i was wondering if anyone is making differant boot screens. I would really like to find someone that can take like a girls gone wild clip of girls flasing and use that as the boot screen instead of a glowing android.

as the title implies i really want to learn to make boot/ splash screens for my own use and i google and couldn't find a thing, can someone point me in the direction. i opened the read me file in logoreplacer.zip and started to read and wanted to figure out how to make my own logo replacer. well i went into this pretty blind and googled some things but it came out very well and thankfully didnt need to sbf or anything like that but i thought id share with you guys (and im sorry ladies if this offends you) my very own logo replacer. if this is inappropriate i apologize ahead of time but i figured some may get a kick out of it but i personally love this logo replacer. the zip works out fine but you must be rooted and boot into recovery as most people should know. thanks for looking

Yeah np guys, its actually really easy to do so if there's ANY picture you would want as a boot logo i can make it but im no photoshop expert but just use regular old paint on windows but if there's something you'd like me to try to make, post a link so I can see what I can come up with

i know people are busy but ive been trying to theme its just very hard and i was wondering if anybody would take time and teach me the basics of themeing...i know there are guides i would just like someone to maybe take me step by step...im probably not gonna get anybody but if u do decide to thank u sooooo much!
I would say follow the guides and know what it is you are having problems with. Start small with just replacing icons. After icons, try changing the color of something. I doubt you are going to get anyone to walk you through step-by-step without having done anything yourself or at least a better starting point than "I want to theme". If you do get stuck with something, stop by IRC and usually one of the themers is online and could help. But, as I said before, they are much less likely to help you if you aren't trying anything out yourself first, which also holds true for pretty much any other aspect of development and theming.
I am trying to use a Photoshop to make lock rings for sense 3.0 , but having a ton of trouble actually making the rings. I know how to get them on my phone and make them work, but like I said I have no clue on how to create the rings. I am using gimp and/or adobe cs5. Any help, guide, or tutorial would be great!! Thanks in advance to anyone!

Maybe ask somewhere more fitting? Like the general xda forums or on a photo editing forum? This really isnt a thunderbolt question and asking in the thunderbolt forums, you're getting a very small scope of. You're most likely never going to get a (good) answer here imho.
Gimp and ps are not programs that you just install and use like email. There are a lot of techniques to learn before you can just sit down and create something you envision. I would suggest checking out some of the tutorials online to get a feel for the program, then its just trial and error until you become familiar with it. I've been using gimp for years and still find new ways of doing things. Sorry I didn't answer your question, but stick with it and expect a lot of mistakes, with patience you'll eventually be able to create anything you want.
You might want to attach an image of what you are trying to do, I bet someone will give you a hand.
