I have been playing around and have been downloading a few themes that seem to run well on the Nook Color running CM7. What others have you all found that work?
The one I'm using is:
Honeycomb by Haxzamatic
but I'm looking into others as well.
That theme is really nice! Thanks for the heads up...works great. Sorry, I have none to contribute, but I would love to see more themes for CM.
Working nice...thanks for the heads up...
Swyped from a CM7 Wimax EVO using the Xda app
I'm running Honeybread too. There are a few themes in the market. Search CM7 or theme engine
I was curious if the themes worked. glad somebody tried it
Most of them are for HPDI and I believe the Nook uses MPDI images but they still work.
Can confirm that Red Remix, Blue Bionic, Orange Octane, and mau5 also work for me. Install from the market, as mentioned above...
I think I'm going to stick with Honeybread, though Red Remix is pretty sexy too...nice to have so many options already
I really like Honeybread, but it doesn't look or feel optimized for large screens at all.
The notification bar is especially messed up while using the theme.
Maybe I've just been spoiled by the honeycomb preview image
Like I said its for HPDI devices and the Nook draws from MDPI so of course there are gonna be issues. It even says so when you select the theme.
I pulled cyanbread from my droid and it works great
The nook will use hdpi if you remove all traces of the mdpi sources. You can also mix the two so a theme will look good for people on both low and high dpi settings.

It will now be using HPDI as they made the change in CM, should be in tonights nightly I believe.
provided they fixed the statusbar crash from nightly 6...

really beautiful~thanks 2your introduction~
Ice Cream Sandwich [Tablet Tweaked]
Honeybread [Tablet Tweaked]
TransformerBread [Tablet Tweaked]
These are optimized for the Nook Color and in my opinion the best. I personally use Honeybread.

I know we have the 3 themes that come with cm7 and I love the cyanbread but it would be cool to have some more themes at our disposal. Are they device specific on cm7, and if not where do we look to find different themes?

freaking love minimal magic.
the theme engine is nice...but having actually flashed cm7 because omj and i had considered doing a theme for it...it has annoying limitations
*cant theme the lockscreen
*cant theme shutdown popups
*cant touch boot ani
*cant change progress_horizontal (volume, system progress)
amongst others....dont really understand why these limitations exist...but kinda lame imo
I don't know if I am overlooking them or not , but where are the themes for GingerRemix Roms? I only found one, but I know it's got to be more. I cannot find them anywhere. Can some one give me some light on this ?
There are at least two. I'm using the Bamf remix Urban theme by fkfmfz. There is also Ginger remix by zhp pilot.

You know this maynnnn.
I could only find the 2 mentioned above
I've been waiting for someone to theme GingerREMIX for a while.. I love the ROM, but the fact that there's nothing to further customize (Like the options for BAMF 1.8) makes me a little sad.
I won't even begin to tell you the mess I created in my desperation for something new when I tried my hand at replacing icons and frankenstein-ing themes from other BAMF versions.. (note: I know nothing about theming either. lol)

You know buy flashing a battery mod a lock ring and trying out some of the various skins out can pretty much accomplish most simple themes looks and maybe even more. Snag a themed market from somewhere on the forum and bam even more. Bam! I use a red skin the gingertemix red battery mod a red market and a red lock ring. Can't remember who I got it all from or the other stuff but thanks everyone for doing all of this.
Green Crush V1 release
(This is NOT a theme chooser theme! Flash in CWR)
UPDATE: This theme will work on EITHER the G2X or the Samsung Vibrant running Trigger build 8/16!!! This is tested and working!!!
I have decided to go ahead and release Green Crush version 1. I have gone through and touched just about everything in framework and systemUI to get the dark look and feel i was shooting for. I am also one that tends to like a nice melding of colors, so all things take a very smooth transition.
I will be adding a themed phone, contacts, MMS and calendar apks in the very near future.
A few touches added...
Corrected the date overlay so it no longer hides the status bar...
Accurate battery
Fly-in animations
Transparent pop-up menus
Button highlights
... blah blah
All the good basics...
Please note this theme is for Trigger 2x Build 15 8/16 (P999). As always, make a nandriod (But i have tested things and all is just fine).
Many many thanks to Romann and Annex from EDT!
To finish things off, if you find you would like this theme, but in a different color let me know!
You can get my theme HERE

Nevermind, just realized it was a silly question.
Great looking theme.

Yes... I am totally down to make a re-color... Just let me know what your looking for =)
I really don't know if I want a new color. After I flashed this I'm really liking it!

Any chance this would work on bionix 1.3.1?
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA Premium App
Zero chance this will work on bionix 1.3.1. . Or for that matter any 2.2.x rom
Do you have plans for 2.2 Roms? I'm planning on going back to froyo because of battery life but I just love this theme.

Also, I think the circle battery meter reverted back to the normal one when I went into Extra Tweaks.

Also big thanks to Ed and Loki for answering all my questions and helping me
Thank you guys
So far so good on Imperium Initiative v1.0.3. I wonder if I'm going to miss the red at all.
Looks nice. Everybody knows we really could use more themes. Low level theming via the kitchen is really easy but we still don't have a lot of themes for the mopho. Full themes are a bit harder as they require individual apk edits and take time.
If you are up to it I have something planned but it will have to wait (family emergency). I'll PM you with details.
Ugh..was talking to qbking about theming ics to look like black infinitum (Google it)...we agreed that ics theming is a *****. Lots of 9pngs. I agree about the limited amount of themes...I'm just not that good..
Let me know if you need help....I can try...gb seems so much easier

Super dope job on the CM7 theme. I just flashed it and the bootloader is really nice. I LOVE the text and the size, that was a great modification and makes the menu's look awesome. Loaded up the them and so far so good, looks very nice. Now all I need is to find a nice wallpaper with some blue in it. FYI, I am using CM7.2. Thanks again and good job!!

download whatever you like. And simply install the apk.. then go into SETTINGS>THEMES and they show up there. I would download a few of them and see what suits your taste. You can uninstall the theme at the same location by simply long pressing the theme there.
Sometimes it says theres a error in installing. Juat install anyways.. it works
If when trying to switch themes and it says the theme is compiled wrong error. Switch to system theme.. reboot.. then apply the theme.. its a work around
New mrDsL Link some of the best MIXERTHEMES for cm9 themes.. everything is themed CONTACS. NOTIFICATION POWER MENU, STATUSBAR, ..AWESOME THEME! HAVE TO CHECK OUT
Can you list the high quality ones? Or the ones that are your favorites?
Added 2 more themes I found to bottom of list...very nice themes.. a must try..
Finally got around to trying themes. Very cool. Thanks for the links!

No prob...which ones do you you like the most? I'm really liking the mixertheme by mrDsl.. alot of themers don't include icons for the phone contacts he includes them.. which look nice during calls..
Tried out SSD and the motomixer. Something about stock keeps bringing me back though. I guess the cleanliness. CM9 looks really good all on its own I think, especially at 240 dpi. The aokp looked good too, could never get the mms to download though. I'll probably continue checking back to see what new you have come across though.

If you like the clean look of cm9.. try that mixer ics one.. it seems to add the blue icons to settings icons and color most of them instead of the plain grey ones.. it enhances the stock look and feel and makes it look how ics should be...worth a shot....or are you staying on another rom?
