try morelocale from market. It helps in some apps but not a perfect solution.
Vibrant in Portuguese.

If yoi give me a day or two, I will port the brazilian 2.2 for you. You can get the language support in any rom but the one I have is stock Brazil.

Hey Jellette,
any chance to get hands on your ROM, I have tried the Bi-Winning Rom V2 but its not completely translated and only with Pt-Pt which is way different from Pt-Br.

Simply Galaxy/Honey supports over 22 languages including Portuguese.
2.8 is froyo 2.2.1 very stable and fast.
3.5 and up are Gingerbread and for experienced users only.

Ok i guess some explaining is in order.
You need to root your phone and flash a custom rom from the development section in this case I'd suggest Simply Galaxy/Honey 2.8.
There are several quides showing all the steps to root and flash a custom rom.

So my problem is that I installed a Rom who is MIUI and I can do nothing and when a reboot my phone for change rom i can't because when i click in the back button nothing do.
I can't use wifi bluetooth and my sim cart and my sd cart.

You can try GOOGLE translate. Its not 100% accurate, but you can figure out pretty good, whats they talking about!

Hi guys, i have an e10a, previouly it had e10i firmware, and i was unable to use 3G networks. I downloaded the e10a firmw by chavito here in the forum. Flash process was correct but i still can´t use 3G network, even i cant find any 3G network only 2G. I downloaded apn settings from operator's web. I don't know what's happens. Im from Nicaragua. Sorry for my english. Thanx in advance!

Besides, if you had read around you would have seen that is says DEVELOPEMENT in the headline of this subforum..
There is one called QUESTIONS aswell.
Don´t be cheaky when someone is trying to help you out buddy.
That will only bring you into the the "no answer" land.
What you should do is to report this thread to get it moved.
You should be happy that XDA even exists right now if you had been following the last days events..

If you flashed a pit file not meant for an I9100, then no one on this forum can help you. You will either need to take it to a Samsung service center, or find a repair shop that offers JTag repair.

Well first, does your phone power on at all? Can you get to download mode? If not, then giving you the right pit won't help you.
Not all Samsung pit files work for all Samsung devices. You need to use one specific for your device.
Also, you need to be more specific about what your issue is.

What do you mean "without power meter pin code and no video call"? I can venture a guess what you mean here, but I would rather not work off a guess.
Edit to add: it's pretty clear English is not your native language, which is causing some communication issues here. Maybe you could post both in English, and your native language. Then I (or whoever reads your post) can try running your post through Google translate, which may help clear up what you are trying to say.

This is a little clearer, I think I understand your problem now. (though, I still think you should post in both English AND your native language...)
Ok. No lockscreen/pin code. This is usually due to a file missing. (/efs/imei/keystr) You will need root to fix it. Do you have root?
Video calls. Are you referring to video calls from the native dialer? Were you able to make video calls before you installed your current ROM? What ROM did you install? A screenshot of your About Phone screen might be helpful here. Some ROMs do not support video calls - I do not think anything AOSP or AOKP based supports it. I believe you will need a Samsung stock firmware or a ROM based on Samsung that has their dialer and framework to get video calls to work.

With root, you can fix the first issue. Using Root Explorer, navigate to /efs/imei. In that folder, create a file and name it keystr. Inside the file, type the word ON. Make sure the permissions on the file are set to rw-r--r--.
As for the video calls, you still haven't answered what ROM you're currently on. Which ROM did you install? If you flashedn an AOSP/AOKP based ROM, and want video calling that badly, I'd suggest reflashing a Samsung stock firmware, or finding a custom firmware that is noted to support video calling that suits your tastes.
