Hey there dev's and users...sorry to bother...
i've noticed that SE xperia mini,mini pro,active,live with walkman have the same cpu/gpu/ram as xperia arc/ray/play but they have lower screen res...
sooo....
if you use a game which is built for arc/ray/play it would run on the lower res devices but some buttons/options wouldn't be able to be used because of the screen resolution...
is there any way to fix the apk of the game so it could be used in the lower res devices?
because those games aren't available for our devices normally...
Well from the little i know, no you cant.
You will have to recode the game entirely in order for it to work in our devices.
You could try to change pixel density to a higher number, maybe thestreet will trick the game to think you have the right resolution

Well...i've already tried that...some games like battlefield 2 worked nicely on my Live With Walkman!
But with NFS hot pursuit for example i couldn't select an option on the screen because i couldn't see the option!!!

Hey guys i tryed to modify Assassins creed revelations but there isnt any option Weight inside the file. Also there isnt any file calrd rendeer there is only a multiple.smalli. I tryed to open it with notepad. Did you use any other program???
Edit: THe game doesnt want any modification. You just install it it doesnt even requires data. It is not 3D.....

As the title suggest,i need a guide or app or anything to convert hdpi png's to mdpi.i need the tool for windows7 32bit or anyone wanting to help me can pm me to convert them for me.
Use Photoshop.i use photoshop to covert hdpi images to mdpi.

then photoshop, like vikasb32 already mentioned. use free transform tool, while holding Shift (to don't lose the aspect ratio)
Also GIMP and Paint.net, they're both free.
Photoshop is best for this because of the batch file operation option.

What do you want exactly? You have that letter scrolling at the side and you want to remove it? Or you want that kind of functionality in your contacts app?

I want to change it from "a b c ...." to Hebrew Letters, I using miui English version and I have a Hebrew miui version and i want to replace between the files.

It'll require a bit of work, but if you have patience and manage to do it, you'll learn a lot in the process. Or you could request your ROM dev to add Hebrew to the ROM. I doubt both the English and Hebrew ROMs are the same build/version so you can't just copy files between them. About which file needs to be changed, it's all in the link.
Why dont try to localize the fonts file , extract, and replace the caracters??? it could be a hard work but is a posibility

I'm using Motorola Defy and in the Themer support site, it is clearly mentioned that my device is not supported.
My screen height is 854 and the closest resolution they support is 800. So I changed the screen height to 800 using Resolution Changer. I've got black bands on top and bottom of the screen. Opened Themer, browsed and applied. It worked. Changed back to native resolution and Themer still works but two problems. Some themes doesn't look good on native resolution and can't go back to browse themes.

Hello, I own a Chinese phone whose resolution is 854x480, reading the FAQ it is noted that the resolution that is closest to mine is 800 by 480, using the application Scaler Display is changing the resolution of my device it works perfectly

Change the resolution using this app

Sign into Themer using Google or FB account. Try out several themes and after you decide one, change the resolution back.

give permissions 644 & root:root (copy other apps permissions
)
restart phone
use titanium backup to uninstall
