[Q] Problems with Sense 3 and 3.5 incoming call lockscreen

Hi.
The problem is the following: My "phone number lookup" app is not able to unlock the sense lockscreen, so that I am not able to view a phonebook search of the incoming calls before I answer. If the screen is unlocked then it is not a problem, and I can see the popup field with the information
When using sense versions prior to 3 it was not a problem, as the popup field was placed on top of the lockscreen.
But after update I need to answer the phone(and thus unlocking the screen) before I am presented the information.
I have tried WidgetLocker to override the Sense incoming call lockscreen, but it can only override the regular lockscreen, not the incoming call one.
Anyone that knows how to solve this annoying issue?

How to get callscreen when on ICS lockscreen?

I only get the ICS lockscreen which is locked with a pattern so I have the risk of missing a call.
If I understand your question correctly, your lockscreen only works if you set a pattern? Depending on your ROM you can adjust the timeout for the lockscreen so that it locks right away vs. waiting a few minutes.
As far as getting to the dialer screen, you have to unlock it and open the phone app. More details will help though:
What ROM are you on?
Does the lockscreen work without a pattern/pin?
When someone calls you and your device is locked, what happens? Does it go to voicemail right away or does it show that someone is calling?
No.. I just get the ICS lockscreen when I receive a call, no answer-decline buttons. So I have to unlock the phone first before I can accept the call. This is because I have the sense dialler with the ICS lockscreen.
Is there an ICS dialler I can install to make the incoming callscreen showup in the ICS lockscreen?
I know what you mean, I installed the stock ics contacts and dialer app from the themes section and tried freezing the HTC dialer, didn't work and calls still come in on the HTC dialer. It may be part of sense?

Oh OK I understand you know. Sorry. You can try an app like widget locker which provides different style lock screens. That shouldn't interrupt your calls. It worked well for me.

If you're using something like leedroid tweaks to switch the lockscreen (at least over sense 3.6, that's all I've tried it on), there's no way to make calls show up on the lock screen. For now, at least, you have to unlock and open the app if you want to use AOSP lock screen on Sense (3.6 only? Haven't tried any other version.)

Changing call answer screen

I'm rooted with stock sense rom. I dislike the sense "ring" unlock. Widget locker has let me change the lock screen but when I get an incoming call it is still the sense ring unlock. I used an app called nolock but it removes the lock screen completely so when I get an incoming call it behaves as if the screen was on.
Is there anyway to get a slide to answer or decline call like in ICS?

[Q] Change call incoming screen?

Is there any way to change the call incoming screen? I keep accidentally answering the call (since if I click anywhere except Decline it answers)... Seriously why isn't there a slider on this? I downloaded an app, but it made me slide AND THEN it showed the HTC call screen too. Any answers? Thanks.
This somehow fixed itself... Maybe switching to Nova Launcher? Now it says drag up to answer the call... interesting.

[Q] Answering calls, lockscreen problem

When I get an incoming call I have to slide a very long unlock slider, then the answer call slider, the trouble I'm having is the unlock slider is very tetchy sometimes I have to try 2 or 3 times, before it unlocks, is there a way that the screen can just display the answer call slider as other android devices I have owned, or is there an app that can help?
Ok found a solution it was caused by an app called "tiny call confirm" which I use to stop accidently dialling people when scrolling through the contacts or log list, there was an option for an incoming call confirm that was ticked,
