try morelocale from market. It helps in some apps but not a perfect solution.

Any Portugues ROM showed up??
Hi there, as I see for a long time nobody posted here anything...
I wonder if in the mean time someone came up with a ROM which fully supports the Portuguese (PT-Pt or Pt-Br) language?
Please keep the forum updated

If yoi give me a day or two, I will port the brazilian 2.2 for you. You can get the language support in any rom but the one I have is stock Brazil.

Also, the Bi-winning has Portuguese support already. The new V-2 that came out yesterday, Very nice, did not check the keyboard though. Check it out.

Hey Jellette,
any chance to get hands on your ROM, I have tried the Bi-Winning Rom V2 but its not completely translated and only with Pt-Pt which is way different from Pt-Br.

Simply Galaxy/Honey supports over 22 languages including Portuguese.
2.8 is froyo 2.2.1 very stable and fast.
3.5 and up are Gingerbread and for experienced users only.

in my phone i have 6 languages.
froyo 2.2 version
samsung vibrant.
I have no new updates in mini-kies

Ok i guess some explaining is in order.
You need to root your phone and flash a custom rom from the development section in this case I'd suggest Simply Galaxy/Honey 2.8.
There are several quides showing all the steps to root and flash a custom rom.
