Do you know any application which warns (beep) whenever the GSM is not umder range and then lost?
Of course it should work only when the phone is on, otherwise nice plane trip!

Hi,
Some times, you pass a place which GSM signal is lost. I would like to see my pocket pc notifies me when the GSM signal lost/came back. Is there any way in the pocket pc setting to do that? Do you know any software has this feature?

First, let me say that searching XDA-DEV with google is not an easy task.
Anyhow, I'm having this issue of phone calls being dropped after 2 to 5 minutes of talking. Signal is strong, bluetooth or no bluetooth. Uninstalled apps that recently got installed and the problem still persist. Is there a system log of phone calls, etc that can help me troubleshoot this issue ?
I have X7501 running original stuff.

I would say it was almost certainly the fault of your network, a simple trick to test would be to go into the phone properties then into band and lock the band onto the old 2G signal instead of the fancy new 3G type and see what happens
PS do you really have an FM radio on your phone, does it use the Headphones as an aerial or does it just work !! is there any chance you can upload a screen shot of the radio app !

Guys, Am wondring if anybody can help my locate my phone,
I was out lastnight and lost my phone, i dont think I have any software on it to remotely ccess my phone, however i am running MIUI if this has something like this embedded into the ROM?
My phone dials out to voicemail, and I have blacklisted my phone so the GSM network will not work also my simcard has been blocked.
Anybody got any ideas to help get in touch with the person who's found it ? and how to locate it?

Does Anybody know if when you install an app from your desktop computer via the google android website on your phone. and the status for that app changes from INSTALL to INSTALLED.
did the app sucessfully get installed? its very hard to find out as my network has been disabled ( i have now enabled it may take upto 24 hours) so my only hope at the moment is wifi i think.
if you didn't set it up before you lost the phone there's no way for you to track it down afterwards...

Yes, As the title say, The new year began with a great loss. My Dell streak 5 fell and broke the screen.
No display (but can sense, I can unlock the screen without any visuals).
Phone is not rooted. Debugging is not enabled. I tried Looking all over. But am stuck in this situation. I did check other threads as well . But cldnt get help.
I tried using "my phone explorer" but it requires Debugging ON.

This is the serious situation I never had in using phone. My phone (Huawei G700-U00) can't active wifi (Turn on but about 3-5s it come back to turn off) and bluetooth functions too. When I use wifi status fix, I saw my device's wifi is wifi_state_unknow. So how can I fix that? Thank for your helps and sorry for my english !
