Do you meet any connection issue for l2tp VPN for Free10 beta4?
I could not connect to l2tp VPN server by using free10 beta4. But it is OK for my laptop and stock 2.1 ROM on another X10i.
It seems that the server could verify the password, but could not establish the connection.

Finally find a solution for it.
chmod 755 /etc/ppp/ip-up-vpn
Then everything work well.
Would someone forward this thread into freeX10 beta4 thread? Hope could solve it into beta5.

this method worked only on stock rom for me. On other roms, I got wifi errors, I am using Bzeek to create hotspot on windows vista.
At first thx for people which tries to make new and stable roms Then, i have a wifi problem in my x10 mini pro. I'm using MiniCM7 Pro V17 and stock kernel. All the other apps and everything good but my wifi broken... I read it from all the threads everybody says, in v15 wifi fixed. How can i fix my wifi?
Wifi can find wifi stations, but can't connect. Trying to take ip but she can't.

I installed vpncwidget but it didn't work as expected for me.
Instead I use
/data/data/com.gmail.mjm4456.vpncwidget/files/vpnc
in a shell script to connect to the corporate Cisco VPN and it works pretty well.
You can find the documentation for vpnc on the net.

I really don't know is this right forum but I really need somebody's help....
I just upgraded my S8+ to Android Pie and my OpenVpn client stopped working. I have tried to google it but don't know sure if it is common problem or just problem of my ROM. I am using Alex Rom v7.5 and I 've asked this also there but haven't got any answer.
So... do you know is this common problem for Android 9 or just me? I get an error that app cannot get the permission to use the vpn.
I haven't found a way to manage that. I have openvpn server at home and before this everything has been worked just fine.
Also my Nordvpn client do not work also...
Anybody knows more?
