Can you create one that is mostly green to match the gingerbread theme?
Sent from the Iphone Killer

Mediafire mirror please?

Gopu
Can you please create one with a black status bar, the stock 2.2 icons and with a circle batttery as percent?? I tried in the UOT kitchen, but i think i was getting stuck with Steve's new framework. If you can... thank you.

I flashed this battery meter last night via StreakMod (cleared cache and Dalvic first). Upon reboot it went into a reboot loop. Reflashed Steve's 1.6.0 after clearing cache and Dalvic. Everything is back to normal. I have not reflashed this battery meter again, but I would like to.
Anyone else having any problems with it?

With all due respect, I'm not a fan of the battery circle. Please try to get this new Battery 1.6 to work. I think it looks great!
Thank you.

Thank you for the circle battery meter. That's was always my favorite option on my N1, so I guess you just get stuck in your ways.

Oops... I Flashed 1.6 over top 1.4.6 themed with Tina333's Carbon Flying. Everything was working fine without wiping user data (wiped cache and Dalvik only).
When I tried to flash the Battery Circle 1.6, I got a never ending boot loop. Must be something incompatible in the framework between the "Carbon Flying" / 1.6 Transparent notification bar / & Battery Circle. Guess I should know to leave well enough alone...
Flashed 1.6 again and all is well. But no battery percentage.

For whatever reason the battery circle zip is not found when I choose install zip from sd card in clockwork? I have tried changing the name to only batterycircle.zip and still no luck. Im a little puzzeled. Anyone have any suggestions?
Sent from my Dell Streak using XDA App

just installed, it even fixed the fact that my notifications screen background was transparent, this turned it into white and solid which was what i wanted so thanks!
on the other hand, for some reason, the top of my icon has a obvious black outile around the white battery which kind of bugs me, very small detail but enough to make me keep looking at it and wondering why its there. im running steve's 1.6 and the taskbar is not complete black, its more of a scale from grey to black with grey being on top. maybe that is why i can see the black outline on top? if possible, can there be a fix released to get rid of the black outline all together? thanks in advance

thank u sir and nice wall paper there (is that a live wallpaper?)
Love the look, just wish it was in a matching green color.
needs to be green please!
I guess anyone with a desire to do it and a good picture editing program can go edit the files. Any volunteers. I have only MS Paint at my disposal, and I don't think that will cut it.
Where are the pitures in the .apk? I cant seem to find them....
Perfect! Thank you!
res\drawable-hdpi-v4\stat_sys_battery_0.png all the way to stat_sys_battery_100.png as well as stat_sys_battery_charge_anim0.png to stat_sys_battery_charge_anim26.png
Thanks! Did not look hard enough...
No problem, I just had to dig around to find it. There's a LOT of files in there.
Yessir.
No offense to jocelyn over at TW forum, but this is so much better!!! Thank you!
I think some people didn't like the size of this one, hence her mod. Hers also keeps the stock look more. Myself I prefer this one, but more options are definitely a good thing.
Im working on a green version of this now...no promises. This is the first time ive tried something like this...
very nice mod
Thanks! Saved me the time of creating one. Did you have to do anything special to get it to recompile?
Okay, these are what I found.
First, idk if is a bug but after I reboot my phone, Launcher Pro freezes, with the web icon highlighted...weird. (this happened more than once. Another app just started to FC every time but...yeah)
Second, I don't like how the icon flashes between"Full" and charging sign. It distracts me, as I leave my phone charged while using.
Lastly, the icon says "Full", when the phone says it is 96%. I do see that the circle is not all the way filled up but it gives me an inaccurate idea of the battery.
Thanks,
***EDIT: I noticed that the real FULL reads 100%. Then I am confused between "100" and "Full"...

[MOD] Remove Notification Clock CWM flashable 02/04/11

This mod will remove/restore the clock in the notification bar.
- THAT IS ALL IT DOES - Whatever theme your using will remain untouched.
NOW CWM FLASHABLE!
I can only confirm this working with Bionix V, Bionix V 1.2.
try on other ROM's at your own risk.
I don't see why it should'nt work though.
Im not responsible for your phone and what you do to it!
Installation:
Download zip of choice
Place zip on SDcard
Flash Thru CWM
Reboot - expect long initial boot
Enjoy.
Thank you much
EDIT: Just in case anyone else pushes this mod...the phone will hang on a black screen for about 2 minutes before your launcher appears. I am assuming this is normal, just be patient...it will load
ok so i dont know if its coincidence but i copied the .jar, rebooted, was taking abnormally long, did a battery pull, rebooted phone and it works fine. But for some reason my xda app wouldnt open. i just unintalled then re-installed.. Goodbye annoying clock...

no you will retain the battery mod, it will only remove the notification clock -- any other themes / mods will remain intact and unchanged
Great. Thanks for the quick reply. Installing now.
no prob! enjoy.
Thanks for the mod. No more ugly white clock. Much appreciated.

i dont quite get you're question.
when you say AM/PM indicators, where do you see that?
this mod should take out the notification clock completely. AM/PM and ALL
if you're talking about AM/PM indicators in clock widgets / lockscreens or wherever else. then it's a different story.
No I mean a seperate mod that just removes the AM/PM instead of the whole clock.
from what i saw, they go together. cant have one and not the other. but i'll have another look if i find some time.
Thanks you!!! I've been looking for something like this.

