Has anyone develuped a working gingerbread for the streak, Or even better honeycomg? I'm thinking of getting this phone.

I think there is only one developer supporting dell streak DJ Steve and honeycomb is a better fit for dell streak than gingerbread

Thanks for the replies, but I was hoping for some suggestions of ROMS to try. I'm currently running FroshedYo v11. I like it pretty well. Just wandering if there is something better out there.

all are good choices for gingerbread roms and OMGB i havent tied it yet though but im sure its good

I am currently using CyanogenMod 7 Gingerbread NIGHTLY

Just flashed it a couple hours ago and love it so far, the only issue I'm having is widgets don't work completely, there are a few but you can't use downloaded widgets or HTC widgets, I'm trying to figure out a solution.
I'm running Tazzs' ROM gin-sen-tazz and its awesome.

No. Probably even Samsung themselves don't.
It has never been announced, but even if it was, you would probably have a new phone before they release it.
I recommend CM7 rom because it's built on gingerbread and freaking amazing. I'm using it and not going back

Anybody know why version 1.1.2 of the premium XDA Android app is not compatible with the Dell Streak 5?

How can I get it to install? Market says it's not. Won't let me download or install it.
I'm running 351 stock, rooted.
If anyone has any idea why it shows as incompatible, I'd appreciate any help.

Never mind. I'll just go with Tapatalk.
I thought it would be something simple.
I think, that after last update of Android Market lot of apps is now not compatible with Dell Streak (and they worked fine before). Right now, I have three waiting updates but they don`t proceed because market is saying that it is not compatible with my device.
I will change my device ID to HTC Vision again.
Anyone heen able to get this to work on the streak????

Yes, I played it a lot when it first launched. You just have to change your build.prop to an HTC desire or any ornery phone with similar hardware to the streak
