Winmo 6.5.5 - 23563. My version 1.03.
Original themes and apps.
Full. Only removed GPS COPILOT.
I've fixed the original phone dialer, so no unwanted scroll bar at the right of the dialer, however no need to copy or handle phcanrc.
Replaced TaskManager with MMTaskManager so no superposition of icon and date in the upper right corner of the home screen.

New version 2.0 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=731966
New version XTrebh v3.0 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=737054
Thank you for feedback.
Edit:
To use MMTaskManager : (thanks fktsndr) After you flash the rom, go to the program files directory of your device, go in the MMtaskManager directory, open that program, tap Menu, tap Settings, select Load On Startup, Enable Taskbar Launch, Run In Background. Tap Done and OK. Soft reset! From now you can tap the left top of the screen to launch MMTaskManager.
Hi trebuh! This rom is just what i need, exept i dont speak french! Can you release it in english?
@racka_pw
Thank you for your post and for your appreciations.
Plz let me first release a new french version in 2-3 days, and then i'll shoot an english version of that one.
That would be great! Thx in advance! Keep up the good work!
can you please make a similar wwe rom
hi trebuh, this rom seems to be what im looking for,(a stock like wm6.5.x)however i seem to have one problem, its a french rom.can you please make a similar wwe version?thanks
@malvern @racka_pw
Very glad of your request.
Preparing now an english version. What is better the XTrebh 3.0 or the LucidXTrebh v3.3 ?
thanks for reply trebuh, personally i would prefer the one in this thread which has no modification to the lock screen and the manila clock but works perfect. a stock like rom.i was just after wm6.5.x with everything from our com 2 stock rom except copilot.sorry if its too much of an ask.
Ok for this one.
I have CyanogenMod for the Aria; CM 6.1 installed. Works fine. When trying to download Skype for Android:
It says: "Not found - The requested item could not be found"
On another attempt before it said my version is not supported or so:
Menu> Settings> About phone> Software information> Firmware version: 2.1-update1
Is this right ? Shouldn´t it say 2.2 ? Did CM6.1 install ok
Yes I´m a Newbie and appreciate any help Tx
You might try re-flashing it.
Looks like you didn't install CM6 properly. It should be extremely obvious if you have it. For one, the notification bar is white instead of black.
where are you(country)?
for example Skype is not available for my country/operator i had to install it using market enabler. maybe the same thing is happening to you...
Hey People,
just wanted to share my Configuration of the new XWKS9 Firmware. Android 2.3.5 and Baseband KS2 ! Download it from here.
All Credits, of course, for the following go to their respective Authors/Devs !!
Please take care of the Information and be careful while flashing !
My Problem with the FW was first that it didn´t start correctly after flashing. Solution : Hold Power + Home till you get into Recovery, then Wipe everything, reboot, it will work
Once you got booted up, Power off and go into Recovery again, then flash the CF Root Adaption from here here make sure that you download the
CF-Root-S5830-v3.7-b82.zip (11.95 MB)
After flash, you have the KS9 Firmware rooted and some bonus :-D
Many thanks to ketut.kumajaya for this !!!
The Language in the Rom is Dutch first. You need to go to
"Instellingen" then "Landinstelling en tekst" then "Taal selecteren" and then choose your Language.
To get Access to the System Folder of your Phone, use ES File Explorer from the Market. (Switch to "Root Explorer" and Mount System "RW" in Settings")
Now delete the Samsung Stuff you don´t want, or need. But be careful, some .apk are very essentiel and deleting them may brick your FW so you have to reflash !
A list of Files that can be deleted will follow here ! (.apk & .odex)
- Clockwidget - Deskclock - Dualclock - Forest - GenieWidget - jobmanager - Marketupdater - MyFiles - Protipps - Samsungapps - SamsungAppsUna3 - SamsungWidget_ProgramMonitor - SamsungWidget_Stockclock -Swype - syncmldm - thinkdroid
These are the Apps I don´t use, delete with caution !
Just make a Backup in Recovery (that came with the CF Root Adaption ) before you delete files, so you can easily restore your Rom !!
Browsing in XDA-Forums I found this :
The Gingerbread Keyboard, installable File from here
Thanks to hotaru for this !!!
The Stock Launcher (Touchwiz) isn´t very nice I think, my choice was GO Launcher EX from the market, you can customize so many things with it!
But I also found a nice Launcher here many thanks to claystoneinc for this !
If you don´t like the Facebook Widgets you may try this from Kamma, many thanks to him for that !! There is another one I found but havn´t tested, Screenshots do look promising ! Get it from here Thanks to ericcsonka
I am going to upload a little Collection of very useful Tools I found here in the Forum and in different Roms I used. Don´t Panic, it´s all freeware, all Files are also available trough the normal Market or from XDA Forums! If there is anything that isn´t correct please let me know !!!
I hope that this helped a little, yes I know, noone asked for it
Update : Here are the Tools Tools
I was looking to do this too. Most of the steps seems to make sense to me. Especially the list of apps to delete is useful.
One question though: Why would you install the Gingerbread keyboard seperately?
KS9 is Gingerbread right?

Hello,
i flashed my Hauwei u8120 / Vodafone 845 phone up to Cyanogen Mod 9. I flashed the "google apps for ICS" too. But i have some problems with important functions.
1. Camera doesn´t works - i miss the snapshot function (trackbutton doesn´t works, no button on display)
2. The live backgrounds aren´t working. I get following message (in German): "Leider wurde NAME beendet." -> in english: "Unfortunatelly was NAME stopped."
"NAME" is the name of the Live Background.
RAM 178MB
Kernel Version - 2.6.32.9-perf
CyanogenMod Version - 9.0.0-RC0-u8120-UNOFFICIAL

Hello, My phone is in Android 11. I downloaded so many calendar apps. I realised using calendar in native language helps! As, I am a student. But I can't change the Google Calendar into Bengali without changing whole phone languge. I know that Android 13 has a feature called 'App Languages' . But Android 11 don't have this. Android 11 is the latest in my phone. So I am looking forward to change a specific app language. And I also want to change the time to my language only others English. Thanks!
Have you checked youtube tutorials?
