To get it easy for you, all you have to do is find an app's apk that you like, extract it, and you would find the icons out in the res folder.
Hey all..i want replace icon for my ace....i found at devianart but the file not installer apk...the file is zip..where i put these icon n see it in adw launcher.? Thxbutton hits if u help me..

If you have only icons then you willneed to extract all the icons in map and if it is in png you will need quickpic to apply

wait if your trying to create an adw theme, you need to use the ADW themer's thing for eclipse.

SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk can be found in /system/app.
