can it be flashed to metro
This won't work on Metro PCS. Even if it did, they don't have 4G!

^^^lol....get with the times man...metro is coming up
i am very curious about this as well.
Metro Pcs does have 4g:
http://www.metropcs.com/coverage/
click the 4g tab
any ways...the thunderbolt is a 4g lte phone and metro is now supporting 4g lte....so what are the possibilities of getting this going ?
they have 4g plans that require a 4g phone...so do we need esn #'s from the metro pcs samsung 4g phone for this to work ?
is it worth the trouble ?

Motorola Photon does not have 4G LTE radio. It's 4G Wimax. Metro PCS does not have 4G Wimax. Flash to Metro PCS you can only get 3G connection.

I don't believe that is what he asked if you know just answer the question.
YES ive used the search function
any way to get the evo 4g lte to work on boost, virgin, or (metro pcs as someone else suggested?) no im not suggestion meid shenanniganz which is against the rules. but is there any possibru way to get this phone working on any of those? (and if so, i assume that the lte portion would not work)

Of course, I myself am currently flashed to Boost with the device. They flash easily to other carriers the same as previous htc phones. Yes the LTE won't work. Metropcs has LTE and although they are both cdma they use different frequencies and airwaves for LTE so you'd have to settle for 3G at least for the time being.
does it flash easily or do you have to do bad juju with the numbers?
It's pretty easy just search for EVO 4g LTE boostmobile. I recommend to flash to Verizon prepaid

i heard this too but their website still has metroflash even if i can go to them is it possible
easiest way to pay someone to add the MEID/ESN to their network for you, then tool around in QPST to program the settings and PRL you'll need to be on their network.
You won't get LTE/4G without a SIM, I'm not sure if that's even possible for non-Metro phones. Should be though...
I had someone flash mine to metro and I don't know how they did it, but I'm assuming he changed the MEID/ESN... Anyways, here are my 3G speeds in Sacramento

I got an unlocked from AT&T, and now Im using T-Mobile. How come I don't have 4g. I have edge only. My zip code is 36066 and its still in range. My htc amaze has 4g, but this htc one has edge only. is there any setting need to be switched on. I just got this phone for a few hours.
It doesn't support tmobiles hspa bands. If you don't live in one of tmobiles refarmed areas it won't get 4g

So your T-Mobile phone was locked to T-Mobile and worked without having to be carrier unlocked?
Why would it need to be unlock when MetroPCS GSM network is riding on TMO?

Lmfaooo... Not even gonna say anything
I am with Metro PCS, had a HTC ONE M7 Verizon and HTC ONE M7 T-Mobile(which I'm currently using). Both times I unlocked the phones to make it work. Just sharing experience.
Best Regards!
