well obviously 2.1 with multitouch has an advantage over 2.2 AOSP atm because one, 2.2 AOSP is still in development theres still work gotta be done, camera and stability etc, two, 2.1 with multitouch update would run superb on the X10 because its been developement and fully polished but one thing about 2.2 is, is that its ton faster than 2.1
but for me im sticking to my 2.2 AOSP atm with Gingerbread theme atm, i dont really need a camera anyways
i would say free x10 its perfectly stable other then the well known issues that causes the system to reboot, and once the update from SE comes out with MT im sure J and Z will be able to port it to 2.2 hopefully without too much hassle so it should be available on both the 2.1 and 2.2.
Fx10 is about as good as it gets for the x10 right now and its my daily rom and plenty stable for everyday use (at least for me). so thats my choice, if you need a camera though it seems Z is working his but off on it and has gotten something working so perhaps the next update will bring it to us.
2.1
with some mods.
When I first received my GTab with the stock ROM the camera quality was pretty good and clear. When I switched to gingerbread the camera quality deteriorated and is really pixilated and just bad. There is no feature to refine the photo quality from low to medium to fine etc that you see on other tab cameras. I had a really cheap tab from China running on 2.1 that had better camera quality. I read somewhere that the issue may be that there are no drivers in Gingerbread for the Gtab camera. Is this true and is there a way to get back to the original stock camera quality that came with the Gtab out of the box? Thanks, I am new to this, tried to read a lot but can find no clear answer to this issue.

All of the Gingerbread roms suffer from poor camera capture, it's a known software problem, it should be resolved (according to a few developers who have posted) in not to far off revisions/releases.
If you want fully functional video acceleration and camera, stick to any of the Froyo (non-gingerbread) roms that are more closely based off the stock ROM, while waiting for the gingerbread rom kinks to get worked out.
Camera fun free works but reads the rotation sensor wrong so the display is 90 degrees off
I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure it's because we are don't have the nvidia drivers for gingerbread so the camera and video playback is sub par

All of them are as-taken, I just edit a very small portion of my pics with PicSay Pro when I feel like it's a special picture or when I want to send it and crop/edit minimal stuff.
Nice pics everyone, really liked them. Hope to see more pics around.
Edit: Just HDR'd one of these to see how it'd look, using PicSay Pro and it was a good result IMO, some parts look foggy/blurry for some reason but it's fine.
Wow!!! Never expect camera phone to produce such quality pictures!
here a photo with my x10 mini pro with andread 2.2.9 v7f

Good day guys,
I've been testing many ROMs these days and what pleased me most was the MROM ICS CM9.
3D acceleration works fine (tested Dead Trigger in full and Most Wanted too). The only problem is the camera. Quality is horrible, completely pixelated, is looking at the V3 camera. The video the same thing.
Has some way to fix this? Or just waiting the kernel out?
Sorry for bad english xD
