i just got my x10 mini on three branded today first thing i did was debrand it to uk generic with the build.prop all worked well gonna try this update now hope its there now is this for uk generic?

I can confirm that my mate got the update for his generic X10 today. However as of yet nothing on my Mrs X10 mini pro.
on a facebook answer se confirms that today(in a few hours) tha mini update will be ready for download
I wasn't able to wait this long knowing that a flashable 2.1 version was available

pity i left my USB cable at my girlfriends lol, when i check for update via wifi it says an update is available but needs to be done from a PC, it MUST be 2.1!

We have two debranded UK Orange x10 mini using the generic build.prop that's kicking about.
We're waiting - tried update on phone and PC companion.
side note : can someone confirm 1237-0392 is the correct code for x10 mini e10i uk generic please.
How do you check what generic firmware you have and which one is the proper uk generic firmware?
I recently bought a used x10 from some guy on craigslist. factory reset it got it all working and what not and figured i would try and update it to 2.1. the phone says its updated even though when i go to phone info in the settings it says firmware 1.6. i tried the pc companion but it also says that it is up to date. any ideas with out rooting and running mods?
You've probably got a branded firmware that hasn't been updated yet...
Do a search for debranding and updating to the global generic firmware...

x10 Flash 2.1 Final + Global World Firmware 2.1
I just flashed my xperia back to 2.1 using a Generic rom and then plugged my phone into my laptop. It then siad there was an update. The update was 2.1 with dual touch as it listed all this in PC Companion. I then updated to this so where's the gingerbread rom that everyone's talking about? I live in the south west of the UK.
My phone isn't rooted just if your wondering as I did the update in flashtool and also updated my phone in PC Companion.

i've tried update from the phone, update via website, update via pcc and update via sony update service.
none of the above give any different results, it always says that my phone is already up to date.
No update as yet for the UK.

Isn't the Sketch 4.1 app update available for German generic software via OTA on Update Center? At first my phone was Vodafone DE branded and I thought maybe that's why I didn't get the update but I flashed the German Generic software and still no official update. I got the Info-Eye 1.4.10 update just when it was announced so what's the deal with Sketch? Has anyone with German Generic software actually got this update officially? I know I can just install apk but I want to know why it is not available officially on my device?
The version of Sketch on my UK EE branded phone is 1.0.A.4.9
