Hmmm.. could you be more specific, like when do those errors show up?
It sure looks like you have Java on your system, but did you set the PATH?

PREPARATION BEFORE FLASHING
1. Download the f/w and flashtool from above link.
2. Extract Flashtool to a folder (we'll be using \X10Flash for this example)
3. Extract the f/w to \X10FLash\firmware
4. Download 32bit JDK here (JDK, Not JRE!!) . Its usually the first download from the top>> http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...ads/index.html
5. Install JDK. By default it will be installed to C:\Program Files\Sun\JavaDB
6. Copy this t your clipboard "C:\Program Files\Sun\JavaDB\bin" (including "")
7. Go to your Control Panel>System>Properties>Advanced>Enviroment Variables.
8. In the System Variables section(bottom half of the window), look for 'Path' and click 'Edit'.
9. Go to the end of the line and type ';' and paste the path from earlier "C:\Program Files\Sun\JavaDB\bin". Click OK to everything after that. This will tell windows where to look for the java files so Flashtool can run properly.
10. Restart your system. Shut down your X10 Mini Pro at the same time since it need to rest in off state for about 20-30 secs. If not some X10 Mini Pro will boot automatically when u plug in the usb cable.

it's not easy as you think. to flash the rom, you need rooted system.sin. .sin files only can be signed by sonyericsson.
take a look at this thread instead. all your idea is in this. lol. btw, this method works
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=876868

No. that app used to convert .sin from decrypted rom from SEUS to .img..you can extract it using unyaffs. trust me.
Ok convert sin to img.
Why then cant convert img to sin.
Coz SONY sign every sin they do, phone doesnt take unsigned sin files

In order to improve my tutorial(link in my signature), I have idea to add there download links for stock firmware files for users, who need these.
So, I request a Xperia Mini owner, Xperia Mini Pro owner and Xperia Active owner to get a system dump of their STOCK firmware and, if possible, upload it as .ftf file.
I have Live with Walkman myself, so I can get stock firmware files for it myself.
Root or no root, your decision, but make sure to note it in your post. Also, note the firmware version and phone model.
Credits(and a Thanks ) will be given to all users, who help.
I will upload a Xperia Mini Pro file but you need to tell me how to :S. Plus will I have to restore my data to provide the file becuase that is fine
Oh, yes I have forgotten about this.
If you have already a stock firmware file(.ftf file or any other format), just upload it.
If you have tried to repair firmware with SEUS earlier, then go to on 64bit systems
Code:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\db\[some numbers]\blob_fs
32bit systems
Code:
C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\db\[some numbers]\blob_fs
There should be 3 files with FILE_[numbers]. Pack these together(in .zip/.rar/.7z) and upload, I will work with these myself.
If not, then make NANDroid backup to return later on where you were, install stock firmware (doesn't matter which way). Start up your phone and enable USB Debugging.
Start command prompt, go to android-sdk folder with this
Code:
cd C:\..\android-sdk\platform-tools
. Replace .. with the path to android-sdk folder.
Then insert these codes. First
Code:
adb remount
then
Code:
adb pull /system C:\systemdump
You will find all system path from C:\systemdump folder. Pack it all and upload it for me.
I have heard, that this last option might require also root access. Not sure myself.

Apktool is only executable once you have changed directory (cd) into the system folder.
Alternative is to put apktools aapt.exe in your system path. Read this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=640592

Edit: Just follow these guides http://www.freeyourandroid.com/guide/install_android_sdk & http://www.freeyourandroid.com/guide/apktool
If you have unzipped and installed properly;
1. In command prompt type- cd c:/windows/ Then you are in the correct directory to execute APKTool.
2. If you dont want to have to do 1 each time then do this. Go to Control Panel, System, Advanced, Environment Variables, then find PATH, double click it and type at the end of it- ;C:\android-sdk-windows\platform-
tools;C:\android-sdk-windows\tools
After doing 2. you should just be able to type APKTool into the command prompt from any directory and it will run.

Java is required for apk tool
Sent from the year 3000 using a SGA where sheep's are not present.
I just didn't follow the instructions. If your system names a file type, why add an extra extension? I slammed my face against my screen for two hours before I had that thought. I simply left the names on the batch and jar files as "apktool". Works just fine, now. I hope this helps the next guy Phind sends this way.

Download Link
To install the flash tool, follow the steps below:
Download the Flash tool for Xperia devices.
Unzip the file you downloaded and place it somewhere on your computer.
In the unzipped folder, run Emma.exe. During the installation, make sure you remember the installation path:
Default path in Windows 64 bit is: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony Mobile\Emma\”
Default path in Windows 32 bit is: “C:\Program Files\Sony Mobile\Emma\”
Copy the Customization.ini file. You find it in the <Emma zip filename>.
Paste the Customization.ini file into the installation folder. The installation folder is the folder named Emma in the installation path examples on point 3.1 and 3.2 above.
Click Start > All programs > Sony Mobile > Emma (if you used the default installation path from step 3 above) to start the flash tool
