could someone give/tell me how to change theme in custom rom 2.1 ? is it possible without changing a custom ROM ?
Yes. You can install the honey comb theme by go3asy which is made for eclair. install it via x recovery

but i don't want to change rom, i prefers to stay with 2.1 original firmware updated with seus

The only way to do it is if you root, install xrecovery then find a theme. Im using .435 firmware with arc theme just fine
