I was running the phone smoothly till yesterday night and then just thought of installing the lastest version of the CM9.0 (hephappy) I was running on bluepill. I then thought I had to update to TINYSTREAM for better performance. I went through a few forums and found out that it could be done without erasing the data or factory resetting. So i was just going through CWM 5.0.2.7 and by mistake i had pressed fix permission... And it started doing so. It took about ten min. ( I did not stop it as I had the fear of losing my phone). I then thought now I'm ready to Update my phone. I then downloaded all the required things(actually only the ROM). And then transferred it in to the memory card. I also had problems with recovery before. I could never directly boot into the recovery just by pressing the Vol Up + Power + Home, as mentioned in other threads. Thereby, I went in CWM and then rebooted through the option given there. And TADAAAAAA ... Phone got stuck in the LG logo.... This had already happened to me before so I did not panic cause i knew that i could recover my phone( I have gone through it once so had experience) I used the KDZ updater and the went to the emergency mode( That to my surprise worked) and started flashing the V20
And i got an error - The log read as:

HELP HELP
PS: I've searched through... Found no solution. Please help me out! Anyone!
same happened with me. tell me what to do
Sorry bro but it looks like only lg service center can help you
I too bricked my phone by taking battery out when stuck in emergency mode
I tried many things but nothing worked for me.
At last i went to lg service and they replaced its mainboard for around Rs.1400 as my phone was not under warranty.
If your phone is under warranty then they will do it for free.Just tell them you were on froyo and just trying to update to gb using lg pc suite.Don't mention rooting or kdz or any such thing.
Though you could still try following things(imo just false hope):
1.Charge the phone for a night and see if it boots up.
2.Remove the battery and try to connect your phone to pc while pressing combo for emergency mode(BACK+VOLUME UP+POWER). Try only BACK+VOLUME UP too. If your phone enters emergency mode, then you are in luck:good: Use lgmdp to flash this time.
3.There is a method using RIFF JTAG or something which basically involves buying an expensive tool, opening your phone, soldering some wires to it and then "resurrect" it.

I just arrived from the service centre. I'm sorry but my LG-P500 is no more... They are asking me to replace the board. Telling that a new one would cost Rs 9000. @GobletSky31689 : Can you tell me where you stay? Which service centre did you approach for getting it repaired?

Check your PM.
Also are you sure you approached official LG??
I got their address from this no 1800 180 9999 (they gave me another no. for lgmobile and then they gave me service center's no.).
Also is that service center present in this page:
http://www.lgmobiles.com/autosys/ascdetails.php?state=Tnd
P.S.
Sorry, but your comment slightly confused me:

Yes... I went to an official service centre... I now have given it to an electronic market shop famous in repairing mobiles here in chennai. Argh... missing my LG... and answering to you P.S. message... no... my phone is not even detected...
Argh! guys.. i have successfully bricked my phone... I miss it! Loved it... Regret it! I murdered it! But it taught me a LOT!
yOU CAN SELL pARTS LIKE THE BATTERY BOODY SCREEN
LG optimus one dead
i have searced this site for forums with solutions for bricked lg optimus one
my phone does not enter in emergency mode nor does it factory reset
tried connecting it in wall charger and to pc using usb cable with and without the battery but charging screen does not show up
i am on new baseband version and flashed CWM 5.0.2.0 as it is more stable than the new baseband version
i successfully flashed CM 7.2.0 (stable) four days ago and i loved it
yesterday after making a call from my phone with low battery (2 %) it automatically switched off. i charged it upto 60 % and switched it on. it worked for an hour and after that it just won't respond. my phone is not under warranty
It's an hardware issue.. i guess!! Try charging it for 3.. 4 hours Using Charger even if it doesnt respond!!
Is there any way whatsoever to put this in msc mode?
I did root it.
The only options for USB are MTP mode and PTP mode. There is no MSC selection.
Trying "/system/bin/setprop persist.sys.usb.config mass_storage,adb" is the closest I can get--it seems to work halfway. It causes the connection message on the tablet to change to "Connected as an installer". On my machine (Mageia Linux 2.0) it seems to partly recognize this as a removable disk:

Normally, connecting an android device would bring up a screen with a green android image and a "turn on USB storage" box. Once I turn it on, I would get a sdb1 as well as a sdb and I would be able to mount it. However, with this tablet, the "Connected as an installer" message is all I get. I never get a green android image or a "turn on USB storage" box, and it never produces a /dev/sdb1 or anything else that I can actually mount on my PC.
I tried an app "USB Mass Storage Watcher", which supposedly allows MSC mode on devices that have it disabled, but that didn't work either. It said I need the proper kernel, which I guess I don't have.
While we're at it, if anyone else has one of these, how much RAM and storage do you have? Mine apparently has 660M RAM and around under 6G of storage. Both of these numbers are too small to be explainable by the difference between different kinds of megabytes--they should be 1G and 8G.
Hi
I have a Inphic i5 android box (SoC AMLogic s805) without bluetooth. I have tried to connect a chinese gamepad ps3 via USB cable (wired).
The problem is that it does not recognize it. Analyzing the output I get this HID:

Hi, anyone here still using bcmon/aircrack-ng? Im grateful if someone can help me out. Thank you
im using korek chop chop attack for the injection attack.
i notice when i tried to use arpreplay attack, it would generated a lot of IVS until the 4 thousands packet then the #/s will dropped to 0
It is shown in the video at 6 minute 7 second

Just got this phone new, but it will not, can not connect to my Cisco AP. I have 2.4GHz and 5GHz set up separately on the AP, and the phone can not connect to either. All my older Motorola phones can.
In the AP's log I get:

I'm not filtering by MAC in the AP.
Been beating my brains out, Any ideas?
if i understand it correctly , your first error would be a 4way handshake timeout.
i don't know why there would be a timeout specifically on theis device, but you could try to set the timeout a bit higher
you can find all about that on the cisco forums:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-and-mobility/4-way-handshake-timeout/td-p/3343971
