Snq's power menu - myTouch 4G Themes and Apps

Anyone get this working yet? I remember earlier on someone posted a screenshot of it.

I posted the screenshot, its a modded android.policy.jar. The images it points to are in the com.htc.resources.apk. They're all mixed up. Either someone needs the source to compile one that points to the correct image or hexedit htc.resources. I've had no luck. The working one I used is from a mt4g port to the nexus one. Hope you have better luck if you try. I have the list of resources and which numbers they should be if anyone is good @hexedit'n. I spent waaaay too much time trying already.

Just take the android.policy.jar from the ROM and push it to /system/framework
Like I said, it doesn't look pretty but its functional. You will also need busybox with pkill for the hot restart function. I've tried getting a hold of snq- no luck.

I tried to push the android.policy.jar file to /system/framework and nothing happened ... It pushed but changed nothing on boot

Could you maybe post or send me the .jar file? I remember evil took the power menu out randomly on that rom. I can only dl v.7 maybe its missing...

Select restart
Can't get it to work at all?
adb push to your sdcard (or just copy normal method but then you'd have to change your device to charge only)
adb remount
adb shell
cp /sdcard /system/framework
exit shell
adb reboot
Paraphrasing of course. If anyone needs step by step directions, let me know.

Yea, when I unzipped the attached file, I didnt have the jar file...
Got it to work by using root explorer, renaming, changing permissions and moving to /system/framework then rebooting. I wonder why adb wouldn't work...
