can any one please tellme hw to share internet frm my pc on to my xperia x10.xperia wont detect adhoc connection so wifi wont do.....tried bzeek but its too lagging,...can some one ..suggest smthng...by the by.... am on wolfbreak CM6.1.3

this method worked only on stock rom for me. On other roms, I got wifi errors, I am using Bzeek to create hotspot on windows vista.

I use a ROM form overcome for my tab 10.1 ...
I added a lot of things to this ROM,,like scripts themes etc
now the portable hotspot in my setting don't work ok,,
I can see the network on my laptop but when I connect I don't get IP or somthing..
I tried app from the market and it works !!

when i was on .58 i searched for the adhoc
found some moded files like wpasupplicant and others
but none of them worked as it meant to be
at last i used a software on my pc named connectify
it turns you pc wireless adapter to a wifi access point
I can't find on the net ICS a WPA supplicant that enables me to detect my laptop ADHOCK connection in order to share it's 3G with my phone.. I used that when I was GB but now under stock ICS I can't find one .. Help please
can any one add adhoc patch in his build to fix adhoc not only from other andriod but fix to connect to any adhoc network from any laptop.
i still use GB because there is wpa_s fix

i am living in hostle.Before there is wifi connection which they us allow to use by proxy in mobile devices.But now they not allow to use wifi on mobile cause they only provide wifi for laptop by registering their MAC adress.Now m using wifi by connectify wifi hotspot software on my laptop.But i want to use that wifi directly on my mobile phone.My one of frnd can directly use wifi on his samsung device by changing MAC adress in system.But there is no option on my micromax canvas hd a116 device.i also used MAC changer software in my phone but nothing happen.My device also rooted pls help me thank u all..............
