Hi, I have Android Froyo 2.2/with HTC Sense installed, with HardSPL3 and Radio Rom 2.12, and still have sound issues during calls , and I do apply CLRCAD.exe before execute the Haret.
Have to say that Android its awesome in HTC HD2, but be carefull with cpu overclock! Should try overclock app to regulate speed, so you dont burn the cell phone! I have search throught Internet about 2 weeks.

Just click clrcad(nothing is supposed to happen) the click haret.
There are a few WM apps that will give you the option to load android at boot. These apps will automatically run clrcad for you. They can also create a start menu icon for android.
what kind of sound issues.
Ive been running android for a week as a daily rom when im not at home and needing usb tethering. and so far having had any sound issues at all while in calls.
Ive used 2.12.50.02_2 radio and also 2.10.50.2_2 and both were fine.
Only time i had sound issues was when i was using an android incompatible rom and i got robot voice. Once i changed to a rom with android compatible calls were fine.

1. Flash HardSPL3 on HTC HD2
2. Flash any HTC HD2 Radio ROM Leo_RADIO 2.08 onward (I use 2.10)
Very important to have Miri HD2 WM6.5 (21916) ROM :: Sense 2.5 :: V 19.0 installed
Then when everything is done, just run CLRCAD.exe and then Haret.exe Android 2.2 is in here (Unzip on sdcard/Android/) very important! I do recommend micro sd hd 8gb!
Enjoy! Your HTC HD2 will run Android 2.2. Froyo without any issues, even calling voice works perfect!

HTC HD2 + ANDROID FROYO 2.2 + HTC HD2 extended battery BP-E400 = ABLE TO BOOT TO ANDROID FROYO 2.2 HOME SCREEN (for 1 second only) then the phone immediately vibrate and power off without any warning. I would love to use my BP-E400 extended battery for longerhour use but no luck. Hope you guys can help me.

Ok so i have the exact problem with the calling issues. i have the cyanogen 6 froyo and everything works except that calling i have robo voice and it plays music faster than usual. And is it necessary to have the miri WM build for it to work? Also would you happen to know how to get the option for dual boot for Android and WM
Energy posted a barebones WM load specially designed to use for loading Android on the HD2.
Go go to the ENERGY LEO|Android ROM site, it's listed in the downloads.
I forgot to mention.... it works awesomely.
I found I get best results if I keep the SD card out as I boot the phone.
Once it's up, I put the SD card in then Launch Android.
Comes up flawlessly with sound and no garbled audio when making calls like with other WM builds.
Turbo-Audio is disabled, so all audio is working properly.

as I've switched to wm6.5 recently, i'm currently using my phone a lot... unfortunately, i also recognized, that i'm having strange problems since switching... after installing all my cab files and applying all my tweaks, etc. the OS will not launch any apps anymore, followed by not booting after a softreset, i have to hard reset. this is happening on any ROM so far, and i've tried letting several cabs i need out, however it still results in that kind of crash...
anyone having similar experiences? or is there a fix for this?
WM6.5 is not yet very stable, some crashes appear ramdomly as far as I can see too...
And I think some "old" stuff is not really compatible with it (I think there are more changes than the UI in 6.5)
Let's hope newer releases will correct thoses crashes...

yep, i guess you're talking about normal "lock-ups"...however i HAD hardresets...
i was able to fix it by just reflashing the stock 6.1 rom, and then flashed back to 6.5 without switch radio... its working fine until now... i'm gonna report if i have any problems
I've noticed the same. When I go to File Explorer and My Device, it seems most of the files have been deleted, including the windows folder, and the remaining ones have been corrupted (they have names like b[]). If I try to restart the device it won't boot and requires a hard reset.
I've also noticed that this happens after I've synced with ActiveSync for the SECOND time.
EDIT: This issue does not occur with d_train's ROM.

With 6.5 roms (what I've been tested) my Niki100 freezes when I starting to enter a name (with soft keyboard) in the new mail/SMS address field. Hard keyboard works perfectly...

I tried with WM6.1 and it freezes too. I think the Full QWERTY keyboard do this...

well, these issues have stopped for me, after reflashing the stock 6.1 rom! maybe you should try that as well
I just recently bought an HTC HD2 in interest to converting it into an Android phone.
I don't quite understand all the "ROM" information people tell me, so is there a simple and noob friendly guide on how to put Android in an HTC HD2 that runs smoothly as in everything working? (I might be asking for too much..)
ATM there isnt a pure ROM based Android for the HD2. Its possible to dual boot your HD2 with Android.
While doing this you copy Android to your SD card and use a program to load Android into your phone memory by using Haret. With the Andoid dual boot all things of your phone can work very well, but you battery will drain very fast (lasts 1 day) and the lower section of your phone can heat up.
The heating up is normal because your SD card is working all the time (since thats the location of Andriod)
What to do first:
- search for a threat to install HSPL on your phone
- change your radio to 2.10.50.26.x
- download an Android ROM of the Android section
- copy the files to your SD card and run Haret (delivered with the Andoid files)
- Its possible to install a WinMo ROM that is smaller and boots faster into Android, EngeryROM is a good rom to do this.
Keep in mind that Android is not a full ROM install yet, but htey are very far in developing it. Battery wont last as long as normal (WinMo). SD card is heating up.
I would say wait a lil longer before you put Andriod on your phone. Dont get me wrong it works very well and also i would totally love it to fully switch. But as long it isnt a full ROM install i would wait before using it.

