It`s possible an other language in aosp 2.1, spanish?, thanks.
not possible spanish language for aosp 2.1, all right
Sure it's possible, but i think they sorted the other laguages out since the ROM is not even in alpha stadium and is only for testing purposes. So they made it as slim as possible, which also means deleting the loads of languages in there. Package size would increase with every single language included.
But these languages will most likely all be added to the final version, perhaps even if it is beta.
Correct me if i'm wrong, it's just a suggestion.

Hi
I have a 7500 and want to try out the 7510 stuff, without going to SP3 or other experimental stuff. I am specialy are interested in multitouch, screen rotation and a decent keyboard (landscape wide keys for my big fingers, Dutch language). Stable above features. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There is no non experimental rom taken from x7510. X7510 is a different hardware, so rom taken from it has to be moded for x7500/x7501, to change drivers for hardware in those devices. As moded, means experimental. All roms released here are stamped with "no respnsibility" tag, which means they are experimental.
Thanks, I understand that everything is experimental, but what is closest to 7510 and relatively stable?

Soagarth's base rom is stable, but it is a mixture of x7510 rom and some apps from dimond. If you want to have pure x7510 rom moded for x7500, you should take Sogarth's HiperCore kitchen and remove all dimond staff and then cook a rom yourself.
Thanks. Being a starter here, I will not try a kitchen myself and focus on SPL 1.2. Is one of the Irus adaptions of Soagarth or Taxist ROM (partly) based on the 7510 and suitable for me?

All of the roms for X7500 are partly based on X7510 (more or less). Only Irus can tell how much was from X7510 and how much from other devices like Dimond.
Who can make a dutch rom same as Mikenifecent http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544993 for the Raphael?
+1 for a dutch ROM (prebuilt, not a kitchen ) with WM6.5 and manila 2.1 and/or 2.5
GRTZ
I can't but I'd appreciate it to.
+2,a dutch rom with manilla 2.1 en latest os build would be nice indeed!
Greetings a fellow dutchie
I support this
I can, but ....
Dear all,
I've had several roms made.
But some of them had minor bugs. I can create them, but i'm not able to find all solutions all the time. So i need more support.
Eventhough i have my own kitchen based on mrom and energyrom. Only i have no specialty in core programming on some NBH related issues.
If somebody can help i will be in to cooperate.
People,
I think that some new Dutch clean and stable 6.5 ROM with Sense 2.5 or maybe 2.1 are very welcome for the Dutch people that like a custom ROM.
M-ROM is now the best Dutch ROM. But it's Manila 2.1.
Grtz Jayroen
I'm using the 28011 2.5m standard energy rom at the moment. I have to say, it works very nice. It would be very appreciated if this rom could be translated into a dutch version, not just only the sense part (which is possible through a reg change).
It would be great if there was one

I sent NRGZ28 a pm. Lets wait and see if he can grant our request or point us to a certain direction.
i support the idea also!!!
Happy new yeat to you all
I might consider building a WM6.5 NLD Rom
I need some time to test since this will be my first NLD Rom.
Michael.
I like to see a dutch rom for the Raphael as well! Great idea!
Hi all,
unfortunately I didn't got any replies from ENRGZ28.
I saw that Gen.Y has a dutch rom, but he's on WM6.1.
Maybe someone can use the tools Da_G posted about cooking, he also posted files which contains 0413-files.
I tried it, but it doesn't make any sense to me. Need a good tut on how to get started and explanation what all the settings in the kitchen means.

Making it a open source project sounds good. all the documentation is there and together we can get faster results
I say lets start with a stock like kitchen like http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=580429 and add sense 2.1/2.5 all in dutch. I need to look up the thread where language files can be found and how to add them to the kitchen.
edit: this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445
i support this to, i just want a working rom no nonsense but with sense in dutch!
Gen.Y is available in dutch. Sense 2.1 on windows mobile 6.1.
I beleive he even has his kitchen online.
hi all.
i was wondering if someone can help us learn how to enable Right-To-Left languages support in gingerbread.
there are some good roms for the ace but most of them dnt support RTL, which is very important for a lot of us.
to be clear, all i'm asking for is to render RTL text properly, not to change the menu langaue.
any help would be much appreciated, thank you
afaik cm roms already contains rtl fix.
so cm roms arent displaying rtl language correctly for u?
i mean stock based roms.
i havent tried CM yet. there are so many unofficial ports, and it seems each has its own bugs. it's confusing :/
have u tried these? based on stock so u can presume its stable as stock
probably wont be updated anymore, but definitely got rtl fixed

wow u actually patch the framework yourself?
thumbs up for you.
many users here actually too lazy to try something like that themself, many just wait for someone to spoonfed them. and u on the other hand try patch the framework and libs yourself and succeeded. nice initiative !!
it's not that difficult. i used an automated tool to patch the files. pulling and pushing them is also easy.
i was ready to patch them "manually" if i knew how. that was the purpose of the original post.
thanks to madmack. i hope this tool works on all roms.
for example if i flash current cyanogen nightly build - does it contain english and german UI language or only english??
Don't hold me on this but I always thought that most ROM's included multi-languages, you could try looking at the ROMs specific page.
Seems like MIUI, Russian Edition? Does support other languages though. I haven't tried it but wanted to share to a larger audience
https://sourceforge.net/projects/miroom/
"Mi Rum Portal is a project dedicated to the infinite world of Xiaomi and MIUI, where you can find the latest and unique news, useful files, articles, instructions, and of course our branded MIUI firmware with many cool features."
** Edit : sorry I'm talking about mi-globe not mi-room
Yes it's some kind of a fork to xiaomi.eu rom
it's working flawlessly -as expected- with all english dialogues , no russian or chinese stuff
