When I had an N900, I had an app that allowed me to draw on pdfs. I ended up using it to sign documents and it worked great. I was curious to see if something was available for Android but haven't found anything yet. Iphone has an app that is called Doc Sign that is exactly what I'm looking for. Does anyone know if something similar for Android exists?

A friend of mine has the Hero running Android and found an app that I would really like to have for my Touch Pro 2. You just plug in a keyword like "Wii" for example and the app watches all new listings on the craigs list site for any that have Wii in the title. And then sends you a text or email notification when it finds them. Has anyone seen something like this for WM, or does any developer think it merits creating for the WM community?
Thanks,

Ok thanks, I aslo found a free service designed to do this very thing. It's at craigslistnotify.com and it just uses any email address.
I like it.
It sux it can't narrow down the location, my location is all of Los Angeles, but that is way too huge to be useful. But it's still very cool.
Hi.
I always had windows mobile devices in the past, and like you must know, the old good windows mobile no longer exist... Microsoft killed it.
So I switched to Android. I really like android, The way it works is pretty the same than windows mobile with file browser, files system(Not like the Iphone without any way to deal with a file at all), .APK install like the .CAB on WM...
One think that I loved on WM is how easy it was to make shortcut by yourself, even with parameters. As example, it was easy to create a shortcut to Coreplayer to play an HTTP stream when simply clicking on it.
Like: "coreplayer.exe my_teststreamDOTcom : portNumber"
I searched a lot over internet and forums all over there, and I can't see any solution like this on android.
I'm pretty sure that you can do it with some application like ANYCUT or BETTERCUT or also "MANUAL INTENT SHORTCUT" But I have not find any documentation or example to how to do this.
Any of you having the same problem or found a method to do this?
Thanks!!
Cedric

Did those apps work?
It's been a few months since he asked, I doubt if he's checking the thread regularly. He's probably found some answer or workaround, since November. I posted the answer mostly because this thread will pop up in internet searches, and it will be able to help others find the answer quickly, too.
Good lookin out pimpin.
Does anyone know a postscript viewer for Android? Ghostview/ghostscript don't seem to have their Android incarnations and I cannot find anything else.
The only apps I saw in the market when I looked last month, was ones that use a web service to convert to PDF. I have a Debian chroot, so, I'll use ps2pdf, ps2txt, and friends.

Yes, I have seen the web app too, but I'd really prefer a local PS viewer. Nothing really obvious in the Market. Just thought that one of the apps might have a PS viewer built it.
Hey everyone,
I'm trying to find an app for work, we want something that people can use to sign in and out of the building rather than using the good old pen and paper and that will record their name, date, time etc and whether they have signed out or not (incase of a fire alarm). I've tried searching the play store for hours and I've even looked at creating the app myself but as I have 0 coding experience that proved to be a bit daunting. Does anybody know of an app that I can use for this?
Thanks a lot!
Hello everybody,
I am looking for an app to view p7s files on my Nokia 8 with Android 9.
So far each app was compatible with Windows or OS.
Does anybody know apps for Android, too? Thanks.
Best regards,
Arye
Before today I never knew what s .p7s file is. But a quick search revealed that it is an email message that includes a digital signature. I have come across this website: "https://techspirited.com/how-to-open-p7s-files" which explains how to open it on android and mentions an app named: "X509Tools".
I could not find such an app on the Play Store, only on other Android website which will require sideloading, however I did find an app on the Play Store which mentions that is can open such files, R2Mail2.
R2Mail2 link: "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=at.rundquadrat.android.r2mail2&hl=en"
Try that, and see if it maybe works, I have never used it before though.
