Ummm yeah duuh not all of us have the 210 - there's other RHOD's out there, and I'm a little miffed that DFT is only supporting AMSS for them. Meh, I guess tinboot can forget about GSM devices then, perhaps it's for the better.

Uh... yea, didn't you see my comment above about only the 210 being supported? Perhaps the 300 will as well, but I doubt it. I doubt the 100 will be either, despite being GSM - I guess time will tell.

XDAndroid is getting better every day, the same as the nand build since GSM device can now boot nand with SIM card (as far as the irc logs i read Alex said that).
i think we should help, but no saying sth easily.

Heh, just because they kanged some pics from Google Images doesn't mean they'll support it...
AFAIK all they have is a RHOD210 to work on. Seriously doubt any other device will be supported - if it is, it'll be by accident. Considering all the AUO panel issues we've had, I seriously doubt that beast will get any love from the DFT team. They definitely do things their own way, just wish they would collaborate with others so everyone could benefit from their code. Oh well.

I perfer an open way, just like xandroid that has a public repo we can both learn frome that.

If they released them that means your Carrier approved. As far as I know no carrier has approved an unlock, and no official SBF/builds have included an unlock. Of course this could all change.
You aren't bashing, the guy who responded to my similar post on Droid 3 forums was bashing. Not a good start with relations there.

Developement for this device hasnt came to full swing yet, hell wejust got root a while back and s-off a few weeks ago. As fsr ad i know we havent gotten full kernel source yet. Be patient, the forum is still young. A little more time and you wont know what to flash next...

I'm genuinely curious - what exactly are you hoping to see here? I just took a look at their dev section. They have like 5 or 6 roms, and just a few mods. we have 10+ roms and more mods. Can you describe some of the "awesome stuff" that you think we're missing out on? Are you talking about JB and CM?

A: The developers now have the tools to build fully-working AOSP. AOSP is Android in it's purest form, as if straight from Google. AOSP ROMs have significantly more better battery life, and more features for the user. Remember; happy developers leads to a happy you!
The most prominent bugs in AOSP are the network lag caused by a network monitoring tool when using data, the screen flickering issue, and the total loss of Bluetooth. Hopefully these bugs will be fixed soon so we can enjoy AOSP goodness!

This is pretty amusing, especially because I have been sending threatening emails to HTC about violations of the GPL and my intending to file a formal complaint (and I'm certainly not alone, and there have been online petitions so I'm not even remotely suggesting that I had anything to do with it), and I keep getting responses like "we typically release source code 90 to 120 days after an OTA" over and over again to which I repeatedly respond "that's not good enough; 90 to 120 days is still a violation of the GPL".
Ultimately, this turns out to be less than 30 days after ICS dropped. That *is* good news. Maybe HTC is starting to see that Samsung is eating their lunch.
