Are they the same cover on both?
The Mini and the Mini Pro does not have the same battery cover.
I am looking for a black cover. When I bought the Mini Pro the store only had red ones left...

Haven't seen any myself either - I was looking for a new one after I scuffed my Mini Pro on a wall in a drunken stumble last night ><
I checked Ebay and cnn.cn none of these places have the battery cover with xperia logo label !!! if they are OEM why are they missing the xperia label?!?!?!
Besides why cant SE sell these covers as accessories?

If not differently advertised cnn.cn has only original spares, I bought many things and a I was always satisfied.
P.S. atm cnn has the dummies, maybe it's cover is functional.

I found dummy x10 mini pro cost $36.99 from cnn.cn but it's too expensive to buy it only for the back cover. As the phone is for demonstrating/advertaising purposes i'm not expecting good quality.

I've just ordered the red one. For that sort of money, I am happy to take a punt.

Received my new cover yesterday, ordered a week ago
Went with this one: 380260605716
It fits perfect, looks good, only lacks the Xperia-sticker. It do has a sort of matte, almost rubbery finish, in contrast to the more shiny front of the phone.

Mine has arrived and I must admit that the quality is as good as the one that came with the phone.
My wife is happy with it (which is all that really matters) however I am not convinced that the red back looks right with a black front but each to their own.
In any case, if you want a red back, these can be recommended.

YEah it would be great if SOME CASE COMPANY out there or O² themself starts modding new housing replacements due to fact that it scratches easily! Dropped my O² the 2nd week I got`em due to a stupid clear case which splits into two revealing atom on a road tar

Hi can anyone recommend a screen protector for a MDA compact V -
i had ordered a martin field screen protector for a diamond2 but it is competely the wrong shape ( ordered from a reputable supplier so fairly certain its not a fake.)
the one that came with the phone is pretty scratched up and and desperately in need of replacement.

guess that confirms it - i emailed producers of martin fields SP and they were not bothed by someone selling fakes with thier name on it....
so back to my original question does anyone kow of a SP that fits the compact V? even T mobile dont sell one.

I bought some, they do fit and are ok but to be honest I liked the one that came with the phone but have been unable to find them anywhere too. You would think Tmobile would sell them as they should be a good (probably high profit) seller !

I was looking for a replacement screen protector for my new Compact V because I find the one T-Mobile supplied smears and fogs the screen when viewed in unfavourable lighting. Don't you find this also?

Have had one on for the past two months and no scratches so far. Haven't noticed any scrolling problems either.

The black one is rubberized, and my other silver cover is glossy / piano finish.
How is the finish of the other covers ? I want to take the red and the white covers but I don't like glossy.
The red one I got with the phone is glossy too.

However, it also offers more replacement parts (e.g. USB cover, front keypad, side buttons).
I need a new back cover.

I'm currently undergoing the issue of having the back peel off my nexus 6 and I've only had it for a week so I don't have another $600.00 for them to place a hold on my account for a replacement. On google+ a guy sent me a link and said these might be wood replacement backs. He said somebody posted a pic of it and said they are actual replacement backs not just skins. If they are backs I plan on buying one now

These are simply skins that stick over the back, not replacement back panels. If you need a new back panel, they're on ebay with adhesive skin to apply them similar to stock. Goodluck.
Yes you can buy new white and blue back panels from ebay. They are perfect replacements.

Just to add to this, yes they are an adhesive skin, but they are real wood, and not a thin flimsy decal. If you read the original @slickwraps thread, people have removed the plastic nexus backing, and put the Naturals bamboo skin as a replacement, and it was a perfect fit, but it wasnt meant to be a replacement and not marketed as such. (The Naturals line, both leather and wood, are much thicker than flimsy plastic decals since they are real leather and wood)
I myself own a few of the Slickwraps Naturals products, and I have to say I am impressed with the quality.
I have the dark brown leather as my back and I removed the stock back. It fits 100% perfect and I love it! I also bought a spare OEM back in case I need it. The bamboo might need some sanding to fit flush I haven't tried it with mine yet but if and when I do I'll post some pictures.

OK no problem and yes I bought the spare OEM back on eBay from a seller in NJ. The leather is on my phone so I'll take some pictures for you. I just applied some conditioner so it's wet but I have a older picture of when I first installed it that I'll post right now below for you. I'll add new pictures once the constraints l conditioner is done drying. I"aged" the leather because it looks better with some wear on it.

i also bought an extra back from ebay. received it yesterday but the curved part of the letter "u" was not in place. it had come off. i put it back in place no problem but it leads me to think they will come off easy. another thing i noticed is that the ebay one, the "nexus" letters are chrome and the ones that actually come on the phone are silver.
good thing i got the ebay one to play with it. i'm going to end up painting it or something. haven't decided what yet.

The one I bought is fine and identical to my OEM one that I took off my phone. I can post a side by side if you would like. It could be a different supplier for the back or something because most people have had good experiences with the ones from eBay. I'm not saying there aren't bad ones out there but I received a good one.

Hopefully it will still fit fine for you. I bought one as a backup because I'm using the SW Horween Leather as my phone back right now.
