government) modified the DNS.

I had this same problem. It related to the hosts file as stated above. See this link for the fix...you will find more details on how to fix it

no need for big letters mate
maybe do a full wipe and try opening another account from the market that may work.
I assume you have a gmail address and have used it on the device to log in?
When you log into your Android Market account via your PC, using this gmail address, what do you see in My Market Account/Settings?
You should see a list of devices there under My Devices and a list including headers like
NICKNAME VISIBILITY MAKER MODEL CARRIER LAST USED, etc.
Sorry for using big letters. My intention was to get a quick attention.
Yes I used my gmail account thru my Device many times.
But under My devices, it shows "There are no Android devices associated with this account."
whether I should use some special application to associate my device.?
What version of Android Market do you have on your phone?
What ROM? Carrier?
Have you tried signing out, recovering your password and signing back in?

I suggest you simply do a factory restore, that will wipe most stuff on your phone but I guess it doesn't matter since it is a new phone.
Then make sure you enter correct gmail-account when requested after the factory restore (probably what got wrong the first time).
(settings->privacy->factory data reset)
I tried signing out, recovering your password and signing back in method before but it doesn't work.
Regarding ROM and carrier , I have no idea how to identify those things from my device.
Please advice me how to get those information.
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks

[Q] Root Lenovo A278t

Hi, does anyone know about the Lenovo A278t if it can be rooted so we can rid off the android version 2.3.5 for the china market and instead put a version of Android that could work with Google. (For those who do not know, google in android devices in China does not come pre-installed due to the poor strategy google has in China).

Hi, I have this problem, I bought a Lenovo A278t Dual Sim Phone with Android 2.3.5 for China Market...I brouth my phone to Mexico and put the SIM of Telcel Carrier, the phone works great, but when trying to look for Google Play app, I wasn´t abble to find it anywhere on my phone, So I did I google serach to find out that Google for chinese devices has very limited acces, and sometimes the google apps dos not come pre installed on the device, so this is a pian in the "#$#%& so what I did is following some threads, I fianally could dounlowd and apk from and open market on the web, So I finally installed Google Play on my phone, so far so good...
The problem is when trying to open the app it prompts me to set up the google account on the device...so I go to Accounts & Sync just to find out there is only the option for an Exchange account, not Goggle account, either way I input as follows...
Email: [email protected]
Password: mypassword*****
Then the following screen ask for:
Domain\Username: \[email protected]
Password: mypassword****
Server: m.google.com
Use secure connection (SSL): I tried checked and unchecked
the result: Nothin....just a message that says:
Setup could not finish...unable to open connection to server...
or
Setup could not finish...This server requires security features your phone does not support
I tried doing the set up without the SIM on the phone, but same situation, no set up is completed.
Note: This device is on the list of authorized devices by google, so the android license is recognized by Google. The Chinese carrier is China Mobile, but since my pohone is now in Mexico the Mexicna Carrier is now TELCEL, Hope Google tries to do something to fix this issues on an OS so popular as android. Is a hame I have to waste so much time in order to buy some great apps.
Hope someone can get a solution.
Thanks!

Access denied to some web site

I am having some a problem to access some web site including leeco.comweb site; I am getting 'Access Denied 403 - Forbidden' msg. Is there a way to change access/privacy setting?
Ask your ISP.
ISP said all is well
To be clear some sites are working and others are not. Its like some kind of internal firewall/privacy setting in the phone prevents the access.
Official US/Indian/Chinese ROMs don't have any built-in firewall. Factory reset your phone or/and install some official ROM.
Problem solved
The problem was solved by the ISP - the APN provided by the ISP was incorrect, and after some phone calls the APN was updated and the problem resolved. I can now reach the LeEco web site

Q - Android 10 Apps loading error

Hi,
Just installed a fresh android Q rom on my Sammy note 9 (exynos; with august security update).
Everything is working properly besides a few local apps that required internet access (which is working properly).
I receive an error message stating that the app "failed to load. Try again later".
Any Ideas how to fix this issue?
I tried restart, power off, reinstall, delete app cache and data. install again but nothing worked.
Maybe the apps are not compatible with the august update (not yet available in my country)?
Also, I can't open Netflix as well - the app installs but when I open it I get an error.
Finally, does anyone know how to make the navigation bar black / dark mode on all apps?
Thanks!
With regards to "failed to load try again later" error:
Contact the developer of the apps in question

Well, waiting for the developers to respond/fix may take ages...
Any ideas on my end?
The cause for the error mentioned is that apps in question try to download ( additional / updated ) resources via Wi-Fi connection from the WEB, what fails.
BTW:
When you have Wi-Fi turned on, your phone automatically connects to nearby Wi-Fi networks you've connected to before. May be these saved networks became invalid. Hence you can try to remove all saved networks, then add a new one.

Gave this a shot.
Re-downloaded one of the apps from the play store only via my data plan (wifi turned off). Still no go...:crying:
