When I was working on the custom cases I also requested some screen protectors. I just receive a box of 20 JunLi screen protectors in the mail.
Can set it up on the site I used before. Let me know if you are interested.
I can put some pics later. They have the camera cutout and I am not noticing and difference in responsiveness.
I am interested. Please post or PM a link.
Ditto. Those Skinomis scare me! lol too much moisture.

it2steve just posted the pictures so I don't have to now
Yea, I was actually impressed with the quality and they fit perfect to the screen.
After the one I am using I have 19 left.
Working on taxes now but will try to put it on the website soon.
Also have a couple cases left from the group buy and they are not a perfect fit (needs some adjustments like camera hole, speaker on the right and buttons).
So far I send out 15 cases and everyone likes em and were able to make the adjustments fairly easy with a utility knife.
Great. Look forward to it.
I'd like to get one of these screen protectors, too.
The way I bang things around a screen protector is a must for me.

I'd be interested in one of these screen protectors!
I would be interested also.
I PMed but I am also interested.
If you have any left, I would like one.
PM it2steve for the JunLi screen protectors. Got mine from him (GREAT SERVICE!) and protector is super! Fits well and extremely simple to apply! This from someone who has never been able to apply a screen protector in his life before. Get it. You won't be disappointed.

i would be interested in a case, if any left and a screen proterctor. Thanks!
quality?
How do they compare to the skinomi screen protectors? My protector from them made my screen feel smoother to slide and the fingerprints were reduced but over responsiveness feels lower and it was a huge pain to apply. It was also shipped to me with particles already under the screen cover and slight warping on the surface in some areas that causes slight distortions. I want to use a protector but if this is the level of product created for the gtablet I'm just going to stick to rainX and being over cautious.
Junli are dry, skinomi is a wet apply--that's enough to steer me towards junli. i just installed one the other day. well worth the $10 I paid.
I would be interested in one of these, I have my sleeve....my back cover is on order, now I just need a screen protector.
Scott
Just installed mine today and highly recommend it to anyone with a grab!
I've got more on the way in this week, I believe 100 are on the way so I should have plenty of stock soon. Needless to say AS SOON as I get tracking numbers on more 'stuff' I'll post it on the 'estimated in stock' part for each item. Please make sure you've subscribed to the newsletter portion of you account as that's how I let you know ahead of time and get you the code for the xda price reduction.
[2/28 - will be in stock on the site today (probably within the next hour)!]

Installed and am very impressed. Gives the device a RUBBERY feel. I ordered the Full Body shield, and the part that covers the touch screen is great. I was concerned that touch sensitivity would be lost...contrary, it seems to work better!

I put the kit on mine yesterday. It is kind of a pita, but worth it in the end. Plus, allegedly, lifetime replacement.
this thing gets bad reviews. and also my buddy had one on his tp2 and the thing kept coming off, sounds like a good skin but i think ill pass

As long as you order through their website and you send back the damaged cover, they are pretty good about the warranty, however you still have to pay shipping. I hosed mine up installing it because it was for the Topaz and not the Pure which has a little different shape, and they replaced it.
When I installed mine, I powered it down and removed the battery, as you are to have the shield wet on both sides. I only had one piece that I had to remove and reinstall the following day, and that was no problem. I will admid that it was a PITA to install, I'm a tad older than most people playing with this phone and my eyesight ain't what it used to be, so the little pieces were a bit difficult for me, but I got 'er done!
Hi,
I'm considering to buy one of these full body protectors for my Touch Diamond2. I'm really confused because there are many of them and there are many reviews which say very different things. The first thing I noticed is that "wavy" effect. I could live with is if it was only on the back cover but it seems that the effect is on the screen too. The second thing is that it actualy doesn't cover whole device, it left the corners uncovered and I really don't want to have a 1 mm uncovered space on the edges of the screen.
So now I have original HTC screen cover on and I'm very satisfied with it and it seems to me that it is the best screen cover. However, there is no cover for the back so I need to buy one.
I found these full body protectors and I really don't know which to choose:
1. InvisiebleSHIELD of course http://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/htc-touch-diamond-2-gsm-cases-screen-protectors-covers-skins-shields.php have seen very different statements
2. GadgetShieldz http://www.gadgetshieldz.com/htc-touch-diamond-2-protective-skins-screen-protectors-covers-cases-shields.html some say better then IS some worse
3. Ghost Armor http://www.ghost-armor.com/htc/htc-touch-diamond-2/prod_279.html?review=read didn't see much reviews for Diamond 2 so if any of you have any experience with it please tell me
So can you please recomend me which one is the best option?
Thanks
i've been using invisible shield for about 2 months now. if you install it right, it's a great product. about a month ago i had some software problems on my at&t pure and it required me to send it back for warranty. that's when i learned that zagg's warranty doesn't just cover damage, it also covers if you have to send you're phone back for repair. they'll send you a new fully body cover as long as you remove the old one and send it back. don't know much about other phone protectors, but why would i need to if zagg is doing a great job? (and no i don't work for zagg, i just like their product)n
I installed the screen protector and will be sending it back. As far as protection, it appears to perform very well. Unfortunately my finger jumps across the screen and will not glide. The orange peel effect is horrible. Anyone thinking about getting this should use it for the full cover and not for the screen protector. I used to use cellet for my screen covers but my local Fry's didn't have one for my Pure so I tried zagg. I've ordered the 3 pack from Att, so we'll see, only $10 and free shipping. Will report back later.
Bozo does not even have instructions in English...wtf

