[Q] Phone on/off toggle - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there any phone on/off toggle program good for HD2?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633590
In addition to letting you configure many aspects on your home screen, it enables you to put a tiny "on/off" widget on it for the phone, bluetooth and wifi.

Thanks. Unfortunately, the version of Manila in my HD2 is 1.0.19211620.0. I suppose this is incompatible with CHT.

Here's the link for the latest version of CHT. Seek and you WILL find? Ask without searching, and people will quickly get tired of doing all the searching for you.

Do you mean the SIP phone pad?
I'll have to cab that up...
I don't really know the name but the Shadow versions had it and the Mysterious Rom had it also.
The Mysterious Rom Image has it there, although the newer versions had a different theme (black one).

Umm... Was it touch styled (black and grey) or WM cheap plasticky feel? Also, was there a qwerty version?
For the touch styled version, look at this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=344533

No probs! There is also a Diamond version of it...
It worked well, it was what I was looking for... but the disable xT9 disables the HTC Touch Pad, the HTC Touch Keyboard always apears even when the pad option is selected.
Is there any known problem and solution for this?

One question... What did you do to disable xT9? Did you go through the options, or edit some registry keys?
I edited the reg, added the changes that came in a reg file that was in the folder disable XT9 that came with the files. Simply run the reg file. I also tried a cab that I had from the shadow verison to disable the XT9 and the result was the same.

[ROM][WWE][March 9][21028] ** EnergyROM 2.2 Beta ** with new Rhodium Manila

This ROM is based on the 21028 core, but with all the new goodies from the newly announced Rhodium device. The new Manila interface, new HTC menus, new notifications system. Most bugs are known, so don't report them in thread anymore. This is more of a test version to get a preview of the new Rhodium Manila, xboxmod is working on. He was kind of enough to release the new updated and resized Manila files to be used in this ROM and beta test. Thank you.
Changelog for 2.2 beta:
- Using a new XIP and SYS core 21028 generously provided by Arrupenthal
Changelog for 2.1 beta:
- Alarm clock on Manila issue fixed
- Pictures tab resized
- Audio tab resized
- Scrolling in Settings tab fixed
- Scrolling in Arrange Tabs fixed
- New Internet Tab with built in Google search feature and "Push Internet"
- New Rhodium Menu Enhancement
- Fixed Album full screen menu issue
- New Rhodium Comm Manager
- LOTS more Rhodium OEM packages
Known Bugs:
- Some Manila tabs and pages aren't resized yet.
- You can't make calls from the People tab using the shortcuts under the pictures.
- Facebook upload picture in the Album might not work
- YouTube might not play sound, but will display video.
- Adding bookmarks in the Internet tab doesn't work.
- Facebook status in Contacts doesn't work.
A few more that I will post later.
Screenshots:
So the agps stuff from the leaked fuze ROM isn't included?
Either way, it seems like the upgrade is more than worth it (if not somewhat necessary).
Thx!

With all these fixes, Im super excited to see what this rom can do. NRG could you maybe post on the first thread issues yet to be dealt with? I know this is a beta but I would like to have an idea of where we are.
man, I need to get a life
How sad is it that I'm sitting here clicking the 'Refresh' button every 20 seconds, hoping that a download link magically appears in the OP?
@NRG
Being as though the 'bugs are known' with the Rhodium Manila port, and it still being incomplete, is there anything that we actually should report? I think most of us are aware of the issues with the 21018 build (ActiveSync, specifically), but in order for the thread to be as useful/helpful as possible, I thought I'd ask, in order to keep the useless posts and flaming to a minimum.
In 2.0 and 1.5 I have been unable to assign "Programs" tab to the right softkey. Previously I've used TouchPro Tweak or SecondToday to do this, but it won't save the change in these new rom versions. Any workaround for this?

I am usinig second today on 2.0 and it works fine
Hi, I'm using the 2.0 beta and loving it. Great job on getting so many niggles out with this build.
Cheeky request: I really don't like the taskbar items. I feel like they kinda detract from the clean look of the device. Is there a way I can get rid of them? I found the taskbar thread and can restore most of them to normal HTC/WM icons using DLL's, but some of them still stay colourfull. I can't find replacement DLL's for things like A2DP/SMS icons.
Cheers

Quick Question, Does this include the new Tabs Editing Feature and render the Diamond's TF3d Config useless? or do the tweaks still apply, ergo does this render all UC Cabs useless (such as your blue manila .can and the wallpaper for all tabs cab?)

If you guys don't mind some registry editing, grab yourselves Mobile Registry Editor (or just use total command), and check "HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila" and maybe "HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila." You'll see loads of stuff there you can try.
For example, if you want to assign the right softkey to Programs tab, you'd change the value of "HomeRSKPath" to "Manila://programs.page" and "HomeRSKText" to "Programs." I personally have it set to "Manila://weather.page" since I don't use the programs tab (check out wktask that has a really useful launcher that pops up when you swipe down the top right corner).
And there's all tabs background cab for the new manila somewhere in the previous thread.

[APP]WM6.5 Titanium Notifications [09/05]

Can someone make a cab for the Titanium Notifications. With this i mean a cab that installs a new plugin where you can see how much missed calls you have, how much unread texts, like it is included in the blizz theme...
EDIT: Ok, i used the megapinky version, completely edited the setup files, so now i've got a nice working QVGA one... Here you go if you need it
The VGA version can be found in post #2
This is just a cab which will install the sms, phone, e-mail, voicemail notifiers on your WM6.5 home screen.
9/05: Titanium Notifications v1.3
Landscape for QVGA by larbke
Minor text bug fixed concerning hight.
9/05: Titanium Notifications v1.2
QVGA by larbke (portrait)
VGA & WVGA by megapinky (P&L)
WVGA still needs some testing...
8/05: Titanium Notifications
Small changes in text.. was a small bug...
Larger pictures (makes it look nicer)
Screenshot in post #2

I seem to be missing the Email Icon when I install the notification panel...this is on a QVGA device, (Titan). Any ideas? Thanks!

This is great, I've been waiting for this panel. Thanks guys.
Missing the email icon too.
My email icon is missing too. it shows when your actually on the plugin swiping back and fourth. but when your on say the clock the email icon shows an x. running 21222 on titan.

I don't know why you don't have the e-mail icon, or why you only have it when you're on the panel itself... Since they refer to the same icon, i find it pretty weird...

I'm searching for a post with some info but didn't find anything.
I'm using Dutty's CDLC v10 (Manila 2018) that has Enable RSS Hub in Manila Home, but after install Cookie's Home Tab + CHT Editor, RSS dissapears and it's no possible to enable again except for uninstalling CHT.
Is there any way to activate it again?

No fore the moment this option isn't compatible/integrated in CHT.
I think we must wait fore a update off CHT.
If you take a look on the CHT thread you will see it don't mention the compatibility of manila 2018. Of course it's compatible, but it deactivate the RSS Hub (Omoe version)

CHT has a State Indicator Add-On, which includes a battery temperature indicator quicklink.
May not be exactly what you are after, but this works well and essentially tells you the devices temperature, as the battery is what makes it hot or not.
I thought the new diffrent temp/memory quicklinks in cht only linked you to a program of which you have installed on your device?
In my case they doesnt even launch when I hit any of them... but on the other hand I dont have such programs installed atm.
So then Ive got a bug , if what you say is right.

MMhhh, it works on all WinMo devices with HTC Sense pretty much.
Manila (Sense) 2.5 on a WVGA or VGA device is required.
HVGA port also available.
Or you can check out SpoonCharge as well for a full screen battery monitor.
