The black one is rubberized, and my other silver cover is glossy / piano finish.
How is the finish of the other covers ? I want to take the red and the white covers but I don't like glossy.
The red one I got with the phone is glossy too.

bought my black cover last year in China, they must have pulled it from a display model because the sticker says "prototype'. oh yea... it is ruberized.

you mean undo the screws and then swap it? Cant be that hard, Ive done a P800 before. Those cases are easy to buy.
i'm curious too.. do they sell replacement 02 cases? and maybe that could fix the keyboard hinge problem.. if its part of the casing..

YEah it would be great if SOME CASE COMPANY out there or O² themself starts modding new housing replacements due to fact that it scratches easily! Dropped my O² the 2nd week I got`em due to a stupid clear case which splits into two revealing atom on a road tar

I checked Ebay and cnn.cn none of these places have the battery cover with xperia logo label !!! if they are OEM why are they missing the xperia label?!?!?!
Besides why cant SE sell these covers as accessories?

If not differently advertised cnn.cn has only original spares, I bought many things and a I was always satisfied.
P.S. atm cnn has the dummies, maybe it's cover is functional.

I found dummy x10 mini pro cost $36.99 from cnn.cn but it's too expensive to buy it only for the back cover. As the phone is for demonstrating/advertaising purposes i'm not expecting good quality.

I've just ordered the red one. For that sort of money, I am happy to take a punt.

Received my new cover yesterday, ordered a week ago
Went with this one: 380260605716
It fits perfect, looks good, only lacks the Xperia-sticker. It do has a sort of matte, almost rubbery finish, in contrast to the more shiny front of the phone.

Mine has arrived and I must admit that the quality is as good as the one that came with the phone.
My wife is happy with it (which is all that really matters) however I am not convinced that the red back looks right with a black front but each to their own.
In any case, if you want a red back, these can be recommended.

Got one yesterday at a local store for 2$(approx)(Rs-100), so just thought of sharing....fits perfectly , covers every edge & complete back panel
i've also seen a crystal one , but didn't get one cause silicon case is more durable than a crystal case ...

I have a case just like that one! Mine is clear. I bought it on ebay for under 3 USD (the shipping was free). When I ordered it, I thought maybe I wouldn't like it, maybe it would make the phone too big or something, but no! It fits great and the phone does not feel bigger at all, in my opinion. I'm not really a big fan of phone cases but I have to say I love this case. Since my case is clear, that red logo really stood out, so the first thing I did was to remove it, which was very simple. I just used my nail.
I have pictures of my case, and a link to the one I bought on ebay, but since I have too few posts to be able to post links, I can't show them to you just yet...

I am using this Amzer 93605 Soft Gel TPU Gloss Skin Case for Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V From last 8 months around 6 US $.. and it's good and never got any scratch.It also protects from Shock.. my phone is like new.. still after falling many times on hard surfaces..Sorry i can't attach image yet
for my neo L, im using a black tpu case which costed me somewhere between $1 - $2 on ebay. Its really cheap and protects my phone well. Like when i place the phone face down, the screen will never touch the surface and my phone never gets damaged when dropped.

I was using this phone naked with two glass screen protectors from nilkin and after three months both had cracked.
Now i bought another thicker glass protector and a case. Problem is i'm still not a fan of the case, as thin as it is.
So just wondering if anyone use like skins, like vinyl wraps? Do you guys think that can increase grip and minimise the bulk?
Any recommendations for brands? In particular I have the dual, and not just the normal one.. Really cuts down the amount of choices I have..

The same thing happend for me earlier. i found this danish company Lux-Case dk who got pretty much all accesories that you can think of. I found i pretty cool cover there + some ekstra equipment. Hope you will find something

Not there. I asked the store and they confirm not having a case or cover for the D6633 in their portfolio.
Anyway, after nearly having given up finding a back cover that actually fits I came across the Nillkin Matte Textured Super Shield Hard Case Cover for Sony Xperia Z3 sold by Gadgetwear. It fits the Z3 dual perfectly and has a very good grip.
I ended up getting the j&d slim one. It looks like it offers zero drop protection but I don't have a daily urge to break the phone any more for its slipperiness.
