To get it easy for you, all you have to do is find an app's apk that you like, extract it, and you would find the icons out in the res folder.

Well I have no idea where to get em from. I tried looking for manup456's icons but found none. Well just a red dialer, messaging, browser,myspace, & market.

Most likely gonna be styles.xml in values. Though some default to system such as system apps like dialer and phone and some others.

If you have only icons then you willneed to extract all the icons in map and if it is in png you will need quickpic to apply
