Hi Guys I am starting this thread to share my bootanimations....
You can use it if you like.....
Please do comment on my work, so that I can improve my work....

On Going Work
Nothing right now!!!!!
How to Install
1) Download the zip file for the animation you like (The attached zip files).
2) For any roms other than froyobread, rename the downloaded file to bootanimation.zip and copy it to your phone's sd card.
3) Now in your phone using some file explorers (which have root access, for example root explorer) copy the file from your sd card to system>media folder.
Note: There will be a file with name bootanimation in system>media folder, please replace this file in the previous step.
4) Now restart your phone and enjoy!!!!
For Froyobread users...
In step 2) you will have to rename the downloaded file to bootanimation_cm6 and then make a copy of this file and rename the new copy to bootanimation_cm7. Now copy these two file as explained in step 3
Now also if you are not able to use the animation please feel free to contact me....I will help you as far as I can !!!!

Rename it to bootanimation.zip, store it to sdcard, then use root manager and replace existing bootanimation.zip in system/media and set permission

Really....But I checked it in my phone and was playing with out any lag....anyway will check it one more time..!!!!!
If someone else is using it please check the existence of lag in playing.....

Hmmm, did you overclock your phone? Anyways I resized the images to match the size of the original boot animation and used the desc.txt from it. Now it plays very smooth here. I have attached it, so you might give it a try.
Note: This is still the work of sandy4everyone, I'm not taking any credit I just resized the images a bit.

For those who have the lag they can use this file....!!!!!

Sweet. With as many times that we boot up, would be nice to have some different things to looks at.
Also the instructions say"must extract the bootanimation.zip from installer file and copy paste to system/media file", so I bet we can just move them in an out at will like we already do now. Just one more extraction step.

Yep! Your right good buddy! Just extract bootanimation.zip from system/media file! Just tested works like a charm!

I ported default cyanogenmod9 bootanimation to our lovely Galaxy 3 and I want to share it with you.
Of course credits whould go to cyanogenmod team.
Installing:
Replace the bootanimation.zip in the /system/media with my bootanimation.zip. Reboot and have fun

Here some cool Bootanimations from XDA Devs!
I have tested all and it worx.KitKat not tested,its 512x512.
Just rename the zips to bootanimation and move it to system/media with permission: rw-r-r--.
