Have you tried rebooting your phone?
Turn of the phone.. wait few second, then turn it on.. test it again..

Nope not yet will do that now

Did that fix your problem?
No didnt fix it now i tried to restore a version of my os with xrecovery and still the same.i know it worked before with that backup. Now this makes me think it's sdcard related. Is it possible that something is running in the background from the sd card witouth knowing it if so going to backup pics and format it if not well then back to stock 2.1 and repeat the rooting progress. Btw it happens in all players. Real player. Arc media. Default se player so im sure its not player related. Oh streaming youtube seems to work fine.

I'm using cyanogenmod 6.1.3 Gingerbread v1.
Another video related question.
Is anyone else having issues with bt. I find the I can't have wi-fi and bt working together. If I try to watch a vid off the web with both enabled the video is choppy and bt drops out. But if one or the other is off then it stteams fine. Any suggestions?

Anyone have any direction on having this x10 mini pro to work with video call?

How can u have a video call without a front camera??
Sent from my E10i using XDA App
I was thinking to have the ability to receive video call so if someone call me via video I can see and talk.
Of course to use the back camera as an extra option would be added advantage too.

Shader agrees.
Indeed that would be nice, have you tried searching for an app like this in the market?

Well.. there was this thread already so I decided not to make a new one..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1148708
I have installed it on my mini.. havn't tested video calling yet but it seems to have the options
Worth a try.. even if we have to use the back camera and a mirror

Havnt tried this, but I know you can use your mini pro camera as a webcam on pc by using ipcamera set up correctly

Yup.. played with those sort of apps on the mini a while ago.. but this is skype video calling...
I had it working a couple of time, wasn't able to test video but it looks promising... now it seems I have to wipe the App Data and reset my phone each time I want to start skype or it sits in a permanent connecting loop...
Will keep playing... at least the Camera options are available
Kiwi
you can use vtok on market it s use back camera on video calls
Well, i use x10 mini eclair (stock rom), rooted with superoneclick. When I play some videos (not all of them) the video image gets distorted and sometimes black and if it get black the video app becomes very laggy but i can hear the sound clearly...To fix this I always need to reboot my phone. I've also tried to install another video app from the market, but it continues doing the same thing...Is there any way to fix this????

Just updated the youtube app to 2.2.14:
-uploading over wifi is still broken for a decent length of video, e.g. 1min/88MB. The upload goes for a while, stops, times out, retries, rinse repeat and then fails.
- cannot play videos. A video will play for 3-5 seconds, freeze, act like it's buffering, and then just stop.
Anyone else get this behavior? I'm on 2.3.4 stock, rooted.
Yes same thing has been happening to me. It started yesterday. No videos load at all. I'm on cyanogenmod though. The prebeta

The comments on the market from various users also indicate a google youtube fail.

That's the one thing I miss about the iPhone. Yeah, the Youtube app stinks on the iPhone also, but at least you can watch YT videos on the default web browser and *never* have any problems such as buffering.
When I try to watch YT videos on the Android's web browser(s), I get a message that says "Sorry, can't play this video". WTF!
Same here in gobstopper bell...YouTube plays a few seconds then buffers forever

I have the same problem with the latest version as well. Sometimes hang and sometimes causes the phone to hard reboot. I found an older version of youtube that you can sideload.

You should be able to uninstall the update, that's what I did. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing similar problems. Seems like it .

it's not just because you are on a slow network or have wi-fi disabled is it? Try shooting a video with the onboard video recorder or loading a different video file onto your phone and seeing if the playback of that is just fine or whether you get the same issue.
Yes even my video player is not playing saved video. Wat might b the problem.

I just got around to installing all of my usual apps today after rooting and installing thebukb rom this weekend. Just after installing Nextflix I checked it and Breaking Bad looked great. I then continued to install all of the rest of my apps and when I was done I tried netflix again. Now I get a message "Trying to connect to an available server (13007)". I don't know if it's another app conflict or if netflix streaming is down. Is anybody else having this trouble?
Netflix is having problems right now
