It all started when i flashed my first rom MiniCM7 Pro - V7x http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1201116
I have a slight problem when ever I touch my mini pro screen it makes a slight buzzing noise, you can just about hear it.
I've tried a full wipe, full reinstall and ive installed all the other roms and they all making a buzzing noise, this never happened on stock ROM.
Can any one help me please? I can only think of trying to flash the stock rom back on and starting again, would this work
I am running mini pro GingerDX - v11
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1198941
Well I re flashed the stock rom through seus then re root, installed xrecovery and cwm and a custom rom. No more noise, problem fixed.

If you still want to use the other ROM, eg GingerDX, you should try turning off the sound... It's located on Settings>Sound>Audible selection deselect this one Audible selection
I thought I fixed the problem but I havnt, I tried what you said and it didnt work. Thanks anz way

Hi guys,
I'm having a problem in my Samsung Galaxy Ace:
When I leave my car with the Bluetooth turned on, after a while the phone freezes and i have to reboot it pulling off the battery.
I have searched in thje web and i couldn't find anything about this problem..
Anyone knows a solution or a possible cause?
My ROM is: Glsmt V2.1 [2.3.3]
Thanks in advance!
Use official 2.3.5

Thanks for the fast response but... it is a known bug? Or is just a suggestion?
I assume that a custom 2.3.5 ROM should fix the problem to right?
Cheers!
Suggestion, you can try, because i dont have that bug. Im not using the custom because they are beta's.

Hello All,
I noticed that every time I either charge or connect to my computer via USB, there is always this "notification" that I have emails or whatever on my notification bar that I cannot get rid of. Once I scroll down the notification bar, the notice disappeared and there is no "clear" button to clear it.
Even though this is nothing big to frown upon on, but I found it to be very annoying and if anyone had similar problems and knows how to fix it, please let me know! Thanks!
Which ROM or SE software are you using? Info like that can help us solve your problem better.
If your running a ROM, my guess it's a ROM issue depending on the ROM.

This annoying problem has been plaguing me for a long time. It started after the SE 2.3.3 stock, and it persist when I change to wolfs rom and now the ultimate rom.
any advices would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Have you tried reflashing stock 2.3 with flashtool?

Nope, but I repaired my stock 2.3 on PC companion and it's still there.
Then I would call SE to see if your issue is a hardware problem or not.

ah, ic. Thanks!
Hello everyone,
I start this new topic because I can't find answer anywhere.
My problem is the following :
Since day 1 (more or less), I've multiple keystroke when I type a letter on the hardware keyboard of the U20i, it repeat itself one or more. It happends at random (so ie : eee iii qqq aaa), so not all the time the same letters.
It doesn't seem to be a hardware problem (not always the same letters, and the problem doesn't always appear from one text to another)
I had the problem with the stock rom. I've installed Slade87's Gin.Tonic 2.5.1 (GB 2.3.7) and the problem remains. I've still the stock kernel. I've tried different governor and different memory management profiles.
So, my questions, who has experienced the same ? Between those who has solved it, how did you do ?
Many thanks !
Are you sure your screen isn't wet or something else is on it? This might corrupt the screen response.

It's the hardware keyboard the problem, not the software one. The phone is the u20i, not the e10i (so the x10 mini pro, and not the x10 mini). Thanks anyway for asking. Btw, i've a screen protector on my screen ;-)
I should add that it does the same with the android keyboard enabled in place of squashinput.

Oh, I'm sorry. I recognized it as water on my screen (X8), so I read a bit too fast over it. But then if it's a hardware problem, which would need a repair i guess..

I don't know, because if it is hardware, it should happen always with the same letters I think.
I'll send it to repair anyway if i can't find any solution :-/

It could be software indeed, but most likely hardware, since you told it happends cross rom & kernel. But you can always ask the "ultra-wise" SE support in such cases

On stock works fine. But in last time i did not go back to stock to try again because my notebook is broken.

Same here on MiniCM7 and nAa kernel. But in my case it's not hardware problem. I took my phone to my dad, he works in phones repair center and he checked it. And also had this bug on android screen keyboard. On stock rom i don't have this bug so I don't know what should I do... :-(
Oh ok =( So it seems there is no explanations neither any solutions but send it to repair =(
Guys, do you have installed something like KMLauncher? In my case that is the problem. I install it the same time as new version of MiniCM7 came out so I thought it was ROM problem but it wasn't. I set android keyboard in horizontal and landscape mode and set se keyboard when hardware keyboard is open. I uninstall it, use just one type of keyboard and don't have this problem anymore. Maybe this will help you.

Hm, interesting theory... I'll try to remove the android keyboard to only have one keyboard installed on the device. I'll tell you if it worked out
Edit : Aw maaaan =D, I still have some test to run but it seems that the android keyboard caused some conflict with the other keyboard =/
Edit 2 : It happens again, but less, really, I don't understand :s
Edit 3 : It happens more with app like twitter than with handcent xD !