I released a SD Version of my ROM.
The Idea behind it is a mix from HTC Hardwarelibs/Settings and APPs but without Sense. The Build is based on a new Desire HD Build (Android 2.2.1). I removed all HTC Widgeds, Sensestuff, etc. But I let some Apps, like Camera, Album, Musicplayer, Clock, EMail, Messanger, Keyboard, Twitter, etc. and you have the HTC System stuff, like the USB connection Menu. It's very nice and fast. As launcher is the Gingerbread Launcher installed.
Try it with e.g. Launcher Pro, Fancy Widget and Smooth Calender.

- Customize in settings because it's sense connected. You can change background etc. with the long press on desktop.
- USB MASS STORAGE MODE
IT IS DANGEROUS TO USE THIS IF YOU BOOT FROM SD! You boot from SD and then you will export this card over USB, if the system will use the data or system then it crash or corrupt you sd card!
For all SD Builds use MAGLDR mass storage or wince to copy files there.
- You need MAGLDR 1.11/WINCE
- SD Build
- Kernel is almost stock from our git.

hmm, right, for sd version 1.13 is not needed. 1.11 should be enough

this rom is great but something going wrong with browsers.with default and dolphin with or without adobe flash plugin installed in some sites browsers crashes

What is the name of the Folder? Did you change it in Bootsettings >> AD SD folder?
Hang on i got lift off.... i moved zimage from the root to the android folder. thanks anyway

Select <.> and not Android, since the zImage and initrd.gz are in the root folder on the SD card.

Yea browser crash on some sites is happening in most of the builds.. is there any way to solve it?.. in NAND builds i used to unmount SD card and try that same site and it worked..
Ok, really retarded question, how do I access the settings to change the launcher settings. I have never used Launcher, with ADW there used to be a option in Settings. And when I press menu on home screen, there is notifications instead of preferences.
Browser crashing on every website It just hangs, opens nothing. Cannot even open google.com. Apart from that, feels really good and snappy.

There is some battery drain issue. With Wifi on and sync on (no mobile data or bluetooth on), I was having 40mA drain in standy. With sync off just wifi on, it dropped to around 20mA. With wifi off just phone on, it is now a respectable 4-5mA.
Can anyone else check this?

this was my copy/paste mistake. It's not Launcher Pro, it's the Gingerbread Launcher, there no options. You can get Launcher Pro from Market.

Hi!
in my build wifi works in standby. This is the reason why you see more power. I you want that wifi disabled, go to wifi settings and activate the wifi standby policy.

I have just recently joined this forum as I have just bought a HD2. I have installed 2 different SD rom builds and they work alright to start with ie the very first boot but then after a few days I seem to lose the sound so cant hear ring tones or play music can anyone please help the current sd rom
I am using is SD/Maglrd]MCCM DS V4.0(FroyoStone Sense)[hastarin 8.5.3] Daily Used [Final].
Even shutting down the phone and then switching on the phone and then when wm 6.5 is loaded starting Andriod from sd card does not help.

I tried to flash my T1G0 with the following steps 'n now it's kinda dead...plz help
- Flashed Win 6.5 0321 ROM with sddl.exe.
- pressed camera + power key to enter bootloader mode(white LED)
- Loaded Win 7 bootloader using TG Downloader (At this step the flash failed at 99% with "Checksum error". However the white LED changed to BLUE)
- Continued with flashing Win 7 ROM using ZETIT downloader. The flash completed successfully and the phone restarted only to give me a steady green LED and no display.
- Because it didn't work out I went back to Win 6.5 bootloader using ZETIT downloader.
- Now with 6.5 bootloader(white LED) I flashed Win 6.5 ROM using TG Downloader. The flash completed successfully but again the phone wouldn't reboot . And then if I press power+camera key it would give me a white LED with a message on the screen which read "MOD 23...something".
I went back and forth from Win 6.5 to Win 7 and drained my battery in the process...I'm still to try the usb charging of my battery...so just want to be aware what steps do I need to perform so I don't waste a second of my charged battery this time

and few minor buggs:
- no lightsensor function
- no hardware proximity sensor available (screen stay on during a call)
- no G-Sensor function
- no Camera function
- no usb headphones function
- no country prefix by SMS possible (+49171xxx) only 0171xx format
Tg01 don't have ptoximity sensors at all youtube would be great tho...

My sd card 8gb is broken.
It broke when I installing a xap app and I click on TouchXplorer...
I have a 2gb generic, that don't work on TG01, but it is working.
All cards work on the TG01? SDHC, SD, Class 2, 4, 6..?

ptoximity sensors, yeah i know that .... is not a bug, but it drain the battery
... but we can be happy, with the existed functions........., for now.

I already tried to replace whole drivers with various stuff and nothing worked.

How do you mean to 90% good? Do you mean the have fixed something or they are on good way to fix it and maybe complete wp7 ROM? Cuz 90% for me is complete

60% phone function works
10% SMS function works
10% able to access LiveID services incl. Market Place + the most games + apps works
10% music play and music streeaming works
= 90% functions very good (my opinion)
the rest are 10% to fix driver
We WILL get accelerometer and youtube, the only serious problem is camera, but it can be done, really. I'm writing driver for accelerometer right now.
