Some apps are being installed there automaticly. Like Angry Birds Seasons and Slice It. No Idea why ether. But as long as they work I dont care. So apps can be installed to the external sd card using Froyo Rom and OCLF. Well atleast for me!

Back up ur sd card then try refomatting it! That should fix it.

Whenever I flash a new rom certain number of apps are moved to sdcard. I move them to the phone then when I flash a bew rom it goes back to the sd card. Is voodoo causing this?

I get two from Angry Birds like that but its just data... Some apps tell me they can be moved to SD when installing them I just hit cancel.

Well, I'm rooted as well. Which method did you use? OneClick or aRoot?
I don't remember I did it almost a month ago but. Can it be that I saved music files to external sd instead of internal sd card?

No, I have my music on my external sd. Try running aRoot.

i have had the same problem but not anymore. my guess is it has to do with background and foreground running. once you start music you press home button and turn off screen and wait, it wont stop playing music. if you dont press home button but just turn off the screen it will stop playing music after a while. Try it out and let me know if it is the same case for you.

Now that the GPS fix has come into play, I have been thinking of going into 2.3land again. My question is: I do not want to lose my saved game data [esp black pegasus] by upgrading to ginger. Other than TB, how can I backup and restore apps and data without screwing up the rom?

only restore what green in tb otherwise you are asking for trouble. Do a nan back up first tho.

that's the problem. You can still install them on a 2.3 rom but the data saved from 2.2 isnt compatable and bugs it up...........

I've never experienced this with any of my apps. For example Angrybirds. For most /data/app it should be fine. Just becareful of anything that is system related (ie dialer, settings, etc).

All gameloft games save your data to the internal sd card, that way if you upgrade all you need to do is install the game again. However, it will tell you to download data, it is only 3 mb. But all your data will stay the same.
So dont restore as a batch, take the time to pick em off my sd individually and I wont have the same problems?

Use filter.
I went to 2.3.4 and restored batch app+data,no problem. I only use it to restore my games though. Black pegasus and a few others. What I always do is download the newest titanium off the market before any restores/backups. I have never had any problems with apps+data doing it this way

This is something I've been hoping too see a fix for for a long time... Disable voodoo and try again...
Let me know if it works. It does every time for me. basically with voodoo enabled I can't install any apps around 20mb and up from the market.
On the old market it would start to download then either stop or say download unsuccessful, on the new market it says insufficient storage.
Hey, i was wanting to move my games and some apps to my sd memory card in my s3......but I cant find the option for it. Ive tried App2SD from the marketplace but it doesnt let me select my external memory card, its like its blocked or something. I know the phone recognises it because I can move music and pics onto it via MyFiles app. Any ideas???