Gingerbread Battery for Streakdroid 1.7

hey guys, so i made a battery meter using uot for streakdroid 1.7. i used the same gingerbread battery icon just with numbers and new color scheme. i tried to match the green to the rest of the icons for consistency. i also replaced the vibrate icon that steve put back to the stock gingerbread one.

i like the blue battery,
but the numbers is hard to see even im running 200 in density.
great job
ps : could you do something about wifi & signal bar?
it would be neat to see signal strength in colours.
one bar is red, two bar is yellow and full bar is blue
just asking though
yea i know its kind of small but i rather they match in size than use a larger battery
as for the other stuff, i might look into it if i have the time, but not any time soon.
thanks for the support

Hi, I used your zip and replaced png's for gopa battery. I hope you don't mind.
So anyone wanting the gopa battery icons with default status bar and no red vibrate icon can see it posted in here.
Thanks a lot,
MySeLf
Nice work thanks
Flew straight on and looks v nice
This is exactly what I was looking for. Wanted to match the color so the battery doesn't stick out compared to the other icons. Is there anyway I could ask you to do a version where all the increments are green until it turns red below at 14? Basically, change the yellows and blues to green. Thanks in advance!

[APP]MotoCharge Optimized for white/black statusbars !

NOTE: I just happen to tweak it more for better visual.
ATTN: Stay tuned for more versions of motocharge with modified visuals !
Do know that this app actually eats up battery (not much though) but if you're desperate to know on what % your battery is, then this is the application for you !
This application is meant to show your battery life in increments of 1% on the left side of notification bar.
I appologize if there's a bug with the application as i don't have my defy with me for now. So do report if there's such thing.

Looking good! My ROM has a light grey status bar, so the white numbers makes it hard to read. Will there be a version with black numbers?
Thanks for your work!
OK i've got it sorted - had to uninstall the original version.
Only thing is can you make the numbers black as they are really hard to see in white.
Looks good though - well done and thanks

open the zip ....change the pictures with black numbers?
ull find icons in another thread (i think its circular battery something)
repack and done
When you install the application, you can go to the app drawer and go to motocharge and in that, i believe you can switch from Black bar to White.

Same here on pays-rom 5.0 with black status bar, no white numbers.
Looking forward to it. Good luck with the tests.
Edit: red numbers <15 are visible though. Perhaps its a transparancy thing with your white number icons? Did you use transparant numbers at a white canvas?
I've attached the app for white status bar as well. Check the first post !
Can't get the white one to install. Tried uninstalling the old version but the new one tries but then states application not installed.

I want something that is position in the same place as the battery icon on the top right hand corner. I just cant believe android dont have this feature by default! It is better with percentage rather than just battery icon.
Unfortunately it will be possible only on rooted devices.
The Arc has been rooted so we just need some mods that help us with that.
I really hope CyanogenMod will be ported to the arc. It has this and many other cool functions like a Notification toggle.
Cheers
We just need the scripts, perhaps the stock gingerbread scripts from Modaco,CM7 or OTA N1 can help
or...
CM7 on Xperia Arc. That would be awesome!
That's why you shoul show to CM team that we are many users and not only 2 here: http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/20708-sony-ericsson-xperia-arc/
Try Battery Minder, free from the market. You can put the percentage on the left corner of the top.
Done! I hope they start working on this ASAP.
Mod roms is the only reason I rotted my phone.
Once recovery is sorted, we'll be able to use the UOT Kitchen to try tweaking the battery images:

I do like it, but isnt better if they are on original battery location? rather than the top left?? having two indicator instead of just one? Besides hopefully soon there will be a lot of theming after the root...make a lot of nice icons

Yes, I agree with that too. I will prefer to have the battery percentage indicator on the original battery icon on the top right corner.
It will be the same battery percentage icon modification as the X10.
Agreed!!..
Just twitt Paul O Brien of Modaco to build up a cuustom Rom, he will surelly add battery percentage and blinking lights for missed calls (hardware keys lights)

Im using 3.0.A.2.181 too..you should make a backup of the original as good practice, the phone should still boot if anything goes wrong but remember to enable USB debugging first
Sent from my LT15i using XDA Premium App
Please note I have not unlocked bootloader so I can only use ADB, can not use fastboot to recovery. My phone is only rooted. So I need enable USB debuging to use ADB to replace original framwork.apk if phone will not boot, is it correct?
