Hi there!
That's the problem, i can't get into emergency mode, i've tried everything but i can only enter in format mode. Is there any solution or am i doomed to wm6.0 for all of eternity?
Before you ask, i know the procedure but it just doesn't work. If it helps my version is i780BBHB4.
Thanks

Hello guys,
I would like that you please help me on the following issue.
I have a galaxy s i9000B, On Friday, by mistake my battery cell went down. When I tried to start the phone I choose option “Format Boot” on “recovery mode”, and now the cel is in bootloop
After doing this, when I tried to start the cell again, I only got to the “Samsung Galaxy S” screen and I can´t enter into the OS.
I also tried to enter into recovery mode and download mode, however, nothing happens.
Therefore, If anyone could give me some pointers about how can I fix this problem, it would be really appreciated.
Regards,
Hi friends!
I'm having problems with my 8552 since that i've restored him with the Android "Format and restore" stock option. I'm using "Bionic Monkey rom" and in the tutorial the rom creator quote this text of XDA "Never click reboot recovery in advanced option in CWM Recovery it will cause bootloop or factory reset from phone settings do factoryreset from CWM Recovery,if by mistakenly u got bootloop just flashed CWM Recovery again. ( Remember this time Auto Reboot should be Checked )”
So... I don't remember but i think that option was used by me... :crying: And, now the 8552 always enter in CWM recovery and don't go to Android system.
And more... To enter in "download mode", is possible only if i choose this option in the Advanced Menu in the CWM, and still yet the Odin don't recognize them. :crying::crying::crying: The windows can't initiate the device. (code 10), e i'm using the same machine that i've installed the rom previously.
Somebody can help me? Any help is welcome!
And... Sorry my bad English, i don't like to use the translator, so i try of my way.

Hi,
Try to flash CWM again with un-check Auto Reboot.
After finish flashing don't reboot device, remove usb cable then remove battery for a while then insert battery and restart your device again.
This work with my device.
You maybe have to remove battery for a while then insert battery then Vol down+Home+Power button to goto download mode.
Hi all, it's been a while! I have a Galaxy J3 (2016) that is in development to be used for purposes other than a phone, and has a custom Android 5.1.1 on it. I am trying to see if it is possible to either install the stock ROM or flash TWRP and a custom ROM but am running into some issues. I found TWRP for this model and when I tried to install it through ODIN, the operation failed after a few seconds and the phone displayed "MDM mode. Can't download". I tried factory resetting through the recovery and it said MDM mode didn't allow factory reset. I booted up the system and turned on developer mode, but everything in the developer mode menu is grayed out so I couldn't factory reset using that method either. Does anyone know how to go about removing this "MDM mode"? I did some research and didn't really find any solutions. Any help is appreciated!
bump
same issuie
Have the same problem
I am looking into using ADB sideload/fastboot methods instead since the bootloader is locked-out from the MDM. Does anyone know if there are any ADB/fastboot methods of enabling USB debugging manually through a stock recovery??
Help needed please!!

Not yet. I haven't had much time to play with it lately, work is keeping me busy elsewhere
I want to my current rom G9650ZHU3ARK1 flash into G9650ZCU3ARK1 , lots of tutorials in the internet said that I don't have to turn off the OEM lock. I think that is because I didn't turn off it. I use odin 1.13.1 and ADB is installed, and after odin started progress, it shows me failed .
Then I have to reboot my phone, but there's a warning "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recover function in the Smart Switch PC software."
I tried Smart Switch but no device shows in the emergency software recovery option .
And now my phone can't even shutdown, or can't enter downloading mode anymore. or recovery mode ( volume up + bixby + power ) , the only thing that it can do is reboot into error interface.
I don't know how to recover my phone, anyone can help me? please.
hey, same issue here, do u fix it?

Hi, there were multiple cases here, and I think everyone finally sent the phone in for repair (and received it back flashed and ok).
So, I'm not sure anyone knows how to solve this themselves yet.
Same problem here...
An security update brought me this issue. I tried to flash it with OST but it was unable to rewrite the bootloader (also in emergency mode). Then I used "fast boot" to unlock the bootloader. ERROR / Not allowed.
I also tried to update the firmware with "fast boot" but it didn't work as the bootloader is locked. I also changed the active partion by "fast boot". So I was able to reach the factory reset mode in my phone. I followed the menu and it did some reboots => still stuck in the "download mode". Any other ideas? Thx a lot