I've had one on for a while now. It does take about an hour to put on. After a few months, it's starting to peel off. I suppose I can send it back in for replacement, but it's an effort.
While its great to have rubber sides for grip. On my screen it should be damn smooooth.
Now to find one I like.
i just tried the ZAGG Invisible Shield on my pure.
The install was simple.
I do not like the protector at all, it has a rubbery texture that makes the stylus stick, skip, and jump. it also has a very bumpy(orange peel) finish to it.
I am sending it back and getting a couple of three packs of the protectors from at&t, they are cheap and slick.
Has anyone treid any of these. Want to know if it covers all of the phone and how about a screen protector then and what the quality is like?
http://www.istyles.com/touch-pro2-c-292_489_698.html?page=0&sort=2a
That's very nice. I was searching for such a site. Maybe I will buy one for my Touch Pro2 and PlayStation3. I like the design of the covers.
When I buy some, I'll let you know!

P.S. Sorry for my bad English. I'm Dutch, you know.
There was a thread on here about 6 months ago with a similar thing and one guy had pics where moisture had got underneath the the protector he had on and it made a right mess don't know if these will do the same tho
interesting that they give you a matching background... well thought out product for sure!
I just ordered the carbon-fiber setup. Will post my experience when it comes in.
thats pretty cool, gotta look into this lol
Got mine in today. About all these are good for is personalization and minor scratch protection of unimportant areas. The battery cover half only covers part way and will only protect from scratches when laying the phone down flat. The cutouts are perfectly positioned and lining the skin up is easy, but be careful not to stretch the thin material.
The front skin is less impressive. Unlike in the photos, it does not cover the chrome trim at all. It is exactly the same shape and size as a die-cut screen protector, but the screen area is open. If you use one of those types of screen protectors then this skin is little more than adornment. If you use the square-cut type then it has to be larger than the skin's opening, which is exact to the Tilt's viewable screen area. This means there will be some degree of overlap. You could cut a screen protector to fit the skin's opening, but the likelihood of getting it perfect and without gaps is not high. Again, be careful not to stretch it when applying, especially the very thin sides.
To get the included wallpaper you have to go to a website and enter a key that comes with the skin and verify your e-mail address used to order. It will then be sent in an e-mail. I tried to use it with SPB Mobile Shell and it was magnified and all pixelated for some strang reason. Didn't try it with Manila since I'm no longer using that UI.
I guess if you want a custom look to the outside of your phone, it's worth the $12 (with shipping), but don't expect a lot of protection from it. Also, when you pass a finger over the edge where it meets the device you can feel it. Probably won't be long before it starts lifting and getting all unglued or ragged.
hey Miami.... post some photos of the finished application if you can.

Here's a fuzzy closeup of the edge. You can feel it when you pass a finger over it and it will probably be no time before it starts to lift. I've already got a ragged edge right where the stylus goes in from nicking it with my fingernails. I'll leave it be as long as I can, but I don't expect it to stay on too long.
Alright, looks like the U Ultra is going to have curved edges, so let’s make a mega thread here for screen protectors. Since the edges are curved, we’re either going to have to make do with the non-full screen, or the protectors with the black borders and dot matrix.
Please leave links in the comments to the protectors that you are buying, and then please leave reviews after you get a chance to apply it. I’ll edit this main post every now and then with good protectors that are proven to work.
Thanks in advance everyone!!
Hi there,
Good idea for a thread.
I received this from a friend in Taiwan.
http://imgur.com/a/dnvgj
It IS full coverage, and has adhesive on the black areas as well as the clear areas. When stuck on well, there is no rainbowing, or other visible artefacts. However, my personal application was not great, I got a speck of dust and a strand of lint so i have 2 air bubbles in those spots.
Fit is pretty good. Cut out for LED and ear piece, and clear windows for the back and multitaks keys. Camera is also covered. Extends to about 1mm from actual edge.
Unfortunately, I havent been able to find this online.
Just bought this.
Will return to you when received

I'm ordering this and will report back if the results are good. This glass screen protector claims to fully cover the device. Too many screen protectors for this device don't cover the screen or completely around the home button

Strange as they shipped me a different brand altogether than the one specified on Amazon listing. It covers everything but only has adhesive on the black areas?? Either way it's not bad for what it is
Here's the bottom piece and it has no bubbles. I'll update later as wear and tear naturally happens. If your looking for full protection and still be case friendly. This is currently the best we have
Hi HTC community. I've just got this phone for Christmas. So far so good.
I'm seeing your opinions about the screen protectors, and I get the impression that the overall quality is alright in several models. But it's been a while since you last posted here and wanted to know if you have changed your mind or you still consider those protectors a good buy.
Thanks in advance!
I also bought the phone recently and this protector is working well for me without affecting colors.

