Lol I already deodex'ed it a few days ago. Now I need someone who has applied the DI01 full update to test a flashable clockwork zip but I can't find anyone at the moment heh.

you can also follow @koush on twitter since he will be porting CM6 to the fascinate. I wouldn't expect frequent direct updates about the fascinate since the guys has like 20 projects going at the same time, but it's a good place for info.
I would like a good list also.. My twitter is still full of blackberry hybrid'ers and alike. Need some android news makers on there.

Thanks for the response everyone, I've actually been following Koush since my Droid1 days and yesterday started following frostman89.
To answer your question magicriggs, I really liked the DX, just hated the locked down bootloader and wanted some more freedom to do what I wanted. Having said that, I'm really glad I got the Fascinate, that screen is amazing and it's much smoother than the DX.

Well, they've since updated with a new file, we'll see if that's correct or not. If it is, we can't really blame them. We downloaded the file hours before they officially announced it.
Now if this new file is still wrong, after they've announced it, then we can give them crap, but lets wait and see.

Hey guys, I was just posting up to ask whether or not anyone had looked into porting project voodoo over to the fascinate. I know supercurio posted up this porting information on his site http://project-voodoo.org/porting a few days ago but hadn't seen anything in here on it.
I am by no means a developer but more of a news/rumor man or else i would totally be working on this for everyone so i hope someone out there is capable and willing to give this a go as it seems to be a much more capable and stable solution to the lag fix experienced on other galaxy s variants and though we all may not necessarily need it... it'd be a cool option to try
It is being worked on. We need a full kernel built from source to get to this point, or try to splice voodoo into our recovery kernel that wad tweaked to work. Its gonna take some time but know it is being worked on. Kernel built from source is the first on the development list

The porting guide is not complete, but big strides have been made recently, though it may not come outside of inner circles for a real release until voodoo beta 5. #project-voodoo on freenode is a place to check out, though you may get a bad response if all you do is log on every day and ask "is it out yet?"

really op? Be patient. Not only are they doing this on their spare time, but they update their roms faster than the actual phone manufacturers. So relax and enjoy the awesome rom's they have out now. Bionix 1.3 is amazing. I'm running that on my phone and I flashed Frost on my other vibrant. Frost is amazing as well. I can't decide which to use daily lol.

That's absolutely true. They do amazing things in their spare time that they could spend in other things (family for example) to give us this amazing roms. Patience,patience,patience................
Look som and TW does this as a hobby and to be generous. Stop being impatient and asking when. They have lives too. It will be done when its done. Id much rather have a finished product ie. A daily driver instead of 1000 betas, which is why it takes time.

Everyone's telling him to relax and such, but he isn't rushing anyone. He just asked for an ETA in a relatively polite manner, trust me I've seen worse. Some people seem to think they're owed roms by the devs.
i'd rather stay with 2.2 than have a buggy 2.3 rom. but i know some people have to have the newest sometimes...It wasn't long ago that everyone was screaming to get 2.2 on their phone. It's kinda like the guy that sold his xp laptop the first day vista came out. Just saying that there is no need to rush updates to operating systems.

i have been reading the heck out of these xda posts and your tw forums and i appreciate all the good work you do. i've asked a few questions between here and chat, but i have learned most by reading and being patient. when i have some money, i plan to donate to you guys but i am broke right now. i am presently running your bionix 1.3 rom w/the latest overstock 1.3 kernel, very few problems so far, however i am still evaluating battery life after turning off bln w/bln pro app. i do plan on flashing bionix 1.3.1 soon. again, thx 4 the excellent work that tw does! take your time with future roms as i can see the quality (not quantity) of your work. in the mean time (while we patiently wait), thank you for the buttery smooth 1.3+ roms you have developed!
Yes, we are working on it as Som said. Almost messed up my phone pretty bad last night doing so. I got to see all the purty colors. lol, and lost all contents on BOTH sd's. heh.
Currently running the i9k leak but it also has it's issues.
As far as Honeycomb, I have looked into porting it, however, due to the fact our phones can't accept a boot.img, it will be a hell of a task and frankly, I just dont have the time for that.
Anyone besides CM working on any AOSP roms? I miss it!! Also, I am available to host any files that devs need mirrored.

As current roms stand there are no AOSP roms out at the moment . But also bare in mind root status is still very new , if anything still in its infancy . Give it time and before you know it AOSP will be ready for flashing . I know cyanogenmod was ported to the Sensation already , so I dont think EVO3D will be to far off from that . Some Devs have had roms on standby waiting for root to hit but never had a device to test stability on (even though there were s-off devices running around in the wild) . Like I said give it more time , heck the development thread has already started up with kernal threads and rom threads . The fun is just now begining so kick back and enjoy the ride
I'm not trying to be rude but there's a fee threads on this already.
But yeah first I heard it would be ported and cyanogen wouldn't officially support it then I heard that toastch is working on it. So I can't wait either.

eclipse is a sweet rom...nitro does not put out alot of builds, just quality ones!
Eclipse is my go to rom every time.
I started with it on my x2.
I've gotten to the point where I make my device decision based on if eclipse will come To it hahaha

Yes I have a Note 2 but have no real plans on coming out of retirement from full time developing.. Putting together the Gummy series (AOSP one) burned me out hard.
