Hi Every one,
I need an application from Xperia X10 => Menu => PlayNow => prayer application.
i was using this application on my xperia X10 from long long time but not i have sold my Xperia X10 and got Motorola Atrix so i need that prayer timing application.
If any one can link me to that application, or tell me the exact name of that application or even better send me the APK of that application ill be very thank full to him/her.

I am not able to add any events on my xperia x10 firmware 2.1. Every time when i was trying to add event, its showing me you have no calender. What does it means and what is the reason for this error? How can i resolve this issue?
Do you have a gmail account? With a calendar already set up by a android phone before? If you do, do these steps to fix this. This worked for me.
Make sure automatic sync is working and check it with calendar and email and contacts.
Go to settings, applications, manage applications, and then press the menu button, to filter, then press all applications.
From that screen delete all data (not uninstall) from these programs:
Calendar
Calendar storage.
Then let the phone sync the calendar programs info by itself.
That should work. Post again if it doesnt or if you have any questions.

I'll use any SE apps. I read in other phones forums they love the SE apps, saying that both the UI and features are given more thought and effort than most other manufacturers' stuff. I find their stuff usually beautiful and simple and they work.
I install semcmusic.apk but i got fc.
I try resize the pictures in apk but after resize dont install.
Any idea?

yes I try it too but I have not success. i think that mistake will be in .xml files or meta-inf folder's files
I'll bet that like our stock apps, it depends on files in the SE framework to work.
But the facebook integration work perfectly.

You're quite right, some of the SE apps do require special things. Note that this official SE 2.3 but we have 2.1...there are differences which can prevent official apps working.
I believe it can vary in length of time to port an app from a few hours to a few days. Perhaps an experienced person can port quickly.
I did find a few threads (I think it was the 2010 X10 Mini forum) where a few apps and widgets have been ported by not many. I have collected a few apps from different SE Xperia phones. Arc launcher, Walkman (SE blue version and ICS version) another Xperia phonebook and phone, a version of the original messaging app, a few SE style themes if anyone wants them? We can then hope someone can port some of the 2011 Mini apps...I would be so happy!

Well i bought the xperia pro yesterday, the one with a sliding keyboard (MK16a) android 2.3.3
my first question is : which xperia forum should i check for my phone ?
second question : why the hell did they put an anti-virus in my preloaded apps and can i erase it without trouble ?
I got a samsung tab 10.1 for about 2 months now, but the xperia UI, settings, and mostly everything is different from my tab so i get lost a bit.
I dl the file manager HD since i wasnt able to reach my files that i transfered from my pc, but am actually looking for tips and hints in order to understand my phone quickly.
I get mixed up with that timescape, moxier pro etc, please help me, ill be thankfull

Maybe ask to be created, or join x10 mini forum instead.
However, software is almost same as all other Xperia phones, so we can halp basically.

SE Neo have a same SW and HW like a PRO, so the app witch work on SE neo will work on SE pro If u want some app for SE on this forum, search NEO
For the uninstall parts.. You can uninstall stock app by checking it at market - system app remover.. But you have to root first for this to work.

I've tried downloading some themes and wallpapers for my sony ericsson xperia mini pro at the internet since i stil can't connect my Phone through wifi (some technical issues)... So well, what i've got is an .apk file, how can i use these themes and wallpapers?? Hope someone can help, I'm really new about this android phone, i just got this phone yesterday and I'm still kinda out of idea on what to do. Thanks in advance.

I think you better have a look on general section, specially first thread. Also you're supposed to ask such questions there.
you might have downloaded a live wallpaper (apk file)..
just install it...
then go to home screen.. tap and hold.. select live wallpaper and tap on the one u installed, and apply it.

I have a strange problem, and wounder if others have had it, during the time of the Brazil wold cup the Xperia lounge app updated itself, and included to install an app called Sony Football Challenge on my Smartwatch2.
Since then the Xperia lounge app on the phone has been updated, but the Sony Football challenge app is still in the Smartwatch2 applications, only it's displaying a '?' icon, and on the Smartwatch itself there's a blank space where the app used to be.
I have chatted to Sony support, but they were next to usless and you could tell they didn't have clue what the solution was, i ended up asking them to report it as a bug report to the Smartwatch/Xperia Lounge developers.
There is no uninstaller in the setting >Apps for the Sony Football challenge app, and I've done the obvious things of clearing the Data & Cache for both the Smartwatch2 and Xperia lounge app.
Does anyone have a solution please.