Does anybody know of screen protectors which are not just transparent but have some artwork or fake speaker grills to cover the ugly top and bottom bezels?
i found really good smartphone accessories reviews on this website - https://aaaccessory.com/
For all you UK/EU users, the excellent Armourdillo case is now in stock at MobileFun for the OnePlus 5, I really enjoyed this case for my 3T, it provides excellent drop/front protection for your phone at a reasonable price.

Sadly they don't have a large range of colours yet, only black or blue:
Black : http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/olixar-armourdillo-oneplus-5-protective-case-black-p64276.htm
Blue : http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/olixar-armourdillo-oneplus-5-protective-case-blue-p64278.htm
Although at £12.99 and offering similar protection to the Otterbox I would still say that's a great deal. Mine is in the post so I'll add some images when it arrives.
I'm hoping the ridges on the bottom are the same depth as the pop-out stand as pop-out cases usually tend to rock when you try to use the phone on a table. It doesn't look like that's the case though, that's the main thing I would want to change about it.
I'd love to know how they got the phone in silver with a white front, possibly it was a prototype for cases they were given, I would guess this as the ports on the bottom seem to be sealed.
In other news, the Rhinoshield has also just arrived in stock with MobileFun today too:
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/rhinoshield-crashguard-oneplus-5-protective-bumper-case-black-p64392.htm
I've ordered that as well so I'll try to leave a small review when it arrives.
Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with MobileFun in any way and the links above are not affiliate links, I just enjoy their products and service.
So, The Armourdillo has arrived (MobileFun sent an e-mail explaining that the Rhinoshield is delayed ) :
See attached pictures for the Armourdillo (Black) in all it's glory...along with a nice shot of my pentile matrix on my Orzly screen protector, you can see there is adequate protections for the back/sides, there's ample room around the ports, the notification switch is also very accessible.
The phone will rock slightly when it's on it's back and you're using it which I predict will become a bugbear, really don't understand why they can't raise the ridges slightly or make the stand removable, all these types of cases have these oversights.
As you can see there's adequate face protection too, especially when you're using a TGP as I am, there's still clearance with that on too.
Any questions, let me know.

How breakable is the outer part? I had one on my workphone (A5 2016) and one little drop cracked the back. Wasn't pleased one bit but I hope it's got better
Not sure and I don't intend to find out but it seems sturdy enough, the case does add a bit of weight to the phone but with the added protection I don't mind.
Does it stick out a lot, the stand part?

It does a bit, I really wish they'd make that an clip on part or raise the rest of the back to match.
I am looking for a screen protector
- with no front camera cutout
- that supports fingerprint unlock
What did you guys buy? What do you recomend?
Using the nilkin ones, but they don't cover the full glass and has a black bezel. I usually don't like those with the bezels as they seem to have something to hide there. Switching over to a full glass with UV glue one in a week's time, fingers crossed.
the nilkin ones have no cutouts and fingerprint works perfectly. similar to the full glass one that i just bought.
both bought on my local ecommerce store, but here's the link anyway for the full glass one, https://shopee.sg/Full-Cover-UV-Tem...reen-Protective-Glass-i.262589788.13832922399

Thanks, I might get some nilkin.
Also please report back to us about the tempered glass with UV glue once you get it.
The nilkin one isn't really tempered glass though, and after some time, it yellows out but not too big of an issue for me, was just surprised when I took it out.
The UV tempered one feels great and I love that it does not have the black bezel. However, not sure if it is just this brand or me but the glue might not have cured well, and the edges are coming off.

However, everything else is working great. In fact the front camera is better when compared to the nilkin one which causes a bit of a flare, wasn't too sure if it was like that from the start since I don't use the cameras often.
So currently I have switched back to the nilkin one, and noticed that the provided kit is slightly off, you'd need to shift it higher a little and it would be great which was what I did.
I guess the quest for SP has come to a pause for now.
But I did go on a bit of a hunt for the SP and their review, and with this being a China phone, the best place to search was on Taobao, and see if I can find something similar on Aliexpress. Finds below.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004346010642.html - one of the top ones, and seems pretty decent but pricier, from SmartDevil
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003187657681.html - 50/50 on this since the description images were similar and all, but that's about it. reviews from a russian didn't seem too good though.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003142091232.html - this looks okay, in terms of review but it might be one of those which only has glue around the edges, and you have a thin gap between the glass and the phone.
Apart from that, some learnings for the UV application ones.
It removes very well, and pretty much like a regular SP, kinda just a bit more DIY where the factory doesn't set the glue for you and the protector sheet (pretty smart, and cost-saving for them IMO)
When applying the glue down, videos show to have one big puddle in the middle or 3 smaller ones along the long axis of the phone. You have to make sure that your phone is leveled and not tilted else it will just flow off.
You have to then accurately set the glass down, and not move it or even press on it as this is what causes the bubbles, I've learnt.
Thereafter, apply the UV for a good 10 minutes without touching the device.
For the bubbles, what I tried was pressing them out to the side, and trying to fill with more of the liquid but doesn't quite work as well. That's it for now.
