Hi....been researching and lurking for about 2 months now.
About 1 week ago I bit the bullet and bought the gtab.....had it rommed in 20 minutes all I can say is wow!!!!!
My question is I am looking for a decent case that acts like a stand and has a keyboard.
If this is posted in the wrong section then my apologizes.....I have searched the fourm several times but can not make up my mind on what to get.

Second that - I have the P3 and think it is great except for the obscuring of the back button, which I plan to fix but have not pulled out the knife yet.
thanks for the referrals... Yes, If (when) I have things in stock I'll do my best to take care of you. I am expecting several things in this week, m1's, p3's, p4's, and more docks. If you check a particular product on the site I will update the 'estimated in stock by...' date as SOON as I have a tracking number in hand. It's never 100% correct but I've only been off one day one time. Also (for those that don't already know) it's VERY beneficial for you to create an account there and 'subscribe' to the newsletter (you might get notice before others do )

The good folks at xda have temporarily taken the thread down for review.
This really stinks. I had that thread bookmarked so I can go over it later as it has a lot more images than the e-crap website does, as well as a great write up for each case. I hope they re-instate the thread as it was very informative for us just getting the tablet from the Woot sale.
Hmmm. Hopefully they will reinstate the thread and allow Steve to continue operating here: he has done a great deal to help the XDA g tablet community get our hands on accessories, some of which might not even have existed without his efforts.
I actually ordered something from there yesterday. I was a little leary since i hadn't heard about it before. Hopefully all is well.

I wouldn't worry about placing an order, looks as though quite a few people have done business with Steve. I plan to as soon as the latest shipment comes in.
I'm gonna take a guess that the whole thread removal has something to do with a developer reviewing and selling product. I for one appreciate his efforts and am OK with this situation, if that is indeed the problem.

I just received the dock today, and I to am waiting for the black clip. I guess I am subscribed since the only link I see on the site is to unsubscribe.

I'll second that.
Steve is a stand up guy. I have bought a couple of accessories from him with no problems - he was very quick in fact - and watched many others here do likewise. I have yet to see anybody write a bad word about him.
If the thread was pulled, it is most likely on a forum posting rules issue: there is actually a Marketplace forum on XDA somewhere - anybody here actually check that forum?? - and it may be that his cases thread should be in there, according to the rules.
Thing is you need several posts to even read that forum. I can't remember the last time I went there and I would guess quite a few folks in here would say the same.
Yep. I have purchased from that site as well. Fast shipping and fair prices. Plus I liked the review thread because it gave good information and was not what I would call just marketing.
Steve also posts over at AndroidTablet, and there is a review thread there as well
I'm disappointed by this as well, because I too had the thread bookmarked. I don't have enough posts to use the XDA marketplace, and I don't like to make BS posts just bump my post-count. If I have nothing constructive to say, I don't say anything. (except maybe this post )
Which of his cases are compatible with the dock without removing the tablet from the doc? Since I can't find detailed pics, based on reading the description it seems like just the clip, but, maybe others are as well?

Best buy in-store and online is currently out of stock, and their salespeople have no clue whether it's being discontinued or simply held for the holiday rush.

I had a difficult time trying to get mine a few weeks ago. A BB employee was nice enough to call every store within my specified distance that had 1 in stock. Most of the stores he called didn't have one even though they showed 1 in stock (he assumed it was the floor model). We found 1 store that put their hands on one and I drove an hour to get it.
So, go to the store and ask politely if they can check stock in other stores. Other than that, you could try a used one on ebay.
It seems like office depot and best buy have the transformer prime in stock! I just cancelled my order from amazon and now I'm going to get it a lot quicker. If any of you are facing the same problem with amazon not shipping this tablet quick enough, i would suggest you cancel your order and buy it from office depot or best buy!
I would keep the preorder from Amazon until you get a tracking number. I ordered one from best buy yesterday and then it got put on back order, sold out on the website, then became available again to order yet I have not received a tracking number or shipping notice.

Yes, I ordered from Best Buy yesterday at 1:30. Paid for express shipping ($42 for two). Was told "processes in 0-1 days" expected delivery of 12/30-1/3. It hasn't changed at all since then. I am suspicious that Best Buy has left that link up since yesterday. Why are they the only vendor that seems to have an unlimited supply? Very suspicious, especially considering that it's the special internal link that was set up for people who pre-ordered the champagne color and needed to switch to the gray. Once I have a tracking # I'll feel better!

Sorry...put it in the Dev forum in case any Dev's wanted to scoop one up. Not a lot of work being done on many of the newer ROMS (ICS for one) with Webtop support...was hoping they'd see this and figure WTF...and scoop one up and look into adding Webtop to their ROMS.
