Does anyone have a working telephony.db file for MetroPCS falshed phones?
I've got talk/text/data working perfectly on my phone, just need to get MMS working now.

Thanks, just in case I ever switch to MetroPCS. Don't know if they're available in Columbus, OH. Cricket is but they're not accepting new customers here.

hey i need that fix for my droid eris on metro my mms is not working it worked before but i updated it to 2.2 so no bueno..
Endoki has released the fix. it is a One-Flash-Fix. It works best with a fresh flash, without any other MMS Fix modifications.
Details:
MetrOFF for [GB/FROYO-CM/AOSP] ROMs:
- Changes carrier name on status bar/lock-screen to "MetroPCS."
- Updates BUILD.PROP with the right settings for MetroPCS.
- Updates telephony.db/APNs with the right settings for MetroPCS.
- Installs Modded Mms.apk required in most [GB/FROYO-CM/AOSP] ROMs.

This works perfect I used it on my eris with metro and I have mms now.

Ok, so I have searched for quite a while now on both here and PPCGeeks with no luck. I have just installed dcd's 3.2.5 ROM with the Radio ROM 3.42.02.
Is there a way to get the MMS function installed and working for Alltel?

seriously? dude there is a ton right now on here about Alltel MMS. Most of it when searched will probably pull up a former DCD ROM like 3.20 or 3.23, but there is a ton of it.
would you care to share? im new to the custom ROMs and the MMS thing is the only thing I have not been able to figure out. thanks in advance

The reason why Lenny's cab is the only one that works for Alltel right now is because it actually is a pure CDMA version of Arcsoft. Since then, there have been no other versions like it..UNTIL the VZW update that I received. I'm working on getting it packaged up and working as per my Arcsoft thread.
Fixed and working for me on both dcd and kitchen

Would I be able to use my XTRsense Apns for 2.2 ROM without working MMS or do I need to go into a 2.2 ROM with working MMS and back those up and use them?
the apns will work (no need to use a 2.2 ROM to backup apns).
are you sure that apns are the issue?

Apologies on yet another ICS technical question thread. But have searched pretty extensively and cant find any guidance or resolution posted elsewhere.
Have followed all instruction with install of v9.6 and v9.7.
Both still having data issues.
v9.6 would be able to access google via web browser, but apps/market could access data.
v9.7 no data access at all.
Anyone point me in the right direction?

Currently running Lite'ning Rom 1.1 as it provides all functionality, but miss that call recording function of ICS

You need rom check if you have the correct apn details. On the rom where data is working, go into settings/wireless & network/mobile networks/access point names and write them down. You can re-enter them later in the effected roms.

I've used the same APN setting on the stock ROM, as well as lite'ning v1.1 rom and data works fine across web and apps.
Same setting don't work with ICS. At one point the web would work, but not any apps or market.
Any other ideas?

I also recently installed the Resurrection Remix Rom and my mobile data isn't working either. I'm currently trying to flash the Siyah kernel to see if that resolves it.
The rom is great, but too bad the mobile data isn't working for me, I can't rely on wifi all the time.
Also my phone is with Virgin Mobile, so not sure whether it's Virgin being useless.
Hey guys i have a situation. I have been looking for a semi solid lollipop rom for Sprint Note 3. Found a rom called Note 3 lollipop soul V18 on a Vietnamese website for SM-N9005 and data and wifi works perfectly. Few bugs in the rom but minimal. Trying to duplicate it with other lollipop roms and i cant seem to get data working on other roms and there is no selection to manually add apns. Has anyone tried this rom? Or other lollipop roms for SM-N9005?

I've tried most of them but I can never get SMS to work. it just wont send. I have done so by using copy and past and editing the build prop.
