[Q] Is it possible to revert my HD2? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I want to revert my HD2 to its factory status after flashing NAND android.
There isn't any WM rom now only the Android ROM.
I want back my warranty.
I want back to SPL and Official HD2 ROM.
Thank you,
Mohammad

Get a stock Rom,,, flash it through usb from bootloader.

Possible to restore original OS after flashing?

Total noob at flashing so was wondering...
I've got a Vario II and was looking at dumping the ROM and putting on the HTC ROM.
If it doesn't sort out the issues I've been having like the screen alignment stuff how would I go back to the original TMob ROM?
Thanks in advance,
Colin.
BTW I'm upping my dumped ROM:
TMobile_Vario_II_1.21.110.3_WWE_Dumped_ROM.zip
It is not possible to flash the dumped rom, and it will not be possible for you to return to the original TMob ROM because there's no known method to dump / restore your full current ROM image using the bootloader yet.
If you flash it with another vendor ROM you'll need to wait until t-mob releases an official upgrade if you want to return the unit.
Thanks pof - that's what I was afraid of
I think I may leave it for a while

Is best to do so, to protect yourself from accidentally creating a brick. It may not be necessary - but it is STRONGLY recommended.
So if i want to upgrade to upgrade to the newest HTC rom should i install hard splv7 on my device?
do i have to make any changes in the rom that i'm going to instal or i should just upgrade hermeswith rom taken from htc page after installing hard spl v7.
Do i have to instal hard spl v7 once more after upgrading to the new rom?
one more question
do i have to flash my device with hard spl every time i change my rom??
or it stays forever??
Read the Safe WM5 Flashing guide.

I'd recomment the latest HTC ROM (3.14) that comes bundled with a new radio (2.15) which is great for running Android.
After that, head over to the Android dev forum, here, and start reading!
how do i get onto 3.14 htc rom and do i have to revert the hspl back to orignal

[Q] How to back from Mango to Nodo

I heard its possible to back to Nodo.
I need to do it because I want to have Polish language in mango.. Right now I've updated from Zune bug to mango.
I found infor that my bootloader does not support other custom roms... So I need to downgrade it and install HSPL etc.
Its any way to do it?
Thanx for help
You have two ways. You can downgrade back in Zune. I think it is at same place as upgrade. You can restore system before last update. Or you can find some original ROM for your device and region (operator). You can flash this ROM and make HSPL. Flash is possible if you have not SPL 5.xx. If you have SPL 5.xx you are supposed to downgrade SPL before flashing original ROM.
