[SOLVED] [Q] Which Eclarir ROM with Sense is fastest?

I want flash custom ROM on my Hero, but I want keep using HTC Sense, so I have to flash Eclair ROM. Which is fastest?
What the hell are you talking about? eclair rom with sense?
have you ever seen that?
Please once good before asking, never ask such fully question....
Eclair = Android 2.1
Lastest official rom is based on 2.1 and it HAS Sense UI.
try RCMix or Kimera2.1, those are my favorite sense 2.1 roms, and put on either flykernal11c bfs or flykernalpre12 and your good to go
RCMix is the fastest Sense ROM really!
Thanks, I flashed RCMix and Flykernel and it's great.

[Q] Help for Gignerbread

Dear All, I am using Z's Custom FreeX10-Beta4 2.2.1 with baseband 2.1.54 on my X10i right now. From the posts I infer there is a 2.3 update for the X10i as well. But somehow I lost track of all the so-many updates pouring in.
There is a Cyanogen CM7 RC1 v00x ROM out there, is it Froyo or Gingerbread?
There is a Cyanogen CM6.1.x ver x out there, is that Froyo or Gingerbread?
If I want Gingerbread, which one do I choose? And if anyone of the above is Froyo, is it better than Z' FreeX10-Beta4? Moreover, I have made a back-up of my Beta4 through xRecovery. Does that mean that if I somehow screw up with a new ROM installation, I can always go to xRecovery and make a complete recovery to my backed-up Beta4 without having to manually flash baseband .54?
A little guidance would really help me guys. Thanks and cheers.
ZR,
FreeX10-Beta4

[Q] Kernel Confusion

With all the 2.2.1 roms and porting of I9000 roms and multiiple versions of the different kernels being posted over the last few days I'm more than a bit confused.
Bionix Frost (2.2.1) originally needed (SDCard Fix) version of one of three kernels. now I don't know as it says all kernels supported.
Darkys 9.3 Vibrant Edition (2.2.1) comes with a standard 2.2 kernel. I'm using this with the old Dead Horse #53 and all is fine. Is there no need for Dead Horse 2.2.1? Wil Dead Horse 2.2.1 work?
Simply Galaxy/Sweet Honey (2.2.1) comes with Dead Horse 2.2.1 #73. Is this needed or can any 2.2 kernel work? or is SDCard mounting bad?
Stock JS5 (2.2.1) comes with stock 2.2 kernel.
Eugene's Dead Horse 2.2 2.2.1 kernel for I9000. Is this only needed for TRUE I9000 roms?
Eugene's reboot fix (services.jar). Is this only needed for TRUE I9000 roms?
All the above 2.2.1 roms. Do I need to use a I9000 theme or can I use a I9000 theme? Will it break the services.jar or something else?
Same questions about Vibrant 2.2 themes.
BTW, yes I read all th OP's.
Thanks

I know this doesn't really belong here but I've posted this in Q&A with no responses

The latest dead horse will work with all 2.2 and 2.2.1 roms. That is all you need to know really. Use it. Its really fast and stable.
Other kernels you have to read to see if they support 2.2.1.

[Q] Vibrant ROMS

Hey, I just got my 2.2 Vibrant rooted via SuperOneClick and I'm ready to try a custom ROM. Spent a lot of time reading and it seems Team Whiskeys Bionix V. My question is whats the difference or which one is better between Bionix-V 1.3.1 Gingerbread Edition and Bionix-V 1.3.1 TouchWiz Edition? Is Stock KA7 Kernel with Voodoo a good combo for em? And how do I flash the rom and the kernel?
